About Us

At JCRM, our goal is to provide our patients with a complete fertility investigation in a warm, supportive, and caring environment.

Identification of the underlying fertility issues, along with an explanation of all possible options from most conservative to aggressive is the only way couples will be able to make a comfortable, well-informed decision during a very stressful time. Our success hinges on comprehensive treatment of the couple and not simply “shuttling” couples into the IVF process.

Our Team

We strive to diagnose, educate and counsel couples on the underlying issues so they may make a well-informed decision, knowing all the options and the likelihood of pregnancy through each. We are here to serve the couple.

We are so thankful to have found Dr. Paschall! My minor daughter has had symptoms of endometriosis for a little while now. I did some research and found JCRM and Dr. Paschall. They have experience treating minors and they excise endometriosis instead of ablating for better long term results. She has been very gentle with my daughter and has not put her through unnecessary trauma. She is very open to any and all questions and encourages them. We are very thankful for this Dr. and this practice!

The team at JCRM helped us achieve our dream of having a baby after 8 years of trying and seeing various groups/ providers. We are back with them after few years. Dr Fox is experienced, knows what he is doing. We were able to work collaboratively to develop a plan of treatment that my multiple gynecological conditions require and that I found acceptable. Dr Lipari is equally competent and personable. Last time they even reimbursed some money that we had paid extra for some reason. Only downside is the distance I have to travel, as they have the few locations they have, sometimes wait times can be long but thats understandable.

这家诊所简直是个笑话。他们从来不接电话，就算接了，态度也极其恶劣，尤其是杰克逊维尔的主诊所。很明显，他们眼里只有钱，根本不关心病人。想让他们履行职责简直难如登天，治疗几乎寸步难行。更糟糕的是，医生总是迟到一小时甚至更久——无论是面诊还是线上问诊。他们让原本就艰难的处境雪上加霜。
