从一开始我们就发现和这家诊所沟通极其困难。我们很快就花了数千美元，结果他们竟然说“我不知道你们为什么怀不上孕，只有上帝知道”。不过他们倒是很乐意收钱。将近八个月过去了，我们还在收到账单（之前他们说所有费用都会由保险承担，我们不用付钱），而且我们也没再去过。他们甚至还给我寄了一张账单，要我预先支付手术费用。真是令人失望。
