Adam Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN practicing at University Reproductive Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, Wayne, Millburn, and Goshen, New Jersey. He specializes in endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, uterine fibroids, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery.

Dr. Fechner received training to operate with the da Vinci®️ Surgical Robot.

In addition to seeing patients at University Reproductive Associates, Dr. Fechner is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Hackensack University Center. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
