Dr. DiGirolamo is double Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She specializes in all aspects of infertility care.
She is the recipient of numerous recognitions, including four consecutive Boston Magazine Top Doctor awards (2019-2022).
Dr. DiGirolamo completed her Reproductive Endocrinology Fellowship Training at the Massachusetts General Hospital and was previously a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. She completed her Residency Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Women and Infants’ Hospital at Brown University Medical School. She is also a North American Menopause (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner. Dr. GiGirolamo earned her MD degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and a PhD from MCP-Hahnemann University School of Medicine (now known as Drexel University). She graduated Magna cum Laude from Northeastern University and is a native of Massachusetts.
In addition to her expertise in the treatment of infertility and procreative management, Dr. DiGirolamo is also a certified Fitness Professional. She is credentialed as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Group Fitness instructor and has been featured in numerous podcasts and national conferences for elite and recreational athletes. Having participated in the fitness industry as either an athlete or an instructor for more than 30 years, she has experience in the lifestyle and nutritional needs and challenges of both athletes and individuals simply seeking to improve their general health and fitness. “So many times patients ask me what else they can do to improve their chances of conceiving beyond the testing and medical treatment.
