I just want to say that this is a very friendly hospital, and they can help with the pain you are experiencing. They give you medication and food 🙂.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found distressing. During our video conference, I felt that he was distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for me to open up about my mental health challenges.
Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert commented on my niece's disruptive behavior in a way I found rude and insensitive. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but his remark made me feel dismissed and even more anxious.
I later contacted coordinator Marvin M to discuss my concerns, but despite multiple messages and calls, I received no response. This lack of communication added to my frustration.
I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Mental health practitioners must create an empathetic and respectful environment, and I felt this was lacking in my interactions.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this organization to others seeking mental health support. I hope my review helps others find the compassionate care they deserve.

Dr. Kim is an excellent physician who explains the process clearly and patiently. My procedure went smoothly because of his expertise. He truly deserves 10 stars!

After difficulty trying to conceive, she was referred to Dr. Kim in 2022. Following a procedure he recommended, she conceived naturally before starting IUI. We are now seeking help trying for baby number two and are very grateful for the warm, calming presence of Dr. Kim and his team as they guide us through the next steps.

Dr. Kim is a very calm and informative RE. He explained all the different options and allowed the patient to choose rather than pushing any particular one. His bedside manner is impeccable, and his staff are professional and kind. We had tremendous success with Dr. Kim as our RE and highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim is a caring, thoughtful, and very kind healthcare provider. He takes time to answer your questions and does not become frustrated when you have many. I highly recommend him.

I began treatment with Dr. Kim in late 2022. He is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and always listened to my concerns. I underwent 2 IUIs and 3 FETs. The procedures were painless!
I also want to thank the nurses I worked closely with, Megan and Gina. They were wonderful and always responded promptly to my messages. Finally, Nadia, the financial coordinator, is a very lovely woman.
I completely recommend Dr. Kim and his team!
