We had a supportive team of doctors and nurses who helped us through the process of becoming pregnant. They were kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward about information and expectations. I felt prepared for everything we went through. We had several unsuccessful IUI cycles, then succeeded with one IVF cycle; we now have a little boy.

They charged our insurance twice and also charged me the same amount. Then they were completely careless and unconcerned about whether the embryo transfer succeeded. They implanted the embryo incorrectly, and it ultimately died because of how it implanted, but afterward they would not let you try again.

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Sandlow, and he did an outstanding job. He explained everything clearly and concisely, gave clear instructions, made the procedure nearly painless, and created a comfortable environment. I cannot imagine a better physician, urologist, or surgeon. His team was equally impressive.

Dr. Sandlow made an excellent impression on me. The “I was treated by Dr. Sandlow” can cooler was a fun touch that made my wife laugh. His clinical team was also first-rate—friendly, efficient, and professional.

I was pushed toward an unnecessary circumcision in order to have a vasectomy. European men commonly remain intact and routinely have vasectomies without having the tip trimmed. It was completely unnecessary. I would go elsewhere.

Without question, the best doctor I have worked with. He genuinely cared about what my wife and I were doing and about the outcome. We researched endlessly to find the best doctor for the type of procedure I wanted and made a special effort to have him perform it. A great doctor and an even better person.

Working with Dr. Sandlow was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, which I truly appreciated. The procedure also went smoothly, and I am glad I did not go to anyone else. I recommend him whenever I get the chance.
