I love Dr. Janik! She is very direct and gets right to the point! She does not waste your time! She is highly educated and knowledgeable! I am so glad I found her!

My partner came here to begin IUI, and it was not a good experience. Dr. Janik tells you things directly without sugarcoating them. I appreciate her honesty, but she has poor bedside manner and can treat patients badly. She yelled at my partner because I asked questions during the interview process and required a psychological evaluation before allowing us to proceed with IUI using my partner. There was so much red tape that it would have taken months to begin treatment, and we did not want delays or wasted time because of low ovarian reserve. She seems concerned only with business and is difficult with her patients. Infertility is already extremely stressful, so if you do not want more stress, avoid this practice!

This is not worth your time or money. They require you to see a therapist for approval to continue treatment. They repeatedly test your blood so they can send a large bill even after you have paid for the visit. This was the second time I gave them a chance. They told me I had to wait until the following week for the doctor to call with my results, but no one did. When I called back, they said, “Oh, you never received a call? Your results were fine.” I then tried to move forward, and they again told me to wait for another call. Two months have passed, and still nothing.

I do not know who supervises this clinic, but I strongly advise others to avoid the experience I had during today's ultrasound. Dr. Grace Janik lacks basic communication skills, compassion, empathy, and professional ethics. No doctor who genuinely cares about patients' feelings would behave as poorly as she did. I do not know whether it was racism or simply a personal issue, but she was completely unprofessional. She should stop practicing medicine. Reviews from other patients confirm this, yet the clinic has not held her accountable.
This clinic serves a vulnerable patient population. You would think these professionals would be warmer and friendlier.
A transvaginal ultrasound is an invasive procedure, and being made to feel uncomfortable during it is unacceptable.
Ultimately, I ended the appointment crying in my car.

Dr. Janik performed a very complex surgery for me! She was honest and direct. I appreciate that communication style and professionalism, which is exactly what I want from a doctor. I am very grateful for her hard work and support. She guided me successfully through a complex process that other doctors could not manage! I highly recommend her! Her advice was exactly what I needed for the surgery to succeed, and I greatly appreciate her dedication and meticulous care. She respected my wishes and provided thoughtful, attentive care. She is highly knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients!

After five years of infertility, Dr. Janik and her team were determined to help me become pregnant. I am now holding my two-week-old baby, all thanks to her! The ultrasound technician was also the best I have ever worked with. Highly recommended. Her fees are more affordable than other nearby clinics!

Today's experience was terrible. She called us for 7:30 a.m. but was more than 3 hours late for personal reasons. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. Terrible.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She yells at patients. I saw her once and never returned. I had never seen a doctor have an outburst like that.
She wanted me to understand the medical schedule, and I made a little small talk, which prompted her reaction. Wow.

I want to share an exceptional experience. I had a concern and was referred to OB-GYN Dr. Grace Janik, who was knowledgeable about it.
When I arrived for the consultation, two young people behind the counter greeted me; both were medical students. It was wonderful to have such proactive greeters.
When I entered her office, I saw an entire wall covered with certificates and awards she had earned. I was impressed that she asked many questions other doctors had never asked. Her questions covered everything from my birth to the present and often seemed unrelated to the reason for my visit.
However, I felt I was in the hands of a highly skilled expert. She took full control of the direction of my recovery and carefully explained the reason and protocol behind every question, while remaining very compassionate and caring.
I highly recommend Dr. Grace Janik because I believe this independent physician has many of the essential qualities that make a good doctor great.

I simply want to encourage anyone with fertility issues or having surgery later in life to see Dr. Janik. She is personable, thorough, and excellent at what she does!
