The worst experience of my life. Dr. Deakin and her team are the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, and cruel team. She waited until the day of my saline sonogram and called while I was driving to her location to say that she and the team had decided not to continue the process because of policy. Dr. Deakin and her team pose a threat to the mental health of women undergoing these procedures.

My husband and I are deeply grateful to everyone at RMA. As anyone experiencing infertility knows, it is a roller coaster, and IVF can be difficult. However, Dr. Goldsammler and her team put us at ease with their positivity, kindness, and knowledge. Dr. Goldsammler truly cares about her patients and her work. We loved working with her and her team. Everyone at RMA was wonderful to work with. Thank you all for everything you do to help families, and know that no matter your role at RMA, you are making a difference in the world!

I had a great experience with Dr. Zinger and the staff. He was very thorough, patient, and very gentle with me both physically and emotionally. As someone who has been through many OBGYNs at this point, many of who gaslit me, I’ve become very anxious and uncomfortable with exams that involve my pelvic region. He always made me feel at ease and safe. The entire staff was empathetic, kind, and supportive. I pushed off IVF for a long time because I was so convinced the journey would break me, but the attention and care I received here made it more bearable than I could’ve ever imagined and resulted in me having a healthy baby boy, thank God. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with infertility.

I met Dr. Singh during my initial evaluation. His bright smile immediately put me at ease. I have never met such an excellent doctor. He spent nearly two hours explaining the entire process to me. He listens carefully and patiently explains anything you may not understand. He communicates with me during every procedure so I know what is happening. After the transfer, I felt anxious because the nurse told me to avoid certain activities, such as heavy lifting and bending over. I knew my job occasionally required both. I was worried and spoke to Dr. Singh, who assured me there were no activity restrictions, but I still did not feel completely at ease. After I returned home, I became even more anxious. I called the clinic and spoke with a nurse, who forwarded my message to Dr. Singh asking whether he could write me a medical leave note. To reassure me, he called again at 9 that evening to confirm. At that point, all my worries disappeared. I appreciate receiving a call after every blood test result with instructions on what to do next. A nurse is always available during business hours to answer questions. Their service is also excellent. Special thanks to the excellent phlebotomists Kavita and Nathalie. I hope I remembered their names correctly. Drawing my blood can range from easy to difficult. At other places, it often takes more than two attempts, and some people do not listen when I explain where they may need to draw from. But at RMA Long Island, these ladies aim to get it right on the first try. They are friendly, polite, and excellent at their jobs. Another reason I like RMA IVF is that no one wastes your time. You are seen right away and finish quickly. Often, I have barely had time to sit down before they say, “We're ready.”

Although Dr. McAvey is my primary physician at RMA and has always been wonderful, I was also fortunate to have Dr. Singh perform my egg retrieval and most recent embryo transfer. My retrieval produced many eggs and chromosomally normal embryos, and I truly felt I received the best possible care. I have also seen Dr. Singh for morning monitoring at the Lake Success office, and every experience was excellent. He is gentle, reassuring, and takes the time to answer my questions, which made me feel at ease, especially on such important days. The staff at the Lake Success office are also very kind, welcoming, and capable. After a long journey to reach this point, with more still ahead, I am incredibly grateful to the entire RMA team and highly recommend them.

My first experience was very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with, from the receptionist to the MA, coordinator, and billing staff, was very welcoming. Dr. Zinger was professional, kind, and compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommended!

I have a long and very complicated history of infertility, but this doctor helped me become pregnant twice! I have a three-year-old son, conceived on my first IVF attempt with Dr. Zinger. I then moved to Texas, tried elsewhere, and had 4 failed IVF cycles. I finally decided to return to Dr. Zinger, flying all the way to New York several times, and became pregnant again on one attempt! I am 4 weeks pregnant with a baby girl 🥰 This doctor can identify and diagnose what other doctors cannot. If you want to save money, especially if you live in the New York area, he is your best choice. It is very important to complete everything and every test he requests. I feel so lucky to have found a doctor like him! I tried CNY Fertility in Albany 3 times and never saw a doctor. I tried to save money but ended up losing instead—what a mistake! By contrast, Dr. Zinger always responds to concerns. I do not know how he finds time to answer every patient's email or call back immediately after receiving one. I hope he practices for many years and helps other women who deeply want children become pregnant.
