The doctors, nurses, and administrators at this clinic are very attentive and helpful. The service is excellent, the clinic itself is very clean, and the facilities are high-tech and modern. We had the best experience here, and they met our needs 👍🏼

Dr. Mak Sze Man is very attentive and is one of the rare doctors who truly considers things from the patient’s perspective. As I got older, I felt it was very difficult to conceive naturally. Dr. Mak listened carefully to my concerns and thoughts at every visit and offered advice suited to my situation. The entire clinic feels very comfortable, and the staff who drew blood and administered injections were highly professional and caused me no pain. Although I am of advanced maternal age, I am now successfully pregnant. I sincerely thank Dr. Mak and her staff for their help. I am very grateful. Thank you all ^_^

Heal Fertility provides excellent service. The doctors and staff are professional and friendly, and the environment is comfortable. I would recommend it to friends 👍🏻

I had my Mirena IUD removed and replaced at Heal. All the staff were very kind, and the doctor was excellent. This procedure is usually very uncomfortable, but it went smoothly and was almost painless, which says a lot.

I have had PCOS for years and struggled with infertility. I was treated by Dr. Sofie Yung, and this week I am graduating from the clinic with my precious baby on the way. Thank you to the Heal team for your attentive care, understanding, and patience! The nurses were also very gentle, kind, and thoughtful.

The front desk service was very unprofessional. They failed to save my previous appointment. Mistakes happen, but they did not tell me at check-in that my appointment had been lost. Instead, they left me waiting until I returned to the desk. All three women at the front desk tried to ignore the issue. When I followed up, they only asked whether I was in a hurry. I had to ask repeatedly before they admitted the mistake.
They seemed to want me to wait for another time slot to cover their error without first confirming whether I was available.
