I believe choosing iBaby was the right decision. The service, location, doctors, and nurses are all excellent. They provide high-quality medical care and respond quickly to all my questions.

The doctors and nurses were very kind, but everything else was extremely disorganized. I had questions about charges, but the billing staff made me wait without speaking to me and relied entirely on the intermediary. After waiting an hour and asking again, they finally gave me a detailed explanation of the new 2026 fees. They only know how to ask for payment. Without an intermediary, you will be treated poorly here.
