If you want a doctor who only likes to prescribe medication without investigating the underlying cause, Jennifer Hofmeister is the ideal choice. All of my issues are interconnected, and every time I requested follow-up testing, she said no, yet she was eager to prescribe medication to mask worsening symptoms that we had already tried and failed to treat. Without question, she is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. As someone who works with healthcare professionals and patients every day, you know that a person who lacks empathy for people in difficult situations should no longer work in healthcare.

Terrible facilities and absolutely clueless staff. Don't even have enough supplies for patients after surgeries to take home with them to help with the healing process. I'd go anywhere else for care than here.

Jennifer Hofmeister is a physician assistant (PA-C) at Banner, and she is absolutely the best. She truly cares about her patients, listens attentively, and explains complex medical issues in plain language. She does not rush patients out and takes the time to listen. I like her so much that both of my daughters will join her practice next January. I highly recommend her.

I moved here a few months ago and needed an OB-GYN. Every appointment has been rescheduled, and they always call only the day before or the morning of the appointment. I understand that emergencies happen, but rescheduling every appointment is unreasonable. It makes coordinating with my work schedule very difficult. If you are pregnant, I strongly suggest finding another doctor.

I love my Banner doctors. During my first pregnancy, my baby needed extensive care, and they never let us down. I am now 9 months pregnant with my second baby, and I do not feel confident in myself or anyone else. The staff seems thinner this year, and I hope Banner places more value on its employees and their work-life balance to keep the team together.

These doctors are terrible. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. They missed an important OB-GYN test at my 20-week transfer appointment, and my new doctor was shocked that it had never been performed. At this clinic, getting test results from a real person is nearly impossible. A month after my last test, I called to cancel my next appointment and asked if I could review the results. They told me to look them up myself in the portal. I am not a doctor and had no idea how to interpret them. I should have left when I first received infertility treatment. They sent me to the laboratory in the same building for hormone testing. At first, they said I could walk in on the weekend, but that was incorrect, and I was turned away. I then made an appointment and returned the following weekend, only to be told the hormone test would cost more than $400 even with insurance. When the laboratory technician saw my shock at the price, she came around the counter and advised me to call around because their prices were much higher than elsewhere. She was right. Worse, their office had an overpowering smell of smoke. During early pregnancy, I could barely remain inside. Even my husband, who was clearly not pregnant, could not tolerate the smell. Your baby deserves better!

Five stars for Dr. Saskia Thompson and her medical team. She is the best gynecologist I have ever seen, and believe me, I have seen several. She genuinely cares, listens carefully, and speaks frankly about my condition. Dr. Thompson also explains every procedure and health concern in great detail. The doctors are the reason I return to this clinic. I also sincerely thank Dr. Sarah Schutt for helping me during a medical emergency. With her, I felt just as reassured and confident as I do with Dr. Saskia Thompson. These women clearly work closely together and support one another in caring for patients. I am deeply impressed by and grateful for the care provided by Dr. Saskia Thompson, Dr. Sarah Schutt, and their medical teams.

So far, I have had very good recent experiences with Banner's specialty departments in Ft. Collins and Loveland. I had a billing question that the Finance Manager handled on the spot. I am always greeted immediately when I arrive for appointments at both locations and have waited no more than 10 minutes to be taken to the exam room. Dr. Li takes time to answer my questions and concerns, and I feel well cared for by her. Highly recommended.

Jennifer Hofmeister in the OB/GYN office is wonderful! I am afraid of speculums and always have severe anxiety. She was quick, caused no pinching, and that means the world to me. If you need an excellent female doctor, choose her. She is gentle, and I will definitely schedule with her from now on!

I cannot speak for other departments, but I came here to Banner Home Medical Equipment, Suite 309, to have my CPAP machine fitted and set up. I was honestly very nervous, but Joe was so friendly that he immediately put me at ease. He took time to guide me through every menu on the new machine and let me “drive” so I could become familiar with it. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and more. I highly recommend Joe to anyone having a new CPAP machine set up, especially if it is completely new to you!

I think this is the only place I would recommend to pregnant women. I love all the midwives and staff here. Service is also fast, and I never wait long. Thank you 😊

I am trying to pay Banner Health what I can currently afford, but my experience with Raven and other customer service staff was poor. They answered the phone sighing and coldly asked, “How can I help you?” even though I am trying to give Banner Health what I can afford. Banner Health would rather have the full amount or send it to collections. I am unemployed and in school, and this is a very difficult time. I need to pay as much as possible to reduce current and future stress. Banner Health, please accept what I can afford. I am struggling and trying to avoid collections taking money away from the business and shareholders.

I showed up at the Fort Collins clinic when I was supposed to be at the Loveland location, not only for an ultrasound but also for a midwife appointment. I checked in on time at Fort Collins and was told Loveland would still see me when I arrived. I was 45 minutes late, but they saw me and did not make me feel rushed. Since patients are told to arrive 15 minutes early, I would not expect this courtesy from any office, but it was wonderful. Both locations are excellent. I have probably seen nearly every midwife and would feel confident seeing any of them.
