I have only praise for REACH, and I am a highly detail-oriented Type A person. From the beginning, their team showed exceptional thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care. Before embryo transfer, they performed additional testing and found endometriosis, allowing us to treat it beforehand. I am very grateful for their thorough and proactive approach. It gave me confidence that we were doing everything possible to give me the best chance of success. Our first transfer succeeded! The journey was not easy, but REACH made an extraordinary difference. Because of them, I can now hold my precious son and cannot imagine life without him. My husband and I will always be grateful to REACH for giving us our family. Dr. Wing, now retired, was our physician, and we wish him a very happy retirement.

I researched many clinics and chose REACH because of its high ratings, but things have changed over the past year. Genetic screening showed that I tested positive for two traits. REACH had me schedule a call with their company rather than my doctor, which I found strange. They also told me all the information was written down, so I already knew it. I am not a doctor, so I researched it online myself. They offered no guidance and only care about making money. I am very disappointed. My OB-GYN was the one who sat down with me to discuss my test results.

I cannot say enough good things about REACH! They helped us have our rainbow baby, and we will return in the future. We love our team, Ann Morris and nurse Jamie!!! We will truly miss them through the rest of the pregnancy. When you graduate, they give you a package with a baby hat and onesie 🥲. We will always be grateful ❤️

Taylor Holt and her team cared for me, and I am very grateful for a practitioner who listened and made me feel validated when I advocated for certain things. We "tried" a few things and discovered something that was likely preventing us from achieving a successful pregnancy. We became pregnant the next cycle and just graduated from REACH. Taylor has my highest recommendation. Thank you for everything!

I would give this place fewer stars if I could. No one cares; everything is about money. Please go somewhere more competent and reliable. We paid all charges for treatment in October, but it is now January and they are still adding charges to our account. When we asked to speak with someone, everyone gave a different answer. We asked the manager, Melinda, to call us two weeks ago, and she still has not responded. The medical team was not good either. They seemed to hate their jobs and did the bare minimum. They mishandled the date of our IUI, forcing us to use a natural cycle because of their incompetence. I beg you to go elsewhere, where staff care about your treatment and are knowledgeable. Give your money to a fertility clinic that actually helps people instead of one interested only in collecting checks.

I ended their services more than fifteen years ago. The military sent me around the world. After I retired and bought a house, they suddenly sent a debt collector who repeatedly mailed me bills, magically beginning when I bought the house. I spoke with them by phone and confirmed that I had canceled the debt in 2008 and owed nothing. Then the debt collector's letters started again. Get your records in order. I would give fewer stars if I could.

If you are looking for compassionate staff and providers who give you the information you need, keep you updated about procedures, are kind, and make you feel welcome, do not come here. The “Dr. Holtz” team is terrible! Everything I knew about my retrieval procedure came from TikTok. The “app” is a joke and scattered everywhere, so you cannot even review the fragments of information they provide. They want your money but care little about you or your goal of having a child. Waits are long, and the procedure—not IUI—takes under two minutes. They come in and tell you to undress, then handle the speculum so roughly and carelessly that you would think they were stuffing a turkey. Throughout the process, “Dr.” Holt interacted with my husband and me twice. I assume she had other patients she considered more deserving of attention. I wonder about her success rate with POC patients. I blame myself for not researching before choosing this chop shop, but now I know better. The front desk secretary is the only humane and kind person there. Run from this place and find somewhere that values you and cares about your goals. Look at the people leaving positive reviews—they all look alike. I would rather you tell me you do not want people like me there than treat me poorly!

My husband and I have no complaints about the staff or doctors at REACH Ballantyne. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout IVF. We are very grateful that our first cycle succeeded. Mackenzie, the phlebotomists, receptionists, front desk staff, and everyone else were welcoming. Dr. Seth was also very informative and educated us throughout the process. 10/10—we will return if we decide to add to our family!
