I had an excellent experience at Genesis Fertility Center. From the beginning, the entire team made me feel supported, well informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. Dr. Kotlyar is outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. He patiently answered all my questions, explained every step of treatment, and consistently made me feel comfortable and confident in my care plan. His expertise, honesty, and encouragement gave me hope during a time that often felt overwhelming and uncertain. I also want to give special thanks to medical assistant Gina for her exceptional care. Gina is attentive, kind, and patient. At every visit, she made me feel welcome and at ease. Her warmth and genuine concern helped me stay positive throughout the process. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. What sets Genesis Fertility Center apart is that they provide more than medical care—they provide hope. When I felt discouraged, the team helped me believe that my dream of building a family was still possible. Their support, communication, and attentive care made all the difference. Beginning our fertility journey was a worrying experience, and at one point I wondered how to choose a clinic where I would feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. We are so glad we found Genesis in Hewlett. From day one, the staff made a positive impression. Working with Dr. Kotlyer was a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable and always conveys that knowledge in a comforting and caring way. He takes time to explain everything clearly—when he asks whether you have questions, it is not a formality; he genuinely wants to know whether anything needs further explanation so you can feel more at ease. My husband and I never hesitated because we worried a question might sound foolish. As for the rest of the staff, words cannot express how exceptional Gina is. Frequent blood tests and ultrasounds genuinely frightened me. I shed many tears, both at home and in the office, but this always felt like a safe place. Making something initially so frightening become routine and comfortable is no small accomplishment, and that is all thanks to Gina. This journey requires more than a doctor; it requires a team, and we are very fortunate that Gina was part of ours!

Men who want to start a family should not use this place. It is useless.
