As a surrogacy agency, we saw how quickly this clinic reviewed medical records, how efficiently they scheduled medical screening and FET, how professionally they responded to our IPs' emails and other requests, and, amazingly, our surrogate became pregnant after the first embryo transfer! There are some clinics we dread working with, but this one is definitely among our favorites! We hope to work with NFC more often! - From Lina@SurrogateFirst

The office staff are absolutely amazing. They truly take the time to listen to your needs and work to help you reach your goals. The staff genuinely care about how you feel; they do not simply tell you that this is all you have and move on. Everyone, from the front desk to the back office, is wonderful. Thank you to this staff for everything they have done. We look forward to returning with our baby.

I have been a patient here for almost a year. Everyone in this office is wonderful, especially Dr. Levy, Chelsea, and Brittany! I am very grateful to everyone here for the attentive care they provided through multiple IUI and IVF cycles. I would recommend this fertility clinic to anyone researching different clinics.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Many thanks to Nevada Fertility Center. Thank you so much to Levy, Gary MD, and everyone there. I am now 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

My fertility coordinator, Adrian, enthusiastically kept me updated and informed about upcoming appointments and activities. Dr. Levy was very kind, introduced himself before the procedure, and was highly professional. The entire process was meaningful and wonderful. I am happy to help families realize their dream of having a child. I highly recommend Nevada Fertility Center to anyone considering egg donation.

My donation experience at this center was amazing. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptionally caring and reassuring. Dr. Levy and nurse Adrian went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and well cared for; they were truly professional. The other staff were equally kind, compassionate, and attentive. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Where do I begin? I cannot say enough good things about NFC. First, Dr. Foulk is highly compassionate and skilled. He is so gentle and thoughtful—the kind of doctor anyone would want. The front desk staff were always welcoming. The medical assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, phlebotomists, ultrasound technicians, and everyone else I may have missed were wonderful! Yohana was my RN coordinator, and she was very kind, understanding, and patient with me. Thank you all. I am grateful to have found such an excellent team! There were many obstacles along the way, but this wonderful team supported me through them. I cannot wait to return for my second baby! My first baby is almost here!

I have been going to NFC for over a year, and everyone has been very kind and caring. We are still on our journey, but everyone shows compassion when we face setbacks and gives us tremendous support when we make progress. Dr. Levy is wonderful, and Kimberly is truly the best. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!

My wife and I began our IVF journey in June 2023. Everyone at NFC was extremely helpful throughout the process, and every follow-up visit went smoothly. Dr. Foulk performed both my egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer and was kind and patient throughout. We especially loved the nurses, who always made us laugh. We now have a 4.5-month-old daughter whom we adore! Thank you, NFC, for completing our family. We will definitely return for our next embryo transfer!

The entire process was wonderful. Adrian was my donor coordinator, and she made everything feel very smooth. The entire staff made the experience excellent. Highly recommended.

Clean, tidy office and excellent staff. The doctor is wonderful.

I love this place. I had a tubal ligation in California when I was very young and later regretted it. After an unsuccessful tubal reversal, we began considering other treatment options. The doctors were very kind and understood my condition. They developed a treatment plan tailored to my body. I now have a 14-month-old daughter and another baby on the way! My husband and I are very happy. Thank you, Nevada Fertility Center!

My experience donating eggs at Nevada Fertility Center was wonderful. I highly recommend the center and have recommended it to family and friends.

I had my first egg retrieval a week ago. Thanks to the clinic staff, the experience was excellent. My coordinator Adrian Freeman and my interpreter Yohana patiently answered my questions throughout the process. The clinic has Spanish-speaking staff, so communication was not a problem. Highly recommended; you will feel like family here.

As a first time egg donor, I was nervous, I’m not going to lie. But I was excited to help others. Every single person at Nevada Fertility Center from the front office staff, to the phlebotomists, to the physicians and everyone in between made this experience for me so incredible. From start to finish, everything was so organized and explained so well. Everyone was so incredibly kind and efficient and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend Nevada Fertility Center to anyone! I had such an amazing first experience that I am already looking towards donating again! Thank you!

My very first egg donation journey has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel so supported, cared for and valued throughout this entire process. With this being my first egg donation Adrian my donor coordinator made sure everything was explained thoroughly and would always make sure I was doing great each day which gave me so much peace of mind, comfort and I never once felt alone in the process. Adrian, Dr. Raymond, my anesthesiologist and the entire staff at Nevada Fertility Center were so kind and compassionate that I never once felt rushed or overlooked. The procedure itself is a very quick and easy one and was handled with such care. Waking up in the recovery support room afterwards, I felt safe, respected and appreciated every step of the way. Goes to show just how much they truly prioritize their donors. This journey was not only smooth and positive but also deeply rewarding and so special to me knowing that I could help a family bring joy and possibility in such a meaningful way. I am oh so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering egg donation. Truly a 5-star experience

After years of infertility, NFC helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents. The clinic is clean and communication is excellent. They are the best I have encountered in reproductive medicine, and they made it happen—what more could you ask for? We highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or grow a family. We will choose them again in the near future for our second child! Thank you, NFC, for everything!
2025/09/17
The compassion, professionalism, and expertise they demonstrated were outstanding. What I appreciated most was that they treated me not only as a patient but as a person, and celebrated every treatment milestone with us.
2025/09/17
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and its staff! I started at another clinic and transferred here after several failed attempts. I felt discouraged and thought my path to parenthood was over until I met Dr. Foulk. After transferring to NFC, I felt renewed. He gave me hope, and I am extremely grateful to him for our precious daughter. Everyone at the clinic was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

My wife and I are extremely grateful to Nevada Fertility Center for accompanying us through one of the most important and emotional journeys of our lives. From the moment we entered the clinic, we felt cared for—not only as patients, but as people carrying hopes and dreams of building a family. Dr. Levy was our guide throughout. His expertise, compassion, and steadfast confidence gave us assurance at every stage. He explained each step clearly, celebrated our successes with us, and remained honest and empathetic during the most difficult moments. We truly felt that he was deeply invested in our success. Our IVF coordinator, Leah, was simply amazing. She was patient, responsible, and very kind, always making sure we felt supported and fully informed. Her calmness and encouragement comforted us through the ups and downs of treatment. Our second IVF contact, Kim, was also a tremendous blessing. Whenever Leah was unavailable, Kim stepped in promptly, answered our questions, and ensured that no detail was missed. Knowing there was always someone we could rely on gave us great peace of mind. The front desk staff set the tone for every visit with their warm greetings and genuine kindness. They remembered our names, checked us in with a smile, and created a warm, comfortable environment even on the most stressful days. The clinical team—nurses, ultrasound technicians, and laboratory staff—also deserves special recognition. They handled these delicate and private moments with professionalism and empathy, always making us feel respected and cared for. Their dedication behind the scenes is an important part of what makes this clinic so special. Finally, the financial counselor was invaluable. Managing the cost of fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but she was patient, transparent, and extremely helpful. She explained our options and worked with us to ensure that finances did not become a barrier to treatment. Every person we encountered at Nevada Fertility Center contributed to making this journey go smoothly. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Levy, Leah, Kim, and the front desk, clinical, and financial teams for their hope, kindness, and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking first-rate medical care and hoping to feel cared for like family at Nevada Fertility Center.

Leah's service was wonderful. I truly felt treated as a person, not just a customer. I would recommend them.
2025/11/01
The medical staff are wonderful, the service is attentive, and the clinic environment is excellent. If I could give 100 stars, I would without hesitation. We previously underwent IVF at another clinic in the Valley, so we were hesitant to start again. We are very glad we chose Nevada Fertility Center. Kimberly was our coordinator, and she is passionate and caring about patients’ health and well-being. She responds to every email quickly and empathetically and always provides solutions, treatment options, and follow-up. The front desk staff are welcoming and remember you and your treatment journey. Dr. Levy is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and highly skilled. I will continue recommending this clinic.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nevada Fertility Center Review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am very grateful to Dr. Levy and the entire Nevada Fertility Center team for their kindness and professionalism. From the front desk team, who always welcomed us warmly and patiently, to the excellent nurses, sonographers, and laboratory staff, everyone made us feel cared for and supported throughout. Special thanks to April and Kika, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step with endless care and understanding. 💛 We completed two IVF cycles and two platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments. Even during the most heartbreaking moments, the team remained patient, encouraging, and professional. The financial department was also excellent—transparent, responsive, and always respectful. We are deeply grateful for everyone’s care and attention. They treated us like family, which made all the difference. — Lily and Brett

Beginning the egg donation process without any prior knowledge felt overwhelming, but my coordinator Adrian supported me throughout and even continued checking on me after my first donation. When I went for egg retrieval, my attending physician, Dr. Levy, was very reassuring and eased my preoperative anxiety and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to all my friends!

What an extraordinary experience! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The procedure was quick and very comfortable. They made helping other families an incredibly rewarding experience. I would gladly do it again, and the compensation was an added benefit. Special thanks to Adrian. She was always kind and patient and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you, NFC. Recovery went very smoothly. There was mild pain and discomfort, but I was able to go home the same day.

17 years ago, I delivered a very healthy baby but experienced postpartum complications. Since May 2008, I have had 4 miscarriages. My husband and I decided to visit Nevada Fertility Clinic for the first time. The staff were wonderful! They were welcoming and attentive and made every visit pleasant. I was fortunate to have Khurram Rehman MD as my physician. He was kind and compassionate, very thorough, and patiently explained everything we needed to do to achieve pregnancy. After an HSG, he found a large amount of scar tissue from my difficult delivery 17 years earlier. He gave me several options, including removal of the scar tissue. Surgery was scheduled for July 2025. In September of the same year, I became pregnant! I am now 9 weeks pregnant. I am very pleased with this clinic and its staff. I felt like family, not merely a patient. I was sad to leave Nevada Fertility Clinic. At my last visit, the staff who had supported me throughout hugged me, added our names to the tree, and invited me to return after the baby is born! I hope my story reassures new patients. I wish you all success in welcoming a baby and hope you enjoy your experience here as much as I did! I am very happy with this clinic.

I was recently a donor with Nevada Fertility Center and I had a great experience. Adrian was my coordinator and Dr. Levy was my physician. They were amazing, and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Adrian was always available to talk through any questions or concerns that I had, I even had to postpone my donation at 1st amd she was very understanding and worked with me the whole way through. Anyone thinking of donating or just looking for IVF i highly recommend NFC.

I cannot say enough good things about Nevada Fertility Center. From day one, the front desk, nurses, coordinator, and physicians made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. My coordinator tracked every detail, patiently answered endless questions, and always prepared me for what came next. The physicians clearly explained my plan and options, and the nurses were gentle and attentive. I never felt like just another patient; they treated me like family.

This review is long overdue, but I can finally announce that I am pregnant 🥳 Thank you so much to Dr. Rehman, Dr. Levy, and the entire care team. I remember starting this fertility journey in April, but I had actually been dealing with infertility for three years, and NFC was my second clinic. By August, after everything I had been through, I was ready to give up. But when I told Dr. Rehman that I needed a break, he encouraged me not to quit... We then had a successful IUI, and I am now 16 weeks pregnant with our baby boy ☺️💙 I will always be grateful to NFC, the care team, and every staff member who made me feel so comfortable. Our baby boy is due in June 2026, and we cannot wait to bring him back to the clinic so our fertility family can see the little life they helped us create. Thank you again, NFC, for everything 🫶🏼 *We celebrated the holidays in Maui and shared the good news with our family 🥹

We have worked with NV Fertility for four years, and they have always been helpful, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Foulk was excellent from the procedures through the embryo transfers! We will continue to choose them in the future. Kimberly, Tina, and Shannon are also wonderful and excellent at what they do!

Dr. Lehman is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also kind. As a nurse myself, I know the importance of kindness from both patients and providers. He eased all our anxiety, helped my husband and me feel more comfortable about the fertility process ahead, and kept our expectations realistic. I highly recommend Dr. Lehman and Nevada Fertility Center.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this fertility clinic and my egg donation experience. From the beginning, the application was thorough yet unexpectedly quick, efficient, and well organized, immediately making me feel reassured and cared for. Once the donation process began, everyone I met was kind and supportive and made me feel that my contribution was genuinely valued. The entire experience was very rewarding, and the clinic clearly treats donors as people, not merely as patients. I especially want to thank my coordinator Adrian, who was outstanding throughout—always responsive, informative, and encouraging. Special thanks also to phlebotomist Gisela, who is truly excellent. She made every blood draw comfortable and made me feel at home. The clinic creates such a positive, uplifting environment that I look forward to donating with them again. I highly recommend it to anyone considering egg donation or seeking fertility care.

Freezing my eggs was never part of my plan, especially because I hoped to conceive naturally in the near future. Unfortunately, after being diagnosed with cancer last August, my oncologist recommended urgent egg freezing before chemotherapy because treatment could leave me infertile. The news was devastating and added greatly to my anxiety. My oncologist quickly referred me to Dr. Levy at NFC, and a detailed treatment plan was promptly arranged with Kimberly as my care coordinator. After everything I had endured fighting cancer, I felt incredibly fortunate and relieved to have such a positive experience. Dr. Levy gave me hope and assured me that he and his team would take excellent care of me—and they did. He was warm, gentle, and showed a level of compassion I rarely see in male physicians. Kimberly was always available, promptly answered my medication questions, and ensured my treatment plan remained effective. She is one of the kindest and gentlest people I have met. She kept everything on track through retrieval day and checked on me often. The entire staff are wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Everyone radiates positivity, and I left every visit feeling uplifted and hopeful. Thank you, Dr. Levy, Kimberly, and everyone at NFC, for giving me hope during this difficult time in my life. My experience was wonderful, and I sincerely appreciate every one of you! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Levy. I am happy to share that we have graduated from the clinic and will soon begin obstetric care. April was an excellent coordinator who answered all my questions and helped me navigate challenges during pregnancy. Gina was my favorite ultrasound provider. She always listened patiently to my concerns and performed careful, thorough examinations. Before I left each visit, she made sure I fully understood our current status. I felt that everyone at the clinic was cheering us on and recognized me at every appointment. Graduating from the clinic is bittersweet, but my experience here was truly wonderful!

Thanks to this outstanding team, I am now pregnant. I highly recommend Nevada Fertility Center.
2026/04/18
My entire treatment experience at Nevada Fertility Center was excellent. Dr. Levy is highly skilled; my nurses Keka and Leah were very kind and supportive; and the lovely phlebotomist Graciela drew my blood every other day. Shannon was also very kind and performed my saline ultrasound. My egg retrieval went very smoothly and took only about 15 to 20 minutes. I was comfortable in the recovery room after waking up, and the heating pad on my pelvis was a thoughtful touch. I am very glad I chose Nevada Fertility Center for IVF. I would recommend them to anyone needing specialized fertility care. Everyone was professional, and I felt my stimulation medications and injections were managed very well. Ultimately, 17 eggs were retrieved and 10 fertilized; I am 37. I am now waiting for the blastocyst testing results, but I feel hopeful. I love their patient portal, which is very detailed. They upload all my laboratory results and follicle reports so I can clearly see everything. I am extremely satisfied with the entire clinic. It is clean and beautifully decorated for holidays. Overall, I would give them 10 out of 10.
2026/04/17
I absolutely love the people at the Nevada Fertility center. Every visit or even phone call that I have experienced with them has been filled with care and kindness. Everyone there shows extreme professionalism while making you feel like a member of their work place family. Dr. Foulk is warm, kind, and very efficient. Adrian is amazing she made the entire process much easier and she is so down to earth, feels like I've known her for years now. Lol I would highly recommend using them for any of your fertility needs!

Hello! My name is Natalia. Dr. Gary Levy is the best doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients and is very helpful. He helped my husband and me conceive naturally after we had hoped for a baby for nearly six years. Every staff member I met was wonderful, and I have no complaints. They always greeted me with smiles, and I never had to wait long in the waiting room. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Gary Levy for all his help and to the entire staff for their attentive care. I recommend Dr. Gary Levy to everyone. In my opinion, he is the best. My husband and I have been incredibly happy since becoming pregnant under Dr. Gary Levy's care.

Easy and quick process thanks to Dr. Rehman and the lovely Adrian. Adrian helped me with the entire process and I couldn’t thank her enough!!❤️
2026/06/13
I just received a call from their front desk. She spoke like a drill sergeant, loudly telling me in a condescending tone that they did not accept my insurance. I barely had time to respond before she interrupted and told me to ask about pricing. The answer was: $5500 for the initial consultation; $14000 per egg retrieval cycle, plus $6000 for medication, bringing the total for egg retrieval to 2 times ten thousand dollars! That does not include the cost of achieving a pregnancy; it is only for the egg retrieval. By comparison, a doctor in Manhattan charges only $5000 for an egg retrieval. The entire interaction—or rather, the way she spoke to me—felt like a battle. It felt as though she was calling me poor while also wanting to punch me. I also seriously doubt that these are the prices their patients actually pay.
2026/06/13
Adrian was an excellent coordinator. She answered all my questions promptly and made sure I went through the entire process with confidence. Dr. Foulk was also very considerate on the day of the procedure, which helped put me at ease.

I have not been to any other fertility clinics, but even so, I did not need to visit another clinic to recognize the professionalism, dedication, and detailed, personalized care here. We went through different stages, and Dr. Levy and the coordinators, Ari and especially Johanna, were extremely kind and listened patiently to every one of my needs. I am truly grateful to have met them and to have been in their care. The other professionals at the center were equally outstanding and showed genuine compassion to everyone who came seeking help. Thank you all! I hope everyone facing the same difficult situation receives support of this quality.

What felt like an eternity was over in the blink of an eye. When we left the clinic pregnant with twins, I felt incredibly sad, as though I were losing the family who had supported us throughout this journey. I give every staff member at Nevada Fertility Center five stars. Dr. Rehman was just as enthusiastic, perhaps even more excited than we were, and I give him five stars as well. I could not have found a better team to share the highs and lows of IVF with. We love you! You truly are angels of fertility. Michelle and Avery Stewart

This is a wonderful team with highly professional, detail-oriented staff. I was honored to work with physician assistant Gina and Dr. Rehman, who made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility care.

The staff were very kind to me. Adrian was wonderful and kept me informed throughout the donation process. Dr. Levy also did an excellent job, and my postoperative recovery went smoothly.

Adrian was very kind and helpful throughout the egg donation and retrieval process! Dr. Rehman was also very kind, compassionate, and highly skilled during the retrieval! I strongly recommend donating eggs through them :)
