SGF was a great experience for me, Dr Sprague and her whole team are very helpful and awesome. Dr. Sprague answered all my questions from the very first visit and she put all her effort to treat my condition, I have never been to a doctor’s office with staff this great! She gave me an opportunity to experience a pregnancy that i thought i would never get, my family and i extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Sprague

I love this clinic! Katherine is the patient coordinator, and she is excellent at simplifying the entire process. Dr. Sprauge is also wonderful, works closely with you throughout, and is knowledgeable and understanding. Overall, this team is amazing, and I have them to thank for my success story.

We had an excellent experience at SGF. Dr. Sprague and the nursing team, nurse practitioners, lab technicians, and support staff were all outstanding. Everyone patiently guided us through each step and answered all our questions. We highly recommend SGF!

I do not usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. My experience at Shady Grove Fertility was excellent. They made the entire process very simple and straightforward. They guided me step by step without missing any details. Kimberly Feliz is an excellent registered fertility nurse who carefully answered all my questions and responded quickly to all my messages. Amazing! Service like this is hard to find today. My doctor, the staff, and my financial counselor were also outstanding! I am very happy to receive treatment at SGF. Thank you all!

I had a very positive experience at SGF in St. Petersburg. The office is smaller, so everything usually runs smoothly and on time without a wait. The best part is the team, especially Courtney. She is extremely kind, positive, and welcoming. At every follow-up visit—and there were many—she took the time to explain everything in detail and always reassured me that everything was fine. I arrived nervous and left hopeful and positive, entirely because of her.

Nurse Courtney performed all my ultrasounds. She was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly felt that she cared. She guided me through every step and explained everything in detail. She is an excellent clinician.

So far, I have really enjoyed working with the St. Petersburg office team! They have been wonderful every step of the way!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove. We saw Dr. Sprague, and she and her team made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our fertility journey. They were compassionate, thorough, and always patient with our questions, which brought great comfort to an otherwise overwhelming process. We are very grateful for their care and highly recommend Shady Grove to anyone seeking fertility assistance.

Going through this can be nerve-racking and frightening. Everyone experiences infertility differently, and Shady Grove St. Petersburg made me feel that my unique experience mattered. From the start, the staff validated and addressed all my feelings and concerns. They were welcoming, attentive, and caring. I am especially grateful to Draco and Jacques, who were there every time, and to Catherine, who answered every question my husband and I asked, no matter how silly it seemed. We greatly appreciate Dr. Sprague's expertise throughout the process. This is an excellent clinic, and I highly recommend including them in your fertility journey.

I arrived at this clinic carrying more emotional baggage than an overstuffed suitcase. I had concerns and convictions about IVF and honestly expected to be judged or forced into a standard protocol. That was completely wrong. Over the years, I may have become Dr. Sprague's biggest fan, and I am not easily impressed. She is brilliant and compassionate and worked tirelessly to create the treatment plan that best suited me, even when it required an approach she might never otherwise have devised. After my miscarriage earlier this year, Dr. Sprague cared for me not only medically but as a person. I am sure she checked on me during her commute home. I do not know whether she ever rests, but she is always compassionate. My nurse manager, Amber, is phenomenal. I never feel rushed on calls with her. She answers every one of my countless questions, talks me through difficult parts of treatment, and genuinely celebrates with me. I joke that I hope to meet her in person one day because, for now, she is the best phone friend I never knew I needed. She embodies the same kindness and thoughtfulness as Dr. Sprague. Then there is Ann, the financial counselor. Fertility care is expensive, and billing can sometimes be harder to navigate than the hormones. Getting answers from my first counselor was extremely difficult, but Ann is a superstar. She recently resolved numerous billing issues just before the deadline for my next cycle and still cleared everything on time. She answers calls, calls back, and follows through—rare customer service today. Courtney and Draco also deserve recognition. Courtney performs most of my ultrasounds and feels more like a friend than a technician. She is calming and makes an awkward, stressful process feel completely normal. Draco is a master at blood draws: quick, gentle, and reliable every time. I may not have had success yet, but I have never felt like a dollar sign here. I feel like a person with a team behind me, whatever happens. If you want a clinic with intelligence, compassion, and humor, choose Dr. Sprague and her team.

The care team was wonderful and took excellent care of me and my infertility concerns. They patiently answered every question. My nurse coordinator, Amber Graham, was outstanding throughout the process, answering calls attentively and addressing every question patiently and respectfully. Cortney White, APRN, explained everything clearly during my scans and guided me through these weeks of pregnancy. Dr. Sprague and her team are excellent, and I highly recommend them.
2025/09/25
From the beginning, Dr. Sprague was welcoming and genuinely considerate. She makes you feel valued and cared for at every stage of treatment. My coordinator Katherine was wonderful; she was organized and helpful and made the entire process easy to navigate. The team is exceptional. Draco is outstanding at drawing blood and makes the process as comfortable as possible. Jacque at the front desk greets you warmly with a smile from the moment you enter. Overall, they provided not only exceptional care but also empathy and understanding that made the treatment experience different. I cannot praise this team enough and would recommend them to everyone!

Shady Grove Medical Center was excellent during our first several visits, and we are happy to continue working with them. Phlebotomist Draco is very skilled with my small veins! Dr. Rachel Sprague is friendly and happy to answer questions, and all the staff are outstanding. Highly recommended!

Working with Dr. Sprague and her team was a wonderful experience. Dr. Sprague is warm and friendly, and speaking with her feels like talking with a friend. Her team is equally outstanding. Katherine was tremendously helpful, guiding me through every required step in easy-to-understand language and answering all my questions. I am very grateful to the team throughout treatment.

What a great experience so far! Dr. Sprague and Ann, our financial planner, have gone above and beyond with their customer service and making sure we fully understand every step of the process. This is such a huge decision for our family, and my wife and I have truly felt like a top priority the entire time. I would STRONGLY recommend Shady Grove Fertility to anyone considering IVF, you won’t regret it!

Working with Katherine has been wonderful! She is kind, patient, and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. From the beginning, she made the prescreening process smooth and stress-free, and her positive attitude truly put me at ease. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. I am very grateful for her help and support—she is a true gem on the SGF team!

Our experience at Shady Grove was amazing! From our initial visit through "graduation," we felt exceptionally cared for and received the best care. Although this is a very emotional process, they always explained everything with compassion and positivity. We are sincerely grateful for all they did for us. Special thanks to the St. Petersburg clinic staff, whose professionalism and compassion exceeded all expectations. Thank you so much to Draco, Courtney, Jacque, and of course Dr. Sprague. These people are real-life superheroes!

At the beginning of treatment, I was assigned a financial counselor whom I did not like. I later switched to Ann McKnight, and she was wonderful!! She gave me tremendous help, as did Cortney White. She is truly an angel!! I was excited every time I saw her. She always answered my questions with warmth. The two of them made this difficult IVF process easier.
2025/11/07
Dr. Sprague and Katherine were incredibly helpful as we navigated and resolved every issue. Their attentive care, consistent communication, and timely updates on our treatment progress and next steps made what could have been a very difficult time feel easier and more hopeful. We are so grateful to be their patients and could not ask for a better team.
2025/11/05
SGF has been incredibly helpful so far, and I look forward to continuing with them. Dr. Sprague and Katherine have shown my husband and me tremendous patience as we navigate the challenging path of IVF. Katherine is approachable, helpful, encouraging, and always available to answer our questions—even when she does not know the answer herself, she does her best to find it. Dr. Sprague is kind, optimistic yet realistic, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our financial counselor, Ann, has also been an invaluable resource with many helpful insights. I look forward to continuing our family-building journey with SGF and its wonderful team.

Annie was friendly, punctual, and answered all my questions.

I have been coming to this clinic for several months after a referral from Women's Care. Katherine and Dr. Sprague are both wonderful! The past few months have brought a lot of anxiety and challenges for my boyfriend and me. Everyone I have met in St. Petersburg and Tampa has been reassuring, helpful, and caring, making everything much easier when we need support most. Katherine truly cares about my situation and goes above and beyond to help me, which I love! I met with Dr. Sprague last week to discuss treatment options, and everyone in the office and on the team was very supportive. Thank you, SGF, for making me feel so supported and cared for throughout treatment!
2025/12/30
The entire process went very smoothly, and I am extremely satisfied! My patient coordinator and nurse were both very dedicated, patient, and thoughtful. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have received such attentive care from Dr. Sprague, Jacque, Draco, Raven, and Kourtney! Thank you to everyone involved throughout our journey. We look forward to the next part of this journey with our little baby! 🥹❤️

Dr. Sprague and her team are outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Sprague takes the time to listen carefully and makes you feel like a person rather than a number. Our patient care coordinator, Katherine, is warm, responsive, and excellent at following up. It is invaluable to have someone who understands your case and can continue the conversation seamlessly. Ann, the financial coordinator, is especially professional and helps simplify the often complicated insurance process, greatly improving the overall experience. I am very grateful to the entire team.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Every staff member my husband and I met was wonderful. Fertility is a very sensitive topic, but Dr. Sprague and her team provide exceptional, reassuring patient care. They patiently explain every step in detail and are highly knowledgeable. The additional support from our patient care coordinator, Katherine S., was the perfect finishing touch. Whenever we had a question or concern, she responded or contacted us quickly and clearly guided us through each step. Thank you so much!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Sprague and Katherine Sneesby at Shady Grove Fertility. They are both kind, patient, helpful, and attentive. Katherine always responds promptly to anything I need, while Dr. Sprague answers all my questions in easy-to-understand terms. I highly recommend this team!

I was referred to SGF by several people and so far my experience with the staff at the St. Pete location has been great. Katherine S. was my coordinator and she was always on the efficient with answering any questions I had or things I needed to do. Dr. Sprague is friendly, educated me on my options and answered all my questions. She made the appointments run smoothly.
2026/02/11
Dr. Sprague and her team are amazing! During my time with SGF, Dr. Sprague, Katie, and Ann, I felt tremendously supported. Everyone was warm, helpful, and reassuring. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sprague and her team, especially my wonderful nurse Raven. I firmly believe Dr. Sprague is the best. She is brilliant, kind, experienced, and compassionate, and she and Raven make an exceptional team. I felt completely safe in their care. What stands out most was a surprise visit from Dr. Sprague during a routine follicle check before retrieval. She immediately put me at ease and patiently answered every question. I had been worried that she might not be there for the retrieval, but she assured me I would receive excellent care regardless of who performed it. She was absolutely right 🥹. I could not have found a better doctor. Her team is truly outstanding. My very selective husband and I researched extensively before choosing Shady Grove, and we chose it because of Dr. Sprague. We have no regrets. Dr. Sprague made our dream possible. She is brilliant and knows her work inside and out! As I prepare for my first transfer, I feel reassured knowing she is directing my care. Raven is also amazing; she patiently takes all my anxious calls and listens to my concerns. She is a treasure, and hearing her calm voice stop me from overthinking is always comforting 😆 We now have seven beautiful embryos and feel incredibly fortunate to have reached this point. Thank you, thank you!!!
2026/02/05
Working with Dr. Sprague was a pleasure. She always answered every question my partner and I had, helping us feel completely at ease throughout treatment. Patient care coordinator Katherine was also excellent. She made scheduling very easy and always responded quickly to our messages.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the Shady Grove St. Pete team. Courtney, Draco, Raven, Jacque, and Dr. Sprague were all very kind, thoughtful, communicative, and professional, providing tremendous support during this difficult yet exciting time. If you are unfortunate enough to need IVF treatment, this clinic is absolutely the best choice!

Dear Dr. Sprague and the Grove Fertility Center team, I am delighted to share that I am now 12 weeks pregnant after IVF treatment. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care, support, and professionalism you showed throughout the process. Dr. Sprague, thank you for your guidance and reassurance during such an emotional time. The entire team made me feel at ease and helped me remain hopeful. Thank you for helping make this dream possible. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me. With deepest gratitude, Lu Nan

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove Fertility and cannot say enough good things about the entire team. From the beginning, Dr. Sprague took the time to develop our treatment plan carefully and stayed in close communication throughout the process. We always felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff at both the St. Petersburg and Tampa locations were outstanding, but the St. Petersburg office—our home clinic—holds a special place in our hearts. We were always greeted with smiles from the moment we walked in. I do not like needles and had to have several injections, but Draco always made my wife and me laugh and helped ease the stress. Special thanks to our fertility nurse coordinator, Amber Graham. Through every high and low, she remained patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. Her communication and care meant so much to us. This team truly does an exceptional job. Although we are sad to leave, we are thrilled to have graduated and to be expecting our first baby. We wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove Fertility to any individual or couple hoping to build a family. Thank you for everything you have done. You changed our lives. We will definitely return for baby number 2! :)
2026/04/07
I highly recommend this clinic. Every staff member is very kind and explains each process in detail. I am extremely afraid of needles and any type of medical test, but everyone at the clinic was patient and found ways to help me relax, which made a big difference.
2026/04/01
My husband and I joined the infertility community last year after my OB-GYN diagnosed me with endometriosis and referred us to Shady Grove. Our experience so far has been excellent. Although this is not a journey we wanted to face, the Shady Grove team has made it as easy as possible. Our patient care coordinator, Katherine, is very responsive and patiently answered our questions about prescreening and testing. She has been an invaluable resource. She is kind and easy to communicate with, which matters greatly during such a difficult fertility journey. We feel very confident in the care provided by Dr. Sprague and his team and look forward to the next stage of treatment!
2026/04/01
I had a consultation with Ann McKnight on March 30, and the experience was wonderful. She was kind, warm, and helpful. She made me feel heard and respected. Shady Grove Fertility needs more people like her. Ann, thank you for everything you do. Olona

Had a great appointment today with Cortney & Draco!! Thank you both :)
2026/05/15
It was wonderful working with Katherine! She responds very quickly and is always helpful when I have questions.
2026/05/07
From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt warmth and support. Cortney cared deeply at every appointment; her helpfulness and thoughtfulness made each visit positive. The entire team created a welcoming environment during this important time. I am sincerely grateful for their care and encouragement. Special thanks to Amber, who patiently and kindly answered my many questions. After every appointment, she checked on us, helped and reassured us, and made us feel supported. Her care and dedication meant so much during this journey.
2026/05/05
Everyone I met at SGF-St Pete was helpful, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Sprague was very knowledgeable and explained IVF clearly to a newcomer like me. She understood my needs and tried to accommodate my request for a modified natural cycle. Together with my nurse Katie, she ensured I understood every step and felt as comfortable as possible. Katie and financial counselor Annie were very supportive, answered all my questions, and kept me on schedule for egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and every step between. Draco made blood draws relaxing and was always friendly and easy to talk to. After multiple spontaneous miscarriages, I am now 16 and a half weeks pregnant. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sprague and the SGF-St Pete team!
2026/05/02
After a long, difficult fertility journey, everything changed when we came here in October 2025. They always listened and explained things clearly. We visited Tampa and St. Petersburg but chose St. Petersburg because of its outstanding team. Our nurse Cori is wonderful, and Dr. Torrealday always answers our questions. We are deeply grateful and cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended! 🙏
2026/06/03
Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Shady Grove Fertility team in St. Petersburg. Throughout our fertility journey, everyone was compassionate, patient, supportive, and extremely efficient. Infertility is an emotionally difficult experience, but the team always made me feel cared for and kept me informed at every step. Most importantly, after years of unexplained infertility, they helped us achieve our dream: I am pregnant with our baby. I will always be grateful to them.
2026/05/29
Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience with everyone at the St. Pete and Tampa offices. Dr. Sprague was wonderful to work with. We absolutely love our nurse, Cortney. She always provided clear explanations and answered our questions with kindness and empathy throughout the roller coaster of IVF. Draco is incredibly skilled at drawing blood without causing any pain, and you have a LOT of blood drawn. I took off one star because the central billing department was not helpful at all. I received an unexpected bill after graduating from the clinic and called to ask what it was for, but they told me I did not owe anything. Then, a few months later, I received a different bill for my final transfer that had never been submitted to my insurance. I called central billing several times, and they only said they would look into it, with no further details, while I continued receiving bills for months. Nelida, our original financial coordinator, was a rock star and got this resolved for us.
2026/05/29
Dr. Rachel is very patient and understanding. She listens carefully to patients' concerns and questions and does not rush us out because of time constraints. She went above and beyond to select a treatment plan for my husband and me that we could afford. She is a truly loving and caring person.
2026/06/23
My husband and I recently visited this clinic for what we expected to be a routine initial consultation. Unfortunately, our experience left us concerned about transparency and patient communication. During our appointment, neither the physician nor the consultant clearly explained the examinations, testing process, or overall treatment timeline. We were shown a picture on one slide, our insurance coverage was briefly reviewed, and we were given information about supplements. However, when we asked for more details about what to expect, we were repeatedly directed to the patient portal rather than receiving explanations during the appointment. In particular, when I asked the consultant to walk us through the timeline and procedures, the response was essentially to “check the portal.” At one point, I was even asked whether I had already asked the doctor. This felt dismissive and did not inspire confidence that our questions were being taken seriously. Patients who value clear communication, transparency about their care, and a more traditional bedside manner may want to consider other clinics. While this approach may work for some patients, we left feeling that important information should have been discussed directly rather than requiring us to search for answers afterward.
2026/06/18
Dr. Sprague and her team are wonderful. They showed tremendous care and compassion. My nurse, Katie M., and the physician assistant and phlebotomist, Draco, were also outstanding. The staff responded promptly.
2025/06/28
If you are a woman over 40, I do not recommend Dr. Celso Silva. Both of our IVF egg retrievals with him failed, and aside from the results, his treatment plans and feedback were generic at best. Since changing clinics, we have learned about various techniques and adjunct medications that might have improved our past outcomes and hopefully will help in the future. It is far too expensive to feel that your doctor does not have your best interests at heart. We were also denied a female doctor at the clinic after feeling that Dr. Silva might not be the right fit for us. The front desk and nursing staff were excellent.
2025/06/27
I still have a long journey ahead, but so far it has been a pleasure working with Dr. Silva and my patient care coordinator, Raffaella. Raffaella makes sure to stay in touch, informs me of upcoming appointments, and lets me know as soon as results and next steps are available. I am glad I switched to Shady Grove because at my previous clinic I always had to call for updates, and they were consistently slow to respond.
2025/06/13
Back again after two years. Dennelle E. is amazing! I was fortunate to have her in the lab, and she made my visit easy, friendly, and relaxed. She is a genuinely good person. I hope she always keeps that spirit because it helped me tremendously! The women at the front desk are wonderful. The staff here are always helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am glad this is my office.
2025/06/12
I spoke with Ann in the finance department, and she clearly explained the treatment costs and answered all my questions. At my first visit I also met Dr. Imudia, who reassured me that despite my “unexplained infertility,” treatment was possible and he would be with us throughout the process. I am excited to continue our journey to grow our family, and I believe the SGF team can help us achieve that goal!

Extremely satisfied with this facility, they gave us our now 1 year old daughter (after 2 failed attempts in another center and 1 failed attempt here) and now my wife is pregnant with our to be second baby. It was a challenging case and Dr Sprague was confident and supportive throughout the process. Forever grateful to the whole team to make this happen and have such a great positive impact in our life. Thank you!!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
2025/07/14
My experience at Shady Grove was better than I ever thought it could be. Dr. Silva made me feel comfortable from the very beginning & answered every question I had before I even asked. All the staff; the medical technicians, the nurses, the doctors; they were all very supportive and compassionate throughout my journey. I am just over 9 weeks pregnant now! I highly recommend Shady Grove.
2025/07/10
I visited both the Tampa and St. Petersburg clinics, and both were wonderful! I had my procedure at SGF Tampa, and Melissa, Julie, Maria, Dr. Sprague, Katie, and Diana made me feel very comfortable and well cared for throughout the process!

Part#2 We were planning on going to a completely different office, which was an hour away (St. Pete or Wesley Chapel) with different people/ same company. But the doctor of the office that we originally went to ( Dr. Plosker) was so distraught, that he wanted to make sure that we would be unable to see anyone at their practice ever again. I took a deep breath and sighed, while I was on the phone with Dr. Klokker. I explained to him and reminded him of the incident day (transfer day), very vividly in detail of what took place. I explained to him how my embryologist initially failed me by not following their own protocols. How the original plan was altered and sent me on an emotional roller coaster with tons of questions that were never answered by staff or him. How the embryologist failed to show me how she was able to thaw an embryo in 30 minutes after she told me it was impossible and then had the audacity to be upset with me, because I made a review. I explained to him (Dr. Plosker) that his office has many counterparts and that working together is essential. This is the way I addressed his insinuation of me being a liar. I thought to myself he wasn’t even in the procedure room or in the office that day. I was his patient with a concern. He never followed up or addressed my concerns, but only called me a liar. Heartbreaking. Now we are being punished and not allowed to go to any office anywhere with Shady Grove Fertility. He worked together with their offices to silence my voice, my questions and concerns as though it never happened. Today, for us, there is no accountability at Shady Grove. They may not hear your complaints, depending on what they are. If any problems arise, it just might be swept under the rug. If any mistakes are made, they might be covered up. If you complain, you might become the villain. I pray that whoever goes to this company is aware of the Brandon office. It’s sad we had to find this out the hard way in our journey. Blessings and baby dust to all trying to conceive. This is already a hard journey. Praying and wishing all the best.

Part #2. . It didn’t bother me that he tried to crush our spirits. It bothered me that my husband‘s effort, that he put in, thinking if he deleted the reviews, that they would consider us as a patient. We were planning on going to a completely different office, which was an hour away (St. Blessings and baby dust to those who are trying to conceive.

Words cannot express how positive my experience was working with Ann, a financial counselor at Shady Grove. Managing the financial aspects of fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and stressful, but from the beginning she made the entire process clear and manageable. Ann took the time to explain every detail and patiently answered all my questions, no matter how minor. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted to ease my financial burden as much as possible during an emotionally difficult time. Her compassion meant so much to me. I am very grateful to her!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Shady Grove. The personalized care and attention they provided far exceeded our expectations. Our nurse Sam was always responsive and provided excellent service, making our time at Shady Grove a very positive experience.

Our experience at Shady Grove Fertility was unmatched. From the beginning, we felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout this life-changing journey. Special thanks to Nelida Rolon, whose guidance, empathy, and professionalism were invaluable. She was always available, very kind, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. Her warmth and dedication reassured us during uncertain moments and made us feel like more than patients—we felt like people she genuinely cared about. We are deeply grateful for her attentive care, attention to detail, and emotional support. This experience filled us with hope and confidence as we took another step toward growing our family. Thank you, Shady Grove, and thank you, Nelida—you have made a profound difference in our lives.

Do not go here! They do not care about their patients when they are going through a miscarriage or offer sufficient medical advice. They treat you like a number not an individual.
2025/07/25
I cannot praise Alta, Kayla, and Ana at Shady Grove Fertility enough. From the moment you enter the clinic, you feel genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They go above and beyond to make every visit as smooth and comfortable as possible, which means so much during an often heartbreaking journey. Whether scheduling appointments, answering questions, or simply offering a reassuring smile, they consistently show compassion and care. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes truly set the tone for the entire experience. It is clear that they sincerely care about every patient who walks through the door, and that makes all the difference. Thank you for playing such an important role in this journey. Your support does not go unnoticed!

Ann, the financial educator, contacted me today and was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful. My nurse, Raven, is also incredibly sweet, always friendly and patient. I truly appreciate how these women treat their patients. Five stars for both of them 😍

We had success at Shady Grove several years ago and have now returned. Nelida is an excellent financial counselor—kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. When she discovered an insurance problem, she was determined to solve it that day and spent nearly the entire afternoon resolving everything. I am very grateful. My nurse DeNita has been gentle, thoughtful, and attentive to my treatment, making her wonderful to work with. Dr. Silva is excellent: experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and positive.

I thank the entire SGF team. IVF was a long, difficult process, but thanks to God and the help of Dr. Celso Silva and his team, including my nurse Samantha Snyder, RN, we succeeded. Thank you for your patience and time.

Our experience at Shady Grove Fertility was outstanding, and I highly recommend them. A fertility journey is never easy—it is emotional, challenging, and often overwhelming. At every step, SGF made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. We were fortunate to work with Dr. Silva and Nurse Sam, and I cannot say enough good things about either of them. Dr. Silva's expertise gave us confidence and reassurance at every stage. All his recommendations were grounded in research and years of experience. Nurse Sam was equally exceptional—warm, encouraging, and always willing to explain each step clearly, answer our questions thoroughly, and genuinely listen to our concerns. Beyond the excellent care from Dr. Silva and Sam, we were impressed by how smoothly the entire organization operates. Scheduling is organized, communication is seamless, and you always feel the team is working together for you. We are delighted to share that we recently welcomed a healthy baby boy, a joy made possible in large part by Shady Grove Fertility's excellent team. Words cannot fully express our gratitude to Dr. Silva, Sam, and the SGF team. Thank you!

I love this clinic ❤️ Everyone is kind, understanding, and helpful. They truly made the difficult experience of infertility easier. Dennelle especially makes me laugh every time I see her. Infertility is always difficult, so it is wonderful to feel like a normal person and be treated so well by my nurse, the front desk, and my dedicated care team. I highly recommend SGF! You are angels on earth. Thank you for helping me find my baby ❤️

I began my IVF journey in 2001. Although my previous fertility clinic experience was fairly good, coming to Shady Grove felt like a complete turnaround. From the moment you enter, you receive a warm welcome. Ana, Kayla, and Alta at the front desk are always friendly and happy to answer questions. The phlebotomy team is excellent. Denelle's positivity, efficiency, and warm smile brighten the process. The ultrasound technician was equally wonderful—I have forgotten whether her name was Lindsey or Leslie—and made every visit smooth and reassuring. The doctors are compassionate and attentive, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silva. He was wonderful throughout and made me feel carefully supported at every step. My IVF nurse, Samantha, was also a lifesaver, and her ongoing communication and support benefited me tremendously. Although my previous clinic experience was acceptable, starting again at Shady Grove brought me the comfort and calm I needed. If you are considering beginning IVF or simply want a fresh start, this clinic will not disappoint. The entire team goes above and beyond to make a difficult process feel hopeful, and I am grateful to be in their care.

Dr. Silva was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you fully understand all of your options! He also puts the control in the patients hands when it comes to treatment options. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Laura Gonzalez has been fantastic at communication and making sure my husband and I are always set up with our appointments. She personally reaches out to you and always available with any questions making this process a lot smoother .

She has made my journey with Shady Grove a great experience. I personally feel she made the difference for me to continue my treatment. Thank you for being so personable and willing to help me.

I have been coming here for a little over 3years shady grove is family! I find joy walking through those double doors to see Ana, Alta, and Kayla! They are the best front desk receptionist hands down. They should get a raise! No seriously like a rause or some recognition They always are smiling and joyful and easy to communicate with. I wish they had twins that worked at other facilities that would be amazing to have them at all my appointments. I also love how courteous the MA team is Ingrid , kat, Terri, Auri and Dennelle and others are quick and painless they should all get a raise too! They really know me especially Terri and Ingrid my likes and dislikes.and that speaks volumes My sonographer Leslie is smart knowledgeable and has a smile to light any room .she's definitely the best I love my Dr. doctor silva he's kind he wants to make sure this transfer is successfully completed and we go all the way to having a successful transfer and live birth. Excellent facility! Ana at the front desk was warm, friendly, and helpful. Nurse Courtney is the best! I love her positive attitude and the way she communicates. I feel very comfortable with her. ♥️
2025/09/17
My husband and I chose SGF, and we are very satisfied. Dr. Silva is amazing. She is knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and compassionate. The entire team is very kind. I recommend them 100%, and if we decide to have another child, we will definitely return! Our only complaint is that we did not like the “team care” model. Communication was sometimes poor, and we had to call several times to reach someone. We would have preferred to have one assigned nurse. Overall, we had an excellent experience! Thank you, SGF!
2025/09/16
Ana Alta gives my husband and me a warm welcome every time we visit—and we have had far too many appointments by now! When I ask about balances and billing details, she explains them thoroughly and helps me make sense of everything. I hope we will not have to see her so often in the future, but in the meantime, she gives each visit a good start 😊

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silva, our nurse Samantha, and the entire SGF Tampa team. I highly recommend them for guiding us through a very difficult journey.
2025/10/03
Every visit to either SGF location has brought attentive, reassuring patient care. Since my first day, SGF has given me exceptional support and selfless care. Alta and Kayla at the front desk always greet me with warm smiles and immediately make me feel welcome. The rest of the staff also go above and beyond with compassionate, thoughtful care. I am deeply grateful for the consistently excellent service and kindness here.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove Tampa. The staff were kind and welcoming. Dr. Silva helped us achieve one of our greatest dreams and kept us believing that we would have a child no matter what it took. He is genuinely thoughtful and caring. Our nurse Samantha also made the experience wonderful; she patiently answered our questions and never made us feel they were unreasonable. Thank you again to everyone at Shady Grove Tampa! 🫶

It took me a long time to write this review because I needed time to reflect on how poorly this clinic managed my care. I contacted Dr. Sprague in March 2024 for an April consultation. A week before the appointment, the office called to reschedule and said, ‘We are not sure how you were booked that day, but it is not a day we see patients.’ My appointment was moved to May. The doctor was kind, I brought all my gynecologic test results, we discussed a plan, and testing/procedures began the next month. Before I reached the nursing team, Ashley, whom I recall was a secretary, handled my scheduling. Every month brought miscommunication or errors. When I called to arrange the next step, Ashley said some labs were missing. I explained that the office had drawn a great deal of blood and that Shady Grove had ordered the tests, but she said their office did not perform the xyz tests. Every month, either my husband or I was missing a step that clear communication and correct instructions could easily have prevented. By October, everything was finally ready to begin IUI. They had ordered and shipped my medication. When it was time to proceed, I called again and learned that my thyroid labs, despite my being on medication, had not been rechecked since May. We spent November, December, and January managing my thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) instead of continuing treatment. I was furious; the level of care was nonexistent. In your 30s, time is critical. This clinic wasted 10 valuable months mishandling medical orders. I do not know whether Ashley was incompetent or the whole system failed, but this team did not make an already stressful process easier. After two failed IUIs, we received no explanation and were told to try two more—as uninsured patients. I discussed the laboratory errors, major delays, and my frustration with the care team. They showed no compassion, making it seem routine. I hope the clinic changes how it operates and cares for patients. We switched providers and are doing much better. People living through infertility deserve better than being treated as a number, especially at such high cost. Our experience was troubled from the start and ended with no progress, no real answers, and more than 10 precious months wasted.

Altagracia did an excellent job.

On my first visit to the Tampa clinic, I met Kayla downstairs. She was amazing! She helped me find the clinic, checked me in, and even walked me to my appointment. She was friendly and welcoming throughout, making my first visit very pleasant.

This journey was not easy, but I am deeply grateful for the team's efforts! After discovering that my first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy, I transferred to the care of Dr. Silva and his wonderful nurse Samantha. Their care was absolutely first-rate! My previous experience with other teams did not come close to the compassion, help, and information they provided. Samantha made me feel that I was not alone and that no question was unwelcome. Susie was also wonderful. From day one, she performed all my scans with a gentle, caring manner. I highly recommend this team.
2025/10/23
Words cannot express my wonderful experience with Shady Grove Fertility and Dr. Plosker's team. I successfully completed two egg-freezing cycles and felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Dr. Plosker is wonderful! He is calm, knowledgeable, and approachable. He patiently guided me through the entire process, helping me feel confident and secure in my decisions. His nurse Nicole was equally outstanding. She patiently answered all my questions and responded quickly, making an otherwise overwhelming process much easier. On procedure day, I was surrounded by an excellent team who made me feel completely at ease. Many thanks to Katie (preoperative/postoperative), John (anesthesiologist), Olivia (operating room), Melissa (operating room), Chrissy (supervisor), and Ana (secretary). Everyone was professional, attentive, and positive, creating a very encouraging atmosphere. Dr. Sarkar was also outstanding during the procedure, and I felt very safe in her care. Special thanks as well to Ana at the front desk, who was always so welcoming. Her kindness set the tone from the moment you entered. If you are considering fertility preservation, this is the team you want. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Shady Grove for their compassion, professionalism, and humanity. I truly had an excellent experience.

Shady Grove is wonderful! The staff provide excellent service, make you feel relaxed, and are all exceptional. Special thanks to Mathyk, Lesley, and Danielle!
2025/11/14
Danielle is amazing! She is very kind, has an infectious personality, and most importantly is an expert at finding veins. My veins are small and sometimes difficult to access. She always finds the right spot on the first try, and I feel nothing—even though I am extremely afraid of needles!! Thank you, Danielle and Shady Grove, for the excellent service and attentive care.
2025/11/13
The people here are amazing!!! Everyone, from the secretaries and nurses to the anesthesiologists, is outstanding! God bless you, and thank you for everything you do.
2025/12/11
In the end, we found out why it's called "Shady" grove!. I give it two stars only because they have some great support staff, however, overall the feeling we ended up with was we were a number and we needed to fit into their program and protocols, we were never looked at as an individual case. When we started asking a lot of questions agree some attempts, we got the cold shoulder. Asked to switch doctors and get a 2nd opinion in their office. They had 2 very different approaches and didn't agree with things that were being done. When we decided to switch somewhere else, they gave us an unbelievably hard time receiving our records and eventually tried everything to block our embryo storage move. We were successful on 1st attempt elsewhere, with not as an aggressive protocol. Additionally, pay very close attention to their billing, they continually overcharged, even when asking for a review. Almost a year after leaving, we received back about 5k in overcharged. SHADY Grove

The team at Shady Grove is very professional, helpful, and friendly. My experience here was completely different from my previous care. My nurse Sam was wonderful, and Nicole W. and Jordan W. were also very helpful. Dennelle made me feel at ease during blood draws and kept the experience pleasant. Overall, the staff and Dr. Silva genuinely care about their patients. I am very glad I chose this clinic!

Working with Dennelle was wonderful! The process was efficient and pleasant. Ingrid and Dr. Mathyk were also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Our initial experience with SGF has been excellent so far.
2025/12/21
I had to visit while traveling during IUI treatment. Dennelly, the phlebotomist, was wonderful and made my visit very pleasant. She helped me relax and relieved my stress. I cannot wait to return just to hear her laugh again. If all the staff are like her, I feel completely reassured.
2025/12/20
I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Fertility today, and my phlebotomist Daniella was outstanding. If you need blood drawn, ask for her. She is skilled and precise—an experienced professional who is patient, warm, efficient, and positive. I will choose her for every future blood draw. Thank you so much, Daniella; you are the best! Even the front desk staff always greet patients with smiles, warmth, and care. Every visit to Shady Grove Fertility leaves me feeling better because of the attentive care they provide.

I am preparing for my first egg retrieval and transfer! My experience at the Tampa office has been excellent. I was so excited to see the doctor today at my stimulation day 9 follow-up. Dr. Mathyk was very warm and approachable. She patiently explained the entire process, answered all my questions enthusiastically, and listened carefully to my concerns, which greatly reassured me. I was running low on needles for some medications, and Nurse Ingrid and her team made sure I received everything I needed, plus extras. They were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to care for me. Thank you so much, SGF Tampa!!!
2026/01/23
I previously wrote a review for our patient coordinator, Laura Grullon, but used the wrong name, so I am submitting it again because she deserves recognition for her conscientious and dedicated work. She is a very warm and friendly young woman! She was extremely kind to us and did everything possible to arrange matters quickly so we could begin our fertility journey smoothly, even fitting us in for a last-minute appointment, for which we are very grateful. She empathized with our journey and encouraged us to keep going, which was exactly what we needed after trying to conceive for more than two years. I believe we will succeed this time. Shady Grove, please keep her forever—she is a valuable asset to your team! ✨💕

I had an HSG at this clinic last week, and the experience was excellent! I had undergone the procedure several times before and was nervous, but Kori Lewis, Dr. Mathyk, and Mariah were wonderful and helped me relax. They played music and patiently explained the entire procedure. I highly recommend SGF and their whole team!

Shady Grove Fertility Tampa holds a very special place in our family's story. They helped us welcome a healthy, happy baby several years ago, and now we have returned hoping to grow our family. From the moment you enter, the entire team creates an atmosphere of hope, care, and confidence. Dr. Silva is exceptional. He is highly skilled and kind, with the rare ability to balance honesty and encouragement perfectly. He makes you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your treatment. Dr. Plosker successfully performed our embryo transfer and made this meaningful, emotional moment calm and reassuring while giving my husband and me tremendous support. The clinic staff are equally excellent. Ana and Kayla welcome you warmly and immediately put you at ease. Physician assistant Cortney is highly supportive and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. My nurse, Chelsea, is organized and attentive and always responds promptly to my questions. Mariah listened patiently to my concerns and thoughtfully prepared me for a procedure I had been nervous about. Susie recently performed a procedure for us and was calm and reassuring, making it much easier than expected. Tori in finance also explained everything in detail and ensured we fully understood and could manage the financial process. Shady Grove Fertility Tampa is an outstanding team that combines medical expertise with genuine care. We are sincerely grateful for their role in helping us build our family.

I had an excellent experience at SGF. The waiting area and restrooms were always clean and comfortable. Dr. Mathyk was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Katherine, Stephanie, and the other staff were also friendly, and I looked forward to seeing them at every appointment. The clinic maintains a high standard of service; I never had any problems with medication or communication with the nurses. They were very transparent about the recovery process, making everything go very smoothly. I would recommend SGF to anyone needing egg donation or fertility treatment.

Dr. Torrealday is the best doctor I have ever worked with! My oncologist referred me to SGF because I needed chemotherapy and wanted to try freezing my eggs beforehand due to the possible loss of fertility. The clinic staff were incredibly thoughtful. They scheduled me for the next morning, and everyone worked late that day to set up my account and prepare me to begin injections the following day. I needed retrieval quickly, so Dr. Torrealday used a random-start protocol that does not depend on the menstrual cycle and takes only 10–14 days. It is no exaggeration to say that the entire clinic went above and beyond. Every department worked tirelessly to help me, calling repeatedly, dealing with insurance, ordering medication, and more. I have never encountered a medical team as caring and dedicated as Shady Grove. Dr. Torrealday is a treasure in medicine. She is the kindest and most thoughtful doctor, and words cannot express my gratitude. She personally called almost every day to check on me, which I had never experienced. One Saturday, a nurse called with an update that worried me. Dr. Torrealday then called me from her personal phone on her evening off, even though she was not on call, to check on me, explain everything, and reassure me. I never imagined a doctor would offer this level of care or call on a day off simply because she heard I was upset. Anyone who comes here will have an excellent experience. They are truly thoughtful and care deeply about patients. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. Dr. Torrealday can change your life for the better. She retrieved far more eggs than I expected, accurately adjusted my medication dose each day, and timed the retrieval perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. Torrealday and team!

I’ve done my hsg and saline ultrasound with Dr Mathyk and MA Ingrid, they are incredibly kind and reassuring and made them good experiences, thankful for Shady Grove tampa :)
2026/04/08
When you are going through such a difficult time, you want a clinic that will support you through it. The team at the Tampa West Coast clinic does exactly that! Dr. Silva is wonderful, and my nurse Samantha is amazing. She always takes the time to explain every step patiently and answer all my questions. I do not know what I would do without her. Everyone I see at the clinic each day is always so friendly and cheerful. This can be a sad and difficult experience, but seeing the team smiling, laughing, and enjoying their work shows in the care they give us. My heartfelt thanks to Leslie, Kate, the front desk staff, the phlebotomists, and the entire clinic team for helping me through each day! 💕

If negative online reviews have made you anxious about an hysterosalpingogram (HSG), please read my review. I felt the same way and was so anxious that I was afraid to go to the clinic, but my experience at SGF today was excellent. I do not want to dismiss anyone else's experience, because every person and situation is different. Still, when you see many negative reviews, it is important to hear a positive one too. My team was wonderful. They explained and guided me through each step and continually asked whether I had questions. After the speculum and catheter were inserted and the fluid was injected, I did not even realize the procedure had begun. I felt only mild cramping, and the whole process was honestly very easy. My saline ultrasound and follicle count were equally easy—thank you, Leslie! I had no blockage, which may be one reason my discomfort was minimal. Overall, I felt fully cared for and supported throughout. Special thanks to Diana, Quiara, and Cortney! You made me feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed!

I am here solely to sincerely thank your phlebotomist, Danielle. She is absolutely outstanding. Not only is she highly skilled in her profession, but she is also incredibly kind, leaving a deep impression on me. First, due to scar tissue, the main vein in my right arm is very painful for venipuncture, but she successfully found an alternative vein in the same arm, getting it right on the first try without any pain or complications. Later that week, she again successfully located a vein in my left arm, again without any complications or pain (no one has been able to do that since I was in ninth grade). She gave me a lot of advice, and I feel truly honored to be her patient during such a sensitive time. She is a valuable asset to your clinic, and we sincerely wish her all the best! I had a saline infusion sonohysterogram today, and the entire team at Shady Grove was amazing!! I went to another fertility clinic a few years ago, and that experience was absolutely terrible! The hysterosalpingogram in particular was painful and uncomfortable! Because of that previous experience, I was very nervous about today's saline infusion sonohysterogram, but Dr. Matry K and Adena immediately put me at ease! They listened carefully to my concerns and reassured me throughout the process. They explained every step one by one and kept communicating with me the whole time! The entire procedure was not painful at all, and I am so grateful! I have been impressed with Shady Grove since my very first visit. Everyone explains what they are doing and why before they start, which is very rare in the medical field! Thank you, Shady Grove!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Martic and her assistant Ingrid for the excellent medical care they provided. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were all very kind, respectful, patient, and professional. Their care for patients' health is evident. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received and will definitely recommend them. They are a wonderful group of people and an outstanding team! Thank you so much for everything you have done.

SGF took excellent care of my wife and me. Every nurse and doctor we encountered was outstanding, and Anna at the front desk was especially thoughtful—one morning, she even brought me a cup of coffee.

Hello, I am sorry to do this, but I really do not recommend this clinic. I originally booked a consultation for October 2024 to get some information. The doctor ended up being 4-5 minutes late, and since I had woken up early for a 7 AM appointment, I reluctantly left. After that, I completely forgot about the clinic until recently. I thought that since it is now 2026, maybe it was just a one-time incident, so I decided to give them another chance and went to the clinic in person to make another appointment. They said it was no problem and arranged it for me. Then, a few days later, around 4 PM, I had neither received a confirmation email for the appointment nor any reminders. I checked the online application, and there was nothing there either. The woman on the phone even said she would send an email for me to fill out new insurance information, so I started to get a bit worried and sent them an email—but got no response, so I left a voicemail as well. A few days later, I received a call saying the doctor had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, and I could do a telehealth appointment on Sunday at 9 AM. I thought, okay, why not? It was 4 days earlier than my original appointment, and maybe their system had been updated. However, up until the day of the appointment, I still had no reminders, and only received a login notification on the day itself—now, let me talk about the actual appointment. The doctor was very cold, did not provide me with all the information I wanted, and seemed eager to end the call quickly. On top of that, he said he would send me some information about sperm banks and arrange some lab tests, etc. To this day, I still have not received any emails, texts, or calls from them, nor has anyone explained what happened. As a result, my bank sent me a bill for $150, and nothing else. I have been waiting for any communication from them, but there has been nothing, and I am very disappointed with their service.

Dr. Sprague and her team went above and beyond to help me, and I could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. Sprague and the entire staff at Shady Grove.

We have been working with Dr. Sprague for about a year and a half, and I cannot express how grateful we are for her care, compassion, and knowledge. From day one, she made us feel comfortable during one of our most vulnerable journeys. We encountered quite a few setbacks because of my health, and not once did she let us fall through the cracks. One example speaks volumes about what an incredible doctor and person she is: our first transfer failed, and she called us at 7pm that evening to say how sorry she was and arrange a call to discuss our plan. A month later, she was the one who called to tell us we were officially pregnant! We cannot express what a wonderful experience it has been working with Dr. Sprague. She will always have a place in our hearts.

After years of struggling with unexplained infertility, I am overjoyed to finally be pregnant, all thanks to Dr. Sprague and her team. Dr. Sprague is highly skilled and kind. She patiently explained every treatment option and was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I am sincerely grateful for her expertise, compassion, and attentive care. Highly recommended!

After trying to conceive for three years, we began our IVF journey, filled with fear and uncertainty. My husband spent a month researching the best doctors. We chose Dr. Sprague without hesitation and traveled from North Tampa to St. Petersburg specifically to see her. We firmly believe she is the best doctor, and I highly recommend her. Dr. Sprague is highly skilled and knowledgeable. She is also approachable, kind, thoughtful, responsive, helpful, and much more. Our egg retrieval and transfer went very smoothly. Working with Dr. Sprague and her team was an excellent experience. Our first transfer was successful, and we look forward to returning to use our remaining embryos. Choosing Dr. Sprague means choosing the best. I would cross oceans for her! She helped us obtain 20 high-quality mature eggs; 15 fertilized, and 7 developed into blastocysts. Our first transfer was successful, and our baby is due in November 2026. Thank you so much, Dr. Sprague, for making our dream come true.

Dr. Sprague explained everything patiently and thoroughly, in a way even an IVF newcomer like me could understand. She was incredibly considerate and very accommodating of my request for a modified natural cycle. She made sure I understood every step and felt as comfortable and reassured as possible. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Sprague after recurrent miscarriages. We completed one IVF cycle with preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A), and I am now 16 and a half weeks pregnant! I will always be grateful to Dr. Sprague and the team at SGF-St Pete!

Dr. Sprague made an enormous difference in our fertility journey. From the beginning, she showed great compassion, knowledge, and attentive care, reassuring us at every step. She always answered our questions patiently and made us feel genuinely cared for during this emotional time. Thanks to her expert guidance and strong support, we are now expecting our little miracle. We are deeply grateful for everything she and her team have done for our family and highly recommend her to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.

Words cannot describe our wonderful experience with Dr. Sprague. She is kind, thoughtful, and clear in her explanations. We always felt supported and fully informed about each step. I especially appreciated her suggestion to use a natural approach with less medication for my second attempt. It succeeded, and I am now 10 weeks pregnant. Throughout the process, speaking with her felt like confiding in a close friend, which made everything easier, even during difficult moments. I recommend Dr. Sprague without reservation. Thanks to her and her excellent team, the process went so smoothly. Forever grateful!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Sprague and the entire team. From my first visit, I felt supported, cared for, and genuinely heard. They clearly explained every step, patiently answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease during what can be an overwhelming journey. I am so glad my husband and I decided to take this journey with Dr. Sprague. She and her team are absolutely amazing. They provide all the support you need and are always available to answer questions and listen to you. We also worked with Dr. Z and Courtney and shared many wonderful moments and laughs with them. We are very grateful for the care and compassion we received. I highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Sprague is. Before going to Shady Grove, we had seen two fertility doctors. The other two made us feel like children, did not speak to us like people, and treated us more like numbers. When we met Dr. Sprague, we saw no red flags and were delighted to finally have a female fertility doctor—although I have heard great things about some of the male doctors at the practice, and one of them performed my egg retrieval and was wonderful! Dr. Sprague called me after every procedure—not the next day or several days later, but within hours each time. I had never had a doctor call me after a procedure; usually it was the nursing staff, who also called to check on me and summarize Dr. Sprague's instructions for next steps. I have never felt more comfortable being honest with or trusting a doctor than I did with Dr. Sprague. My husband and I are currently expecting our IVF baby, and we have 4 frozen embryos awaiting transfer by Dr. Sprague. I am extremely grateful to her and her staff for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible!

My wife and I finally found Dr. Sprague after two years of infertility treatment, 8 intrauterine inseminations, and two IVF cycles. She was receptive to our new ideas and offered ideas of her own. She carefully reviewed our records and personally called after each cycle to decide on the next treatment plan. She is kind and genuinely cared about us during the difficult process of IVF and infertility treatment. With our second embryo transfer, she was fortunate enough to give us our rainbow baby. If we want another child, we will definitely return to her.

Dr. Sprague was prompt, thorough, and compassionate. I greatly appreciate the treatment data she shared and that she never made me feel like just a number. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Rachel Sprague made our dream of parenthood a reality through her care, expertise, and unwavering support. We will always be grateful for the care and hope she gave us along the way.
