They are very difficult to reach. They rarely answer the phone, and even simple questions require a long wait. Overall they are acceptable, but I had four unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUIs). I only saw the doctor a few times; an NP usually performed the IUI. I am not sure I received the best treatment or care.

I waited to write this, but that morning I was sitting here watching my baby sleep on her first birthday. We almost never got to meet. On the way to my appointment, an SUV rear-ended me and totaled my car. We were physically okay but panicked because there was no way to return to our home in central Kentucky, get another car, and make it back to Cincinnati in time. After all that effort, it seemed I would fail again for reasons completely beyond my control. I called the clinic and explained what happened. They told me to come anyway and that they would find a way to see me. What we had planned as an easy, pleasant day became our most stressful attempt yet. But because they understood and waited for me, I can now take my daughter out to celebrate her first birthday. I will always be grateful. For anyone trying, this is a marathon, not a sprint. It is extremely difficult, but worthwhile, and I wish you all the best.

Long-overdue review—a terrible fertility experience. I rarely write reviews, but this one has been overdue. I visited in 2021 and had an awful experience, especially for a place that should provide support and understanding during a vulnerable time. The process felt like a money grab. You spend thousands but see the doctor for only minutes, and my questions and concerns were dismissed. Retrieval produced only 1 embryo; the transfer failed, and they handled it coldly without compassion. The follow-up was among the worst parts. I felt my financial situation burdened them. Their advice was uninformed and humiliating, as though I should agree to everything without explanation or support. Worse, they never tested me for endometriosis, a major cause of infertility that often goes undetected without proper evaluation. I later learned I had it. I returned to Ecuador, where an excellent doctor correctly diagnosed and treated me and did from the start what this U.S. clinic should have done. One month after surgery, I conceived naturally and delivered my miracle baby. I am forever grateful to that doctor and to God, but deeply regret wasting time and money here. The nurses were disorganized and careless. They once said I was pregnant when I was not, and asked what I wanted done with my embryos after I had already lost my only embryo. The lack of compassion was unbelievable. For fertility care around Cincinnati, I strongly recommend Dr. Neo Chin in West Chester. I now see him while trying to conceive again. He is attentive, kind, and takes time to diagnose the underlying cause. Do your research. Do not trust the first clinic offering IVF. If they do not evaluate conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS, they are not doing their job. In my case, that lack of care could have cost me everything. Stay away. You deserve better.

All the doctors at IRH are wonderful. We appreciate everything they did for us.

The staff were very kind at every clinic we visited. We saw several different providers, and each was knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, friendly, and professional. We are located between Louisville and Florence and liked both locations, but Florence had a particularly good atmosphere, so we had most appointments there. We went to Cincinnati for our intrauterine insemination (IUI), and everyone was kind, making the overall experience excellent. Every location was clean and inviting. I honestly cannot imagine a better place to help us create our miracle. We encourage our friends and colleagues to contact IRH for all fertility needs!

IRH has been amazing from day one. I have seen every provider and visited more than 1 location, and everyone was caring, highly skilled, and wonderful! I strongly recommend IRH to anyone who needs extra help growing their family!

I have called multiple times and submitted several online consultation requests but have received no response. A close friend recommended them and had only good things to say, but it is very disappointing that no one has responded. I plan to look elsewhere.

The nurses and staff are the rudest people I have ever met. They hang up on you, always have an attitude, do not answer calls, and blurt out private information where everyone can hear. The staff and nurses are very young and inexperienced. Some of the doctors are good, however.
