Dr. Shaykh and all his staff are wonderful. Although the process was difficult, they assured me I would be okay, and I was! They are undoubtedly the most caring staff, and I love them. Dr. Sheikh was very honest about my chance of pregnancy after tubal reversal and about my age. I am happy to say that I am currently pregnant, due in 2 weeks (3-19-25), at age 40. I am deeply grateful to him and his team for making my dream come true!

After researching the best doctor for tubal reversal, I found this facility. Dr. Sheikh and his staff were excellent. Somehow, in my rush that morning, I left behind the most important paperwork. I came from out of state and was prepared to reschedule, but after he essentially scolded me, he allowed us to redo it. I was nervous completing it, and his demeanor changed afterward. Still, I became pregnant 5 months after surgery, miscarried at 2 months, and became pregnant again 3 months after the miscarriage. I was 37 at surgery, and my son is now a busy 2-year-old. I would recommend him.

I had surgery yesterday and am a little sore today, but everything seems to have gone smoothly. I want to thank you and your staff; everyone was wonderful. Special thanks to the women who cared for me at Tutton Surgery Center in Jacksonville, Florida. They were excellent and very caring. I recommend you to anyone considering tubal reversal. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my husband and me, and I will update after we have a child. Thank you!!

Although my treatment is not yet complete, I give them 5 stars because they are attentive, professional, and genuinely care about patients. They explained every procedure thoroughly, and I especially appreciate Dr. Sheikh’s honesty. I fully trust the process and am confident I will get a positive result.

I am giving only one star for now because I am still receiving services. I will update the rating after my transfer. Their communication is not as good as I would expect from a professional business. Whether by email or phone, it takes time to hear back from anyone. It would be better if they gave a timeframe for when calls or messages would be returned. After making full payment, I have now waited 6 days for the next steps, which should include scheduling, additional bloodwork needed for the cycle, and medication prescriptions.

I began treatment with Dr. Marwan Shaykh in January 2024 after another fertility doctor had me spend more than $7,000 on 3 IUIs that had no chance of working because of my husband's sperm, which I learned only at my last IUI, and then told me I was too overweight for any other treatment. With limited hope, I went to Dr. Marwan Shaykh, and from our first meeting he made me feel hopeful about the IVF journey. Every test and procedure we completed met or exceeded my expectations. His staff were also wonderful, always positive and compassionate, and responded quickly to my questions. My first frozen embryo transfer failed, but my second succeeded. My pregnancy and delivery went smoothly, and I am incredibly happy. I am now holding my precious baby boy. My only regret is not going to Dr. Shaykh from the beginning. Infertility is difficult, and managing expectations is even harder when you want to become pregnant. Fertility treatment is hard when you are paying so much and may still leave empty-handed. But I would say to be patient—I know it is hard—manage your expectations, and never lose hope! Thank you to Dr. Marwan Shaykh and his office for making my dream come true! I am so glad I met you and went through this process with you. Thank you for making me feel like a person with individual needs rather than another number. ❤️❤️❤️

I only wish I could give this office a full 1,000 stars. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that listens, provides excellent care from start to finish, and does everything possible to help you reach your goal, Assisted Fertility is the only clinic you should consider! Thanks to the amazing, attentive work of Dr.Shaykh and his office, we are now officially expecting our first child ☺️ God is so good, and so is Assisted Fertility...thank you all. Update: In 4 weeks, we will graduate from the IVF clinic with a healthy baby, due 9/3/24. Thank you again, Dr.Shaykh, Stephanie, Rose, Lulu, Brenda, and Claire! I researched many times who could help my husband and me have a child. I found Dr. Shaykh's office and made an appointment. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. Dr. Shaykh was very kind and helpful. He laid everything out, explained my options, and fully supported the one I chose ☺️. We scheduled my surgery, and he was kind, encouraging, and ready to make it happen. On surgery day, everyone at the facility was wonderful. They made me feel so much better, smiling and laughing with me. Dr. Shaykh arrived in a cheerful mood and came to see me before surgery. After the procedure, the nurses kindly helped me until they found my husband. It was probably only 20 minutes from when I woke up until I left. I had to use the restroom before leaving and was able to walk quickly 😄. The entire experience was excellent. I fully trust Dr. Shaykh and his entire office—Rose, Brenda, Stephanie, and everyone else. They are all kind and helpful and never hesitate to assist, even when I worry that I am bothering them. I will return soon for an HSG for my own reassurance and to continue this journey, and I know they will welcome me. Thank you all so much!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My fiancée is a little person, and they made us jump through countless hoops because of it. She has no health problems, yet they still made everything overly complicated and wasted a great deal of our time. I would not recommend these terrible people to anyone.

This place discriminates. At first, they scheduled me without a problem. Then they learned that I am 4 feet 2 inches tall and decided to make my fiancé and me jump through countless unnecessary hoops. Because I am short, they tried to make me schedule and pay for a consultation so they could test me solely because of my height. Again, if you are short, do not go here. They will discriminate against you and waste your time.

Everything went smoothly until I began having doubts about the process. I was told I had 7 fertilized eggs, or embryos, and that they needed no assistance. I was thrilled when I received the email and call. Then the doctor asked how many embryos I had. I immediately found that strange and thought he should know. I said seven, and he asked, "Are you sure?" I said yes because a nurse had called and told me, and I had the email. When I arrived for the procedure, I was told I had only four embryos. From then on, I had doubts. My confidence was broken, but I did not want to jeopardize anything because I had nowhere else to store my embryos and wanted them to remain safe. I contacted another doctor for a second opinion.

After some research, I found this office online. I am happy with my results. Although I did experience a little additional pain, it was absolutely worth it. I called after surgery while Dr. Shaykh was out of town, but they contacted him and got back to me promptly. Everyone in the office was professional, helpful, and kind. I have seen reviews saying they were rude, but every interaction I had by phone and in person was very pleasant. They all went above and beyond. I even called several times before making my final decision and was treated kindly each time. If you want a professional, honest team, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you to everyone at the Assisted Fertility Center, especially Dr. Shaykh!!!! I will keep you updated on my progress! Update: I became pregnant in November 2023 and am due next month, in August 2024!
