I had an excellent egg-freezing cycle at Pinnacle and highly recommend them. I received exceptional care, and every staff member was very helpful throughout the process. My primary nurse, Dana, texted almost daily with reminders, checked on my progress, and scheduled appointments around my availability. On retrieval day, everyone was kind and considerate and kept me from feeling nervous. I felt very well cared for and knew that everyone was looking out for me. During the cycle, I worked with both Dr. Ringler and Dr. Zoneraich and was very impressed with them as well.

We struggled with infertility for years and had four failed IUI cycles and one failed IVF cycle in New York. I contacted Dr. Paul Dudley at the Atlanta clinic directly. We are deeply grateful for the tremendous support from the teams at Pinnacle Fertility-NY and Pinnacle Fertility-Atlanta. I feel very fortunate and happy to share that we are nearly 15 weeks pregnant. This is all thanks to the outstanding teams at both clinics and their support throughout the journey. Words cannot express the joy my husband and I feel right now. Thank you!!! :)

Although I have not directly visited Pinnacle Fertility's New York clinic, I worked with Dr. Ringler at its Los Angeles location. He has deep knowledge and advanced fertility expertise and is also approachable, compassionate, and caring. He always took time to answer my questions patiently and ensured I fully understood the information needed to make informed decisions. As a physician, I highly recommend him; he is an outstanding specialist.

The best experience from start to finish. I would choose Pinnacle Fertility a million times! The entire staff is kind and genuine.

First, I want to say that nurse Dana was wonderful from start to finish. However, other staff members were very rude to me and made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. A coordinator named Jessie used false pretenses to push me into agreeing to surgery. She acted like a used-car salesperson, simply rushing to close the sale. The other nurses were good at their jobs but were not warm or welcoming, which would have been helpful given the vulnerability involved in this type of care. The doctor seemed friendly at first, but just before I was taken into the operating room, I heard him speaking badly about me to a nurse from behind the curtain. This was not only unprofessional, but made me extremely nervous because he was minutes away from operating on me. The experience became frightening and is one of the greatest regrets of my adult life.

Dealing with infertility can be a very lonely and scary experience. After years of trying on our own with no success, my husband and I turned to Pinnacle for help. I can’t describe the sense of relief we had the first time we spoke with Dr. Zoneraich. He is knowledgeable, funny and takes time to make sure you understand your options, processes and timelines for treatment. Dr. Z and his amazing staff are caring and compassionate, and make it very easy to navigate complex treatment cycles. Our coordinator, Diana, has been amazing and is always available to answer any questions we have or to have a quick chat with me about next steps or calendar issues. With Dr. Z’s help, we welcomed a perfect baby boy into our family last year, and are currently scheduled for a second transfer later this spring. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Z and the team at Pinnacle for helping us to grow our family, and could not have asked for a better experience!

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Zoneraich for helping us grow our family. From the very beginning of our IVF journey, we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. He was kind, professional, and always available to answer questions and provide reassurance during what was a very emotional and overwhelming process. Thanks to his expertise, we now have a wonderful, happy, and healthy 15-month-old daughter who brings so much joy to our lives. We can’t thank Dr. Z enough for making our dream of becoming parents a reality!

The providers and staff are knowledgeable. They helped by guiding me and answering all my questions. They are compassionate and practice according to current medical recommendations.
