We loved working with Utah Fertility Specialists! My husband had a vasectomy several years ago, and their IVF cost was about the same as vasectomy reversal surgery. IVF had a higher success rate—though of course nothing is guaranteed—and gave us more control over the outcome in the long term. Dr. Richards is knowledgeable and kind. He almost always responds to texts and returns calls personally right away, and he is always happy to answer questions. They work hard to ensure patients do not wait for appointments. We were called in immediately at our appointment time, and if we arrived early and they were available, they saw us right away. Their ultrasound technician is wonderful! Dr. Ames is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We did not develop a personal connection with him, but that did not affect the quality or outcome of his care. We transferred two embryos and are now expecting fraternal twins! They use a “batch treatment” model and are very transparent about it. This is one reason they can offer more affordable IVF treatment. The model did not affect our one-on-one communication with the medical team. The Providence clinic is smaller, which I think also helps reduce IVF costs. Thank you, Utah Fertility Specialists, for helping our family achieve its dream!

I do not even know where to begin, so I will keep it simple. 10000% recommended! ⭐️ Dr. Richards replies to texts and calls almost immediately. ⭐️ They never keep you waiting. I am called back as soon as my appointment begins. ⭐️ Their instructions are very clear. ⭐️ They are amazing! ⭐️ I requested two embryos. I still do not know whether I am having twins, but thanks to this outstanding medical team, I know I am pregnant. Unfortunately, when I posted in a Utah Facebook IVF group that I was going to them, several people told me not to because they supposedly lacked some certification. 🙄 I ignored them and trusted my instincts. They perform IVF in batches. I was in contact with three other women who were undergoing IVF with this team at the same time. Three out of four became pregnant. The other woman did not have a transfer; she froze her embryos. I am sure she would also have become pregnant if she had transferred one. Amazing! I will update in 4 weeks when we know whether it is twins.

Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse are amazing! We had an excellent experience at their clinic. Their attention to detail, convenient treatment options and appointment times, reasonable prices, and compassionate care set them apart. You will not find a better fertility clinic! I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse are very kind, attentive, and professional, and their skills are outstanding. I could not have had these children without them. I have three wonderful children—twin boys and a girl—and I am grateful that I found this clinic. Dr. Richards even takes time to talk with you and get to know you. He is so thoughtful! If you are experiencing infertility and looking for a good IVF clinic, call this one. It was absolutely the best decision my husband and I made. This clinic is more affordable than others I visited or researched, and they treat you like a person rather than a number. 10/10, definitely recommended.

Working with Dr. Richards was wonderful. We began our IVF journey with him and Dr. Amesse. They were extremely helpful and spent hours answering our questions and listening to our concerns. When we concluded that, at my age, we wanted to pursue genetic testing fully, Dr. Richards provided a referral and helped us along that path. He is very knowledgeable and always responds as quickly as possible. He was available for everything we needed during the process. I greatly appreciate his expertise and willingness to help even though we ultimately chose a different path. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable fertility specialist.

After eight years of trying to conceive, countless doctors, thousands of dollars, so many tests, and many tears, Dr. Richards and his team at Cache Valley Fertility Center finally helped me conceive beautiful, healthy twin boys through IVF. He not only helped us realize our dream of starting a family; thanks to him, we were later able to expand our family naturally. My twins are now 7, and Dr. Richards still keeps in touch, asks how they are, and wants to see photos. He is an amazing doctor and an exceptional person ❤️

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After battling infertility for 7 years and dealing with two clinics that never gave me answers, someone referred me to Dr. Amesse and Dr. Richard. It was the best decision my husband and I could have made. After such a long search, I now have my first positive IVF result. The staff at this clinic are the best—very friendly, and they give you time to talk and ask questions. Traveling from Florida to Logan, Utah, was worth it to find our happiness.
