RMA Northern California | Palo Alto, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র

It was very easy to use. They kept me updated at every step and helped everything proceed smoothly. Even better, my health insurance covered all the costs! Excellent service.

Dr. Kort is amazing! Thank you for helping me throughout this journey. I am extremely happy and grateful for the results so far—a successful egg retrieval, implantation after one transfer, and an embryo developing well! (For privacy, I am not posting under my real name, but I am genuinely Dr. Kort's patient.) Thank you!!!

I had an excellent experience preserving my fertility at this clinic. The entire team worked seamlessly together. I initially worked with Dr. Kayhan, who was professional and compassionate, and was later referred to Dr. Kaser. The process was very smooth. They explained every step clearly and followed a well-established protocol. Special thanks to the clinical staff: my small veins usually bruise easily, but even with frequent blood draws, I had no bruising at all.

I am nearing the end of my first trimester and am incredibly grateful to the RMA Palo Alto care team, especially Dr. Kort, for making this miracle possible. Our embryo was transferred from another fertility clinic, and the difference between RMA and the previous clinic was remarkable. Before coming to RMA, I had thought the earlier clinic was quite good. From the beginning, RMA's level of care, attention, and organization was entirely different. Dr. Kort genuinely cares about his patients. He took time to understand my medical history and recommended several key treatments that ultimately made the difference. He focused on optimizing my uterus for embryo transfer, restoring confidence I had not felt before. I was still unsure whether it would work, but our first transfer at RMA succeeded. RMA's care team is outstanding. Everything was organized and efficient, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was wonderful and always answered my questions promptly, providing great comfort during such an emotional process. I even had several ultrasounds with Dr. Kort through the Spruce app, and he responded very quickly. He personally FaceTimed me as well. I never felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was concerned about my rising HCG level, I requested a third beta-HCG test, and they arranged it immediately. I greatly appreciated this flexibility and consideration. My appointment waits were always under 10 minutes, further strengthening my trust and peace of mind. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and your outcome, look no further. This team is dedicated, thoughtful, and fully committed to patient success. I will always be grateful to RMA Palo Alto and Dr. Kort for helping us achieve our dream. They are the best.

Dr. Kort is amazing! We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. After several failed intrauterine inseminations and embryo transfers, I was nearly ready to give up. We went to Dr. Kort with our last hope, and meeting him not only restored that hope but gave us the opportunity to become parents. We are deeply grateful for everything he did. The RMA team was also tremendously supportive throughout.

We are very pleased with Dr. Kaser, the nurses, and the other staff. The fertility journey is difficult, but the RMA team is highly skilled, thoughtful, and extremely efficient. Highly recommended!

I feel fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Kort. He provided excellent guidance throughout the process and showed tremendous patience and knowledge. He always offered recommendations but never pressured me to do anything I did not want. I was somewhat anxious because I was 39 and wanted everything to go well. The entire process at RMA was very smooth. We began with egg retrieval. Because Dr. Kort knew I wanted more than one child, he advised completing multiple retrievals before any IVF transfer. After two retrievals, I had one transfer. My first transfer was successful, and I now have a beautiful, healthy baby boy.

Dr. Kaser was so kind and approachable that I immediately felt at ease throughout egg retrieval. His calm, friendly manner made every step less intimidating. During ultrasounds, he handled the equipment carefully and gently and took time to answer every question patiently, clearly, and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. The nurses at RMA Palo Alto were also very kind. Although they were busy caring for several patients at once, they gave each person their full attention and care.

A friend initially recommended RMA, and I was very satisfied. They helped and cared for me at every step. Dr. Kaiser treated me, but I interacted with nearly every doctor and many nurses and support staff, which did not bother me because they were all pleasant. I feared the egg retrieval medication protocol, but they guided me throughout. When I became anxious in the operating room, the staff noticed and did everything possible to calm me. I have recommended this clinic to other friends and would definitely return for any future fertility needs.

I really like Dr. Kort and his team. All our questions were answered, and someone was always available to help through the Spruce app. They made the entire process very smooth.

After several unsuccessful transfers, I was heartbroken and close to giving up. A family member recommended I reach out to Dr. Kort and I am so grateful they did! Dr. Kort and his team were compassionate and highly knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, fears, and anxieties, and gently walked us through a plan to start our own family. I cannot recommend Dr. Kort and his team enough.
