I had an excellent experience preserving my fertility at this clinic. The entire team worked seamlessly together. I initially worked with Dr. Kayhan, who was professional and compassionate, and was later referred to Dr. Kaser. The process was very smooth. They explained every step clearly and followed a well-established protocol. Special thanks to the clinical staff: my small veins usually bruise easily, but even with frequent blood draws, I had no bruising at all.

When I was concerned about my rising HCG level, I requested a third beta-HCG test, and they arranged it immediately. I greatly appreciated this flexibility and consideration. My appointment waits were always under 10 minutes, further strengthening my trust and peace of mind. Dr. Kort is amazing! We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. After several failed intrauterine inseminations and embryo transfers, I was nearly ready to give up. We went to Dr. Kort with our last hope, and meeting him not only restored that hope but gave us the opportunity to become parents. We are deeply grateful for everything he did. The RMA team was also tremendously supportive throughout.

I feel fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Kort. He provided excellent guidance throughout the process and showed tremendous patience and knowledge. He always offered recommendations but never pressured me to do anything I did not want. I was somewhat anxious because I was 39 and wanted everything to go well. The entire process at RMA was very smooth. We began with egg retrieval. Because Dr. Kort knew I wanted more than one child, he advised completing multiple retrievals before any IVF transfer. After two retrievals, I had one transfer. My first transfer was successful, and I now have a beautiful, healthy baby boy.

Dr. Kaser was so kind and approachable that I immediately felt at ease throughout egg retrieval. His calm, friendly manner made every step less intimidating. During ultrasounds, he handled the equipment carefully and gently and took time to answer every question patiently, clearly, and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. The nurses at RMA Palo Alto were also very kind. Although they were busy caring for several patients at once, they gave each person their full attention and care.

A friend initially recommended RMA, and I was very satisfied. They helped and cared for me at every step. Dr. Kaiser treated me, but I interacted with nearly every doctor and many nurses and support staff, which did not bother me because they were all pleasant. I feared the egg retrieval medication protocol, but they guided me throughout. When I became anxious in the operating room, the staff noticed and did everything possible to calm me. I have recommended this clinic to other friends and would definitely return for any future fertility needs.
