This place could be wonderful, but they need to improve in a few areas. I love my PCP Melissa Mcadden, she has seen me since I was a child and has always been wonderful and willing to refer me to different departments. However, the front desk staff are not helpful. I had a situation this past week where I needed a medication refilled, and when I called to request I was told my message would be passed along. Into the next week I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. I was then told that a nurse would soon contact me, which didn't happen. I had to message through MyChart to finally be heard. I had another scenario where I called weeks ahead to request extra strength medication for an invasive procedure, as I was told by my PCP was an option, and I was called an hour before my appointment saying that it got lost in the notes, and I would have to reschedule if I wanted the extra strength medication. I let that go at the time, but after my experience this week, it feels like a bad pattern. 我接触过的护士和医生都非常热情友好，乐于助人，但接待处的服务态度却截然不同。看了其他评论，这似乎是一个普遍存在的问题，我希望相关部门能够尽快解决，因为受到这样的对待实在令人失望，尤其是在就医方面。

我在办公室关门前打了电话，结果一直占线，最后在5:08才转到下班后的客服中心。我当时正在工作，然后赶在Generations关门前打电话，结果却被转到了下班后的客服中心，这真是太令人失望了。如果在下班前接到魁北克省的电话，我觉得办公室应该接听。尤其是医疗账单可能和我们的房贷一样多，对有些人来说甚至相当于他们的房子。如果是政府运营的机构，我还能理解，但它是营利性机构。而且，按照这种模式，如果所有魁北克省的电话都转到下班后的客服中心，那么很可能没有人会故意在一天快结束的时候接电话。🧐

由于我经历过一些令人担忧的症状，并且从贝林的另一个部门错误地诊断出来，所以我只等待了 2-3 个月的妇科预约。现在距离预约只剩下一天了，医生却不会来了！所以我不得不重新安排！再次！所以如果我没有死于我正在处理的事情的话，也许下个月我就会被看到。难怪贝林必须与 Emplify Health 合作，贝林是如此无能。不要在 Bellin 上浪费时间，去找其他提供商。真正关心的人。
