This place could be wonderful, but they need to improve in a few areas. I love my PCP Melissa Mcadden, she has seen me since I was a child and has always been wonderful and willing to refer me to different departments. However, the front desk staff are not helpful. I had a situation this past week where I needed a medication refilled, and when I called to request I was told my message would be passed along. Into the next week I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. I was then told that a nurse would soon contact me, which didn't happen. I had to message through MyChart to finally be heard. I had another scenario where I called weeks ahead to request extra strength medication for an invasive procedure, as I was told by my PCP was an option, and I was called an hour before my appointment saying that it got lost in the notes, and I would have to reschedule if I wanted the extra strength medication. I let that go at the time, but after my experience this week, it feels like a bad pattern. The nurses and doctors I have dealt with have all been warm, friendly, and helpful, but the service at the front desk is the complete opposite. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a widespread issue. I hope the appropriate department addresses it soon, because being treated this way is very disappointing, especially when seeking medical care.

They are a joke. The front desk staff are nearly useless. I had to go back and forth with the nurse three times because she did not know what she was doing. The nurse entered the physician's order incorrectly in the scheduling system, and the scheduler did not know how to schedule it.

I called before the office closed, but the line remained busy and I was finally routed to the after-hours call center at 5:08. I was working and called before Generations closed, so being sent to after-hours service was very disappointing. If a call comes in before closing, I believe the office should answer it. Medical bills can be as large as a mortgage payment, or even the value of a house for some people. I could understand if this were a government-run facility, but it is a for-profit organization. Under this model, if all calls near closing are routed to the after-hours center, staff may simply choose not to answer toward the end of the day. 🧐

The office was clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful, but Billing overcharged me for my visit. After I called to dispute it, they conducted an “internal audit” that did not include speaking with me and went to great lengths to uphold the additional charges. I liked the doctor very much but unfortunately cannot afford such high visit fees.

Unfortunately, I have been waiting a week for my medication. I have high blood pressure and diabetes, and the doctor is at this clinic only two days a week. The way they treated me shows they do not care about your health. I told them my blood pressure had been high for an entire week. She would not even call to authorize the prescription refill. This would be 0 stars, but the site will not allow it. I no longer trust going there because I am concerned I will not receive prompt treatment after posting this.

Everyone I encountered at this location during my last pregnancy was wonderful. My pregnancy was very challenging, and the doctors and nurses always went above and beyond to help.

Without question, this is the warmest, most comfortable hospital facility I have visited! I have made it my permanent choice. The fireplaces in the ultrasound room and waiting room make it feel so warm and inviting!

Because I had concerning symptoms and was misdiagnosed by another Bellin department, I waited only 2–3 months for a gynecology appointment. Now, with one day left before the appointment, the doctor will not be there! So I have to reschedule—again! If I do not die from whatever I am dealing with, perhaps I will be seen next month. No wonder Bellin had to partner with Emplify Health; Bellin is so incompetent. Do not waste your time with Bellin. Find another provider—someone who truly cares.

I have been waiting in their office for nearly an hour. Do not bring me back if you are not ready; they act as though I have no life. This ruined my entire day! Posted.

I have been seeing Dr. Melissa, and she is amazing. She is an intelligent doctor, an excellent listener, and very caring and reassuring. Whenever I walk into this clinic, I know I am receiving excellent care.

I had a postpartum massage with Tamara, and it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! The best massage I have ever had!
