We began seeing Dr. Singh during the pandemic, when I was frightened and emotionally overwhelmed. Dr. Singh always offered options and optimism, making the experience manageable. After what felt like the longest journey, I am holding a 5-week-old baby. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Singh and her team. If someone I loved had difficulty becoming pregnant, I would absolutely send them to Lifestart Fertility Center.

She inserted my IUD. She said I would feel a little pressure and described it as essentially painless and very simple; I had to learn from Instagram that this was not true. The only side effect I asked about was weight gain, and she said it was not a factor. She told me only the benefits and seemed focused on selling it to me. What I saw on Instagram frightened me, so I waited 4 months. I scheduled 5 days in advance, but they made me wait about an hour because, as far as I could tell from what I heard on arrival, they had just ordered the IUD. Immediately before the procedure, they had me sign a form listing side effects such as spotting, acne, and ectopic pregnancy, none of which had previously been explained. I proceeded and was comfortable with those risks, but I was angry that they waited until then to tell me. The procedure was extremely painful and made me cry, though I do not cry easily. Despite that, the placement was done well. During my first period, I had extremely painful cramps—the worst three days of pain in my life—and I had never had cramps before. I worried that something was wrong with the IUD. I called and reached voicemail, with no option to speak to a person. I called at 12 p.m.; the message said calls made 4 hours before closing at 5 p.m. would be returned that day. They did not call back. A friend had to tell me the first period with an IUD is often terrible, because no one there had told me. I have had enough. I do not feel cared for and feel like nothing more than a source of money to them.

I graduated from Dr. Singh's office today and could not leave without giving them the five-star review they deserve. I have seen Dr. Singh for more than a year, and she supported us through our entire fertility journey: inability to conceive naturally, failed IUI, and 1 failed transfer. I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Yay! Katherine and Margaret, her staff/front desk team, are wonderful! They are kind, caring, and responsive, making visits easy. Appointments are always quick and efficient with minimal waiting. The office has excellent parking and is always clean. They also work directly with insurance to obtain prior authorization for procedures or medications. They honestly make insurance look easy, though we all know it is not! Dr. Singh is outstanding. She takes time with you, answers questions, and explains the next steps so you know exactly what will happen and when. I cried before leaving today because I truly wished they could continue my care. Graduating from her office is bittersweet, but if you want an excellent doctor, staff, and office to accompany you on your fertility journey, I highly recommend Lifestart Fertility Center. I waited a long time for an appointment, but it was worth it because the doctor took time to understand my problems. After seeing doctor after doctor, I saw her three days ago and the medication is already working. She is not my favorite type of doctor, but I would see her again.

From the moment I walked in, Dr. Singh's office staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Singh herself is an excellent physician—patient, compassionate, and attentive. She never rushes appointments and always listens carefully and answers questions. She genuinely cares about her patients, and I greatly appreciate her dedication. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Singh and her entire team. Dr. Singh is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate. Thanks to her, I have a healthy son who is almost 5 years old.

She is highly efficient, warm and friendly, and possesses a high level of professionalism. She was also very thorough and attentive during the consultation. I had many questions about hormones, and by the time I left the office, she made me feel very reassured! Her team is also very professional and always smiling. I had lost trust in another OB-GYN and almost didn’t come here, but my mother strongly recommended Dr. Singh, so I decided to see for myself—and thank goodness I did!
