Dr. Thompson, Grace, and all the nurses are incredibly lovely. They really helped me through our entire IVF process, which can be overwhelming at times. I was walked through every decision and process and made to feel comfortable. It is unfortunate that IVF ended up being our only option. but happy the process was in good hands. We cant thank the team enough for our miracle baby. We also saw Dr. Thompson for our daughter, and while not as many interventions were needed, they were still very kind and professional. I did briefly try the other fertility clinic in town and did not feel as taken care of as I did here, which is why ultimately we chose to do the IVF process with Dr. Thompson and staff. Two miracles from them and we couldnt be more grateful!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Fertility Center of New Mexico. From several intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) and one egg retrieval to a successful IVF cycle, the center’s staff were consistently helpful and supportive. Throughout the process, I could ask questions at any time and felt well cared for by the team, including the technicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and Dr. Thompson. Team members take the time to ensure you feel comfortable and reassured. If you are struggling with fertility, I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff and clinicians were kind. Unfortunately, I did not become pregnant after multiple treatments and tests. I later saw my family doctor, who knew that vitamin D deficiency can contribute to infertility. I was tested and treated, and became pregnant two months later. I felt deceived because this simple test was not included in my initial workup. It felt as though they may have preferred that I not become pregnant so I would continue paying for their services.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to this center. Dr. Thompson was very direct yet compassionate and immediately helped my husband and me understand the next steps. The other staff were also very kind and supportive at every visit. There were some minor insurance issues, but when are there not? Learning that everything was progressing normally and that we no longer needed a follow-up appointment was deeply emotional. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you ten thousand times! We will always be grateful to Fertility Center of New Mexico.

We sincerely thank Dr. Thompson and his entire team, including the nurses, assistants, associate physicians, and laboratory staff, for everything they did. Infertility treatment is stressful and painful. We often felt hopeless, but the team consistently supported and encouraged us, always finding the right balance to make us comfortable. Their care was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. Our journey began with a myomectomy in 2023/3, followed by many difficult experiences, including two blighted ovum pregnancies, multiple intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), one unsuccessful IVF egg retrieval, and one failed embryo transfer. Through it all, they never gave up on us, and their persistence inspired us to continue. I especially appreciated the medical team’s honesty and openness. They were always willing to discuss every detail so that we could make our own informed decisions. I know I may have been a little demanding. I ask many questions and want to understand every aspect of treatment. Dr. Thompson and his team were always patient, willing to explore the possibilities, and clear about the best treatment plan. The same was true of the laboratory staff, who explained how our samples were handled and analyzed. This transparency was essential to us. As an astrophysicist, I understand the importance of research, precision, and dedication in achieving successful outcomes. It is reassuring to have such a reputable fertility center in New Mexico, providing high-quality, advanced reproductive care without the need to travel far. On St. Patrick’s Day this year, my wife gave birth to our daughter, our “rainbow baby.” We are deeply grateful to Fertility Center of New Mexico for everything they did. I highly recommend the center and would be happy to answer questions about our experience. We also look forward to taking our daughter to meet the team once she is three months old. To anyone reading this and considering fertility treatment: it is not easy, but every minute is worth it. Having the right team and support was essential to helping us continue and achieve our dream.

We were referred here by my primary care provider, and it was a terrible experience! Dr. Thompson performed a routine fertility test that he said would take 5 minutes, but it took 20! This made me feel that he either did not know what he was doing or had been doing it for too long. He then kept asking the same questions, clearly not believing my answers. He immediately said IVF was our only option and passed us to another staff member to discuss a $30,000 option. Thankfully, this did not discourage us. We obtained a second opinion, had a successful IUI, and now have a perfect baby boy!

The staff are very friendly, easy to work with, and extremely helpful. 100% recommended.
