Do not go to this clinic. Dr. Bennett was fine, but everything else was a disaster. From our first call, we asked specifically about embryos created at another facility, and they firmly said yes, even mosaic embryos could be transferred into their tissue bank. Great, so we proceeded. The sonographer was gentle and kind, and the nurses were acceptable, but everyone else was a major disappointment. Billing had difficulty reviewing my prior records, even though all the information was included in the records we and our previous clinic had submitted. They repeatedly said the needed information was missing, forcing me to reread everything and point out exactly where it appeared before they would proceed. We should have left then, but decided to continue because we had already started. Because of our unusual circumstances, they forced me to pay out of pocket to see their geneticist. It wasted 90 minutes for many reasons, most importantly because he never mentioned that Northwell does not accept mosaic embryos at all. This was another issue they should have disclosed proactively. The phlebotomists were unskilled, stuck me several times, and left me bruised and sore for weeks. The clinic is dirty and outdated, and not at all comforting. Most unacceptable of all, they told me that under their frozen embryo transfer policy, my mosaic embryo could not be transferred directly to me and that a segmental mosaic embryo had to be transferred first. Fine, we would try that. The next day, we were shocked to learn that they also said mosaic embryos could not be transferred into their tissue bank at all. They had ample opportunity to tell us but said nothing, and we wasted substantial time and money because they were not honest from the beginning. Doctors are unreachable, bureaucracy is everywhere, the quality of care is poor, and the charges are outrageous. Do not waste your time or money here. An apology cannot fix this. Buyers beware.

I called, left voicemails, sent letters and emails, and submitted requests through their website. No one responded. They called back once, but I missed the call. After that, they never answered me again.
