I could not find a more professional and welcoming fertility clinic. From Sophia to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me tremendous support and care. The clinic is exceptionally clean and tidy. During my first transfer, they shared my happiness and cared for me attentively. It was wonderful!

My husband and I recently visited GenPrime for an IVF consultation with Dr. Goud. He was very approachable and passionate about his work. He took time to explain each step of IVF in detail, helping us better understand its medical and emotional complexities. What a reassuring experience! A friend recommended this center when I felt overwhelmed planning for the future. The staff were extremely thoughtful and patient. They listened carefully and made me comfortable enough to ask awkward questions. The doctors were clearly experts; their advice was sound, and the center's advanced equipment inspired confidence in the care. I love Gen Prime Fertility! The staff are wonderful—very caring, warm, and friendly, and they always make you feel at ease. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. Sofia helped us a great deal and was wonderful. May was also excellent, warm, and kind. She ensured that we fully understood everything and told us to contact her if we needed any help. It is a lovely boutique clinic. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to Genprime Fertility Clinic, and every time I feel at home. The staff are wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. They made me feel exceptionally cared for throughout treatment. Sofia is especially kind, and I appreciate her thoughtfulness and compassion. Her personality and kindness bring such positive energy to the clinic.
Dr. Goud always listens carefully to your concerns and explains everything clearly. I love coming here and would definitely recommend GenPrime Fertility Clinic.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Praveen and his team. He was extremely helpful during both the initial consultation and follow-up testing. He spent a great deal of time explaining the factors that affect fertility and infertility, as well as the testing and treatment options available to help us achieve our dream of having our first child. The staff were also warm and attentive, friendly when scheduling appointments and welcoming us, and did their best to accommodate our needs. They patiently answered all our questions and provided tremendous help and guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend this team to anyone struggling with fertility and seeking guidance on fertility care!

Honestly, I really liked this clinic. I was very stressed about fertility issues before going, but they patiently explained the different options without making me feel pressured or sold to; they simply answered my questions clearly. The doctor even used a notebook to draw diagrams for me, which was very helpful. During the examination, staff periodically checked how I was feeling, adjusted my blanket, brought me water, and so on. The entire clinic was modern, and the machines operated quietly, which actually helped me relax. The success-rate data they showed me was also reassuring. There were no exaggerated claims, just clear, reasonable figures.

I had an excellent experience at Genprime. I had been extremely anxious about some long-term fertility issues and, honestly, my mind was all over the place. The doctor explained the information on the screen line by line without rushing me at all. They seemed truly knowledgeable, especially when explaining the different treatment options and their high success rates. The nurses were also gentle and checked how I was feeling during the examination. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel much more at ease. The equipment looked new, and everything was well organized, which gave me more confidence in the entire process.
