I am extremely grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone facing fertility challenges. After trying several OB-GYNs, they were the first to truly listen to my concerns, investigate the multiple causes of my problems, and support me through addressing them. Everyone in the office was wonderful and made me feel welcome at every appointment and call, from the front desk and office coordinators to the nurses, phlebotomists, and providers. Dr. McGrail and Dr. Kaplan were knowledgeable and thorough in addressing fertility issues and never made appointments feel rushed despite my many questions. Everyone provided exceptional care and service. Thank you!

I had my first visit last week and was very pleased with the level and quality of care. Dr. Kaplan was very knowledgeable about everything she did, including every ultrasound image she obtained. I had tried this process before but never felt as comfortable as I did with her. I also did not feel judged or mocked because of my size, which was a major positive. Although I had to travel 2.5 hours from home, every mile was worthwhile. When I called to schedule, their excitement about welcoming me as a patient and taking this journey with me won me over, and the same energy greeted me at the door. I strongly recommend giving them a try. The entire staff, front to back, were wonderful. If you want a welcoming, informative clinic with a doctor who has excellent bedside manner, which is essential, try this one. I look forward to my next visit.

This was not a good experience for me. I thought I had found the perfect place and could stop searching for a provider to address my problems, but apparently not. Nothing seemed to be taken seriously. The front desk was friendly, though. Good luck.

I highly recommend this clinic. From the moment I called to schedule, everyone I met during my visit was friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to find people who genuinely seem to care about and want to help their patients, which is rare today. Courtney Blue, NP, was exceptional and explained everything to my husband and me in detail. She also asked several times whether we had questions. Everyone was patient and kind. If you need an OB-GYN or specialty group, look no further and schedule here!

Everyone who works here is incredible. From the moment you enter until you leave, you feel comfortable and cared for. I cannot say enough positive things about this care. Courtney Blue was incredible, and I felt heard. She is simply the best.

Although my initial experience with nurse Courtney Blue was good, I was deeply disappointed and unimpressed by Dr. Kaplan's bedside manner. She insisted on increasing my metformin dose and having me take birth control pills, even though I repeatedly said I was uncomfortable increasing the dose or taking birth control and am generally compliant with medication. I understand that she was trying to address issues related to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Overall, she made me feel judged and uncomfortable. During ultrasounds, she would sometimes exclaim things such as “What is that!” which was unsettling at best. I have experienced PCOS, adenomyosis, and endometriosis, and I felt that my needs were overlooked in favor of medication. When I declined medication, her attitude was confrontational. Overall, I found it difficult to communicate or connect with her, and everything felt like a very negative interpretation of results and follow-up treatment. However, every doctor has a different personality, and I tolerated it for what I believed was good care. Ultimately, the real reason I left was that scheduling with her was a nightmare. Several appointments were inexplicably canceled because “Dr. Kaplan is not available now.” This happened long after I had checked in and confirmed the appointments. When I questioned this supposed policy, the office staff also seemed unpleasant. I transferred to Emory, where the care is more attentive and supportive. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

The most pleasant, kind, and patient staff!

Courtney was very attentive. She took the time to ensure I fully understood everything and carefully answered all my questions. Her knowledge and professionalism were impressive. Lab technician Tara was equally excellent—she drew my blood effortlessly on the first try, making the process very easy. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and pleasant. Every staff member I met was friendly and professional. It was a truly outstanding experience.

This is the first clinic I have visited in my four years living in Atlanta, and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have received care here for the past four months, and my fertility issues are finally being treated. The treatment involves not only medication but also patience, kindness, and generosity. From the front-desk staff to the doctors, everyone made me feel cared for and supported. For the first time in a long while, I truly feel hopeful that my baby will arrive soon.

This clinic is wonderful. Everyone from the front to the back office was kind and genuinely cared about patients! Although I was late, the wait was very short. The doctor explained everything clearly, and I felt much more reassured about my health after speaking with her. She took time to review my imaging and scheduled a follow-up specifically to review my bloodwork, which I greatly appreciated. I especially value the clinic's transparent communication about expected visit times and fees. I look forward to my follow-up and fully trust that I will receive excellent care!

I came because of the positive reviews, but I would never recommend this place. The staff were nice, but it was extremely disorganized. I came for glucose testing and a gynecologic exam. Usually someone escorts you where you need to go, but no one did. They told me, “You can go back.” I did not know where to go. When I finally found the area, the woman drawing my blood knew I was following her but deliberately ignored me. After I waited, she acknowledged me and told me to return in two hours. After the blood draw, I again did not know where to go. I found someone, told her I was having a gynecologic exam, and she took me to a room for a vaginal exam. I waited there, but staff walked by looking confused about why I was still in the room. They sent me back to the lobby. After two hours and another five minutes, no one came for me. I asked the receptionist whether someone would get me or whether I should return on my own. She told me to go back. This facility is essentially self-service, completely unlike what I am used to. I dislike wandering around without direction. Parking also costs money.

I visited about a year ago and felt compelled to share my experience because I was treated so poorly. The staff were rude, biased, and highly unprofessional. I left feeling they viewed me as uneducated and poor, which is not true. After my ultrasound, staff demanded payment and insisted I pay the copay before scheduling another test. When I questioned this, they implied I had not paid my first copay, although I had paid it in person. The issue was not the $20, but their assumption that I would not pay. My credit score is over 800 and I pay $600 monthly for health insurance. I take my financial obligations seriously. The ultrasound bill was about $360, and I paid it immediately upon receipt. Yet they still treated me as unreliable. During my visit, Lutissa Parker also made comments that made me uncomfortable. Because of my occupation, she seemed to assume I should know how to interpret ultrasound images—even pointing out an ovarian cyst as though I should recognize it myself. That is outside my scope of practice, and her tone was condescending rather than educational. She also increased my metformin dose after I explained that I could not tolerate the initial dose. When I said it caused nausea, vomiting, and left me bedridden, she insisted I continue and said the side effects would resolve. They did not; I felt ill and exhausted for days. I completed one follow-up and canceled the third visit. I did not want to return. No patient should have to prove their intelligence, credibility, or financial standing to receive basic medical care.

Dr. Kaplan is very attentive, thoughtful, and understanding. I sincerely admire and appreciate her, and I feel fortunate to be under her care. I trust her.

My experience at REI was truly excellent. Tara, the clinic's LabCorp-certified phlebotomist, was amazing. She is the only person who has drawn my blood successfully on the first attempt without repeated needle sticks or difficulty finding a vein, and she was very patient with my needle phobia. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, welcoming, kind, and attentive. They take the time to ask important questions and provide clear answers in easy-to-understand language.

Where do I begin? I will always be grateful to everyone at this practice, from the receptionists and nurses—especially Alexis—to the doctors! After two recurrent miscarriages that doctors dismissed as "random events," I decided to try REIG, and I am so glad I did. From my first appointment, everyone at the clinic made me feel seen, understood, and valued. As a Black woman, this meant a great deal because we are often overlooked, but my experience here was completely different. At every appointment, they thoroughly reviewed my treatment options and explained each step, both in medical terms and in language an ordinary patient like me could understand. The staff always made sure I was comfortable and promptly addressed every concern. I am now expecting my first baby in a few months, and I cannot thank them enough. Even when my obstetrician is unavailable, I call them, and Alexis always answers with a smile. She is consistently patient and attentive. Thank you to everyone at REI Group for all you have done!

Excellent experience! The doctor and staff were very attentive and thorough. The treatment plan was always clear, and throughout my care at REIG I felt like a priority. As a result, I became pregnant twice, and we are overjoyed!

They are so wonderful. I always feel welcome and heard. I never feel rushed in my appointment. The phlebotomist is super sweet (Tara) she is thoughtful and kind. I am very grateful to have found this practice.

I am very grateful to Dr. Kaplan and everyone at the REI clinic. Dr. Kaplan was extremely thorough and listened carefully to all my concerns and what I believed was causing my problems. Everyone at the clinic was kind and professional, and because of them I now have a beautiful baby.

This was our first visit! My wife and I came to better understand what we may be facing. The staff were kind, respectful, and very willing to answer questions. We were pleased with our initial experience. First impressions truly matter.

I am surprised by this clinic's many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. I sought fertility help and declined medication. Apart from ordering bloodwork at my request to assess hormone levels during each cycle, Dr. Kaplan offered little help. Although friendly, she was often disheveled. After each interaction, I felt she had no treatment plan because I did not want medication. More concerning was the unethical conduct of the coding and billing staff and their poor communication despite my repeated attempts. Dr. Kaplan incorrectly coded two claims, causing my insurer to deny them, and the clinic ignored the issue. I have submitted a HIPAA medical-record amendment request under my patient rights and hope they address it professionally and respond appropriately.

Very thorough and informative. She takes the time to truly understand and explain everything so you understand it too. Her manner and examination technique are also very gentle. She is an excellent physician in this field.

I had a very good experience. Tara, the phlebotomist, was wonderful, warm, friendly, and pleasant to talk with. Everyone I met, including the receptionist and nurses, was excellent.
30/04/2026
Tara gave me the most comfortable blood draw I have ever had. Blood draws have always been difficult and painful for me, but with Tara, neither the insertion nor removal of the needle hurt at all!

Sophia Touchstone is absolutely terrible. Do not let her be your physician assistant. My sister-in-law has been going there, and let me tell you... Driving to Atlanta costs: - A 2-hour drive - 20-40 dollars for gas - 10 dollars for parking - Even if you have the best state-provided health insurance, they do not accept it because Georgia Blue Cross Blue Shield premiums are too high. Fertility consultations are not covered, and each visit costs more than 200 dollars out of pocket. You may need to go 2-5 times a month... so you have to pay 1000 dollars upfront each month just to see the doctor... But once you reach the exam room, you still do not see the doctor... You always see the physician assistant, who always says, “I will relay everything to Dr. Caitlin McGrail...” If you are spending 1000 dollars a month to see a specialist, you should see the specialist, not a physician assistant who judges you and is rough during examinations. Also, make sure everyone involved in your visit understands your situation... The physician assistant should not come in only after the nurse has dismissed you. You might think everyone should know your medical record inside and out before seeing you, but in reality, you have to wait 10-15 minutes to see the “physician assistant” (PA), not your attending physician... Remember, you only see your attending physician for the first 3-5 visits. After that, it is always the physician assistant, and you rarely see the doctor again. We are always told she is “in a meeting or performing surgery.” I suggest reading the reviews first! You would be better off trying Emory or Mercer University.
10/06/2026
In addition to gas, there are parking fees, extremely high appointment costs, and more. I almost never see my doctor, except perhaps once in a while.

I am a 28-year-old woman who recently and suddenly entered the most difficult period of my life, facing one health problem after another, some of which may even affect my fertility. I am extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Kaplan. She is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and understanding, and I am so glad I chose her as my doctor. I never write reviews, but this time I simply had to.

Tara and Sophie made my visit a wonderful experience. They spoke kindly and gently. I highly recommend seeing them. They are very professional and deeply caring toward their patients. —Stephanie Bonilla
