I called this clinic as a new patient to ask about fertility services, but the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked a simple clarifying question, the person I spoke with did not offer guidance and instead responded rudely and condescendingly, leaving me feeling disrespected. Patients should be treated with kindness and professionalism, especially when making important medical decisions and undergoing such personal treatment.
I believe I spoke with Emily or someone in her department around noon on February 6. The experience made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid to reach out again. Patients should never be made to feel belittled or disrespected. Very disappointing.

We worked with Dr. O'Leary and nurses Kris and Rachael and highly recommend them. We are now 19 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby girl! Although the IVF journey was difficult, everyone we worked with at Midwest Fertility Center was very kind and compassionate. If you are struggling with infertility, there is no better team!

I first had a consultation here in early 2023 to begin my journey. I simply met with a doctor and spoke with him for about 20 minutes, paid, and left. In 2025, I contacted them again to have my partner tested. The woman at the front desk only told me over the phone to come with him at the scheduled time. That was all. We waited two weeks, arrived early, dropped off our child, and paid $147. While we waited in the lobby, with someone ahead of us, several female staff members hovered around us as if they did not care who we were. The front desk woman had a terrible attitude. I wanted to say forget it and walk away with my hard-earned money, but I paid. She said the results would be ready in 3-5 days. That was 6/24/25, and it is now 7/8/25 with no call or results. When I called, they only tried to get me to have more tests that had never been mentioned before so they could take more money from me. I even feel they may never have performed the test. I called my bank and disputed the charge. You cannot treat me and still keep my money. I will never go back!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. When I think back on my journey with Midwest Fertility, the words that come to mind are thoughtful, attentive, and caring. The entire process was handled with compassion and professionalism. If you are looking for the best IVF practice, Dr. Matthew Will, Dr. Kate O’Leary, and their outstanding team at Midwest Fertility are the clear choice. They genuinely care about you and your family's fertility journey and are true partners throughout the process. Although we had other options in Louisville, we traveled more than two hours to see them because we knew they were the best. Taking our child to meet the people who made it all possible was such a gift!

We have been going to Midwest for 5 years. Dr. Will is truly an amazing person. He is very kind and genuinely cares about our concerns. The staff is wonderful too. You can tell they are passionate about their work and do everything they can to help you succeed. Dr. Will tried many approaches, from minimally invasive surgery to IVF, to help us conceive. We now have a healthy 2-year-old. Dr. Will and the staff went through this journey with us and now feel like family. Infertility is a difficult journey with many ups and downs, but Midwest made us feel that having a child was possible. Words cannot express how grateful we are for our precious daughter and for their help in creating our family.

Apart from scheduling the first appointment, trying to reach someone at the office is extremely difficult and frustrating.
They are closed on weekends and close at 11 a.m. on Fridays.
Our first lab test was infectious disease bloodwork. They failed to bill my wife's insurance, so she received a bill for more than $1,000. I had to call the lab and get their mistake corrected. Midwest Fertility never answers the phone, while the independent lab answered on the first call. I feel Midwest Fertility is too busy and proceeds without ensuring everything is in order. I was not given the option to use another lab or told the cost, and I feel sorry for anyone paying out of pocket. My bloodwork was covered by insurance.
Today I called to have my other test results sent to me. I paid for and mailed the test two weeks ago. The lab said it had sent the results to the doctor's office and that I needed to contact them for release. I need the results so I can schedule another urologist appointment. The point is that appointments are easy to make, but communication throughout the process is difficult.
The only discount I found was 10% for active-duty military personnel. They do not offer discounted packages. They work with Lending Club for financing. My advice is to question everything and do not rush. I found many discount coupons for uninsured patients on provider websites.
I hope Midwest Fertility fixes its communication problems, perhaps with a ticketing system or responses within 24 hours. At this point, I am very concerned about continuing IVF with them. My first impression is poor communication and a terrible billing department. I would gladly update my review if I see improvement.
So far, my opinion of Dr. Matthew Will is very positive. I have high expectations for his work and have read many favorable reviews. Based on my brief experience with him, I trust his decisions. I will not hold the office's communication and billing problems against him.

I cannot say enough good things about Midwest and the attentive care from Dr. O'Leary and her team. Of course, I am especially grateful for the successful outcome, but more importantly, my gratitude comes from the genuine trust I had in the team's leadership throughout treatment.
I had tried the usual 'eat this, drink that' approaches before, but this time I fully trusted the team's guidance and let my body do the rest. Although medications, appointments, and waiting can feel overwhelming, I ultimately felt informed, empowered, and more knowledgeable about both the science and my own body.
Thank you to Dr. O'Leary and to every nurse and front-desk team member for the smiles, hugs, encouragement, and unwavering confidence. I will always be grateful!

Fertility treatment is extremely difficult emotionally, ethically, spiritually, and financially. I underwent IVF and ICSI at Midwest Fertility Center in Carmel and disliked most of the experience. The required app barely works, while finances, labs, medications, and documents are on separate unlinked sites. The office is hard and slow to reach, financial discussions are distressing, and costs are 2 to 3 times the quoted amounts. Remember this is a for-profit industry, and you will cry often. Yet I now have a beautiful son whom we could never have conceived without Midwest Fertility Center. Everyone there, from doctors and nurses to laboratory staff, seemed sincere and did their best to help us conceive. Much of my anger came from my circumstances, and the clinic did its best. For me it was worth it, though I would never do it again. The experience ranged from 1 to 5 stars. Be prepared. 😍

I had an HCG test today, and it was much better than my experience at another clinic 9 years ago. Dr. Anterior and her team were welcoming, attentive, and patient. I am glad I chose her for my second round of fertility treatment. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone going through this stressful, emotional journey. They are wonderful!

My IVF journey went very smoothly. All the staff were cooperative, and my doctor, Dr. Will, was the driving force behind my miracle baby. Thank God I made the right decision. No one referred me; I chose Dr. Will based on online reviews. I feel very fortunate and highly recommend her.

For an organization serving women at their most vulnerable, the office, nurses, and doctors were terrible. They expected me to understand medications and test results without explanation. Communication about positive or negative results from urgent appointments was extremely poor. They showed no empathy during my miscarriage and provided no follow-up afterward. I miscarried in May, and only when I called did they say I needed another test despite the miscarriage, even though I had already completed confirmatory bloodwork. I have heard nothing since about further care or any other arrangements, and it is now December. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this clinic.

After one blood test suggested premature ovarian failure, we saw a doctor. Without first checking hormone levels, they said we needed donor eggs and had less than a 1% chance of conceiving naturally. Two months later, I conceived naturally. What upset us most was the immediate recommendation for donor eggs without investigating the cause, especially after only one abnormal blood test. The $300 felt completely wasted, particularly because we had only one video consultation.

Midwest Center was a blessing that helped my husband and me achieve our dream of parenthood! Dr. Kate O'Leary was wonderful, guiding us throughout and adapting treatment to our circumstances. The staff showed great care and understanding during this special time. They patiently answered every question and supported me throughout.
We completed 4 IUIs and 1 IVF cycle, and our first transfer resulted in pregnancy. We will definitely return to transfer our remaining embryos :)

We came to Midwest Fertility Center uncertain whether we could conceive and were devastated to learn IVF was our only chance. Their well-designed process helped us quickly adjust to appointments, and they scheduled us promptly to begin IVF. They partnered with LendingClub, which was our only affordable option because my insurance did not cover IVF. The loan application was somewhat complicated, but they patiently explained every step, and we received the funds the next day to continue treatment. They were professional and monitored egg retrieval and embryo transfer carefully. The nurses were gentle and patient during visits and calls, especially when delivering bad news. We experienced every high and low there, from a failed first retrieval to a successful first transfer and pregnancy. They supported us throughout. Once learned, the app made communication easy, and they returned messages promptly during business hours. Dr. O'Leary is professional and approachable and never makes any question feel foolish. Five stars and highly recommended. We will choose them again for future transfers.

After a terrible experience at another fertility clinic, this clinic was a lifesaver. I cannot understand why it has anything less than five stars. Dr. Will is truly wonderful, and from the first consultation I knew this experience would be completely different. Communication from everyone at the clinic was essential—from the scheduler when I called to book my initial consultation, to Sherry, the embryo transport coordinator, to the phlebotomist who advised me of the wait time in advance, the ultrasound technician who explained what would happen next, and the nurses who called after every appointment, checked in, and returned messages and calls the same day. I only saw Dr. Will a few times during the transfer process, but I never doubted that he personally reviewed my lab results and scans and made the final decisions. This should be standard at every clinic, but unfortunately it is not. They made the process as low-stress and patient-centered as possible. This experience was completely different from my previous transfer, not only because it was successful, but because of everyone involved and the care they gave me. My growing family is all thanks to Midwest Fertility Center.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. O'Leary and Midwest Fertility Specialists for the precious gift of my son. I came to Midwest after two and a half years of terrible fertility treatment at another clinic, and the difference was a huge relief. I ultimately became pregnant after three intrauterine insemination (IUI) attempts, and my son was born this January. I highly recommend Midwest! Special thanks to all the nurses and staff, especially nurses Jenny and Peg, who were wonderful. If you need a fertility clinic, Midwest is an excellent choice!

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for the past five years without success. We tried various methods and treatments, but nothing worked. Although we live out of state, we decided to try Dr. Bopp. First, he was 20 minutes late to our FaceTime meeting and said nothing when he joined. He seemed disengaged, and we left the meeting feeling empty and confused. The entire situation did not feel right. Aside from asking how we would pay the consultation fee shortly afterward, no one from Midwest Fertility Specialists contacted us again. Not recommended.

I have donated eggs twice, and every staff member I met was very kind. The only inconvenience was having to make frequent trips to the clinic, but I understand that this was necessary. Special thanks to Cheryl, who supported me both times and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I also want to thank my pre-op nurse, Annie, who, along with the rest of the team, made the morning of the egg retrieval go very smoothly.

Dr. O'Leary and her team are amazing! Dr. O'Leary has a very reassuring and calming presence and is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Her nurse, Maggie, is very patient and explains everything clearly. The phlebotomists are also wonderful—these were the easiest blood draws I have ever had!

The doctor I saw was kind, but we are seeking treatment elsewhere. My husband and I moved to Texas to begin IVF. I have contacted them several times to obtain our records for our new doctor. Each time, they say it will happen the next business day, but we have been waiting for two weeks.

I cannot say enough great things! I met the most compassionate staff at the Fort Wayne office. From the front desk to the nurses, technicians, and doctors, everyone was so kind and gentle with me. This clinic is amazing! The care team is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Think of everyone there as your personal cheerleaders! Couldn't possibly be happier with our experience. It is such a relief to be treated with kindness and dignity during such an emotionally exhausting experience as infertility is. All of the doctors and nurses are thoughtful and caring, recognizing the toll that fertility treatments can take on all aspect of your life. Treatments are not cheap (which is pretty much the case anywhere if you don't have an fertility benefit through your insurance), but it is absolutely worth every penny.

We wish words could describe how outstanding this Fort Wayne team is. Anyone who has struggled with infertility knows how difficult the journey can be, and the staff here support you in remarkable ways and genuinely care. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Working with Dr. Bopp was wonderful. He took time to truly understand us and explained everything in plain language. After our transfer in April, we are now pregnant! We are 10 weeks along and extremely grateful and fortunate to have worked with this team. We would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything you do—you truly feel like family.

My wife and I worked with Midwest in Fort Wayne to safely welcome our son and daughter. The physicians and care staff are compassionate, professional, and informative. It is clear that they are wholeheartedly invested in your treatment outcome: they remember details, share your joy, and are genuinely kind.
One constructive criticism would be to improve the billing process, especially billing involving subcontracted service providers.

These two stars are for Dr. O’Leary and some staff members. Overall, several major warning signs led me to discontinue care there. They found that my vitamin D level was low, instructed me to take supplements for 6 weeks, and said I would have another blood test ‘at the end of medication treatment.’ It has now been 9 weeks, and I had to ask my regular physician to order follow-up testing. I asked whether they would perform ultrasounds while I attended another fertility clinic. I know it was an unusual request and a simple ‘no’ would have been fine, but the woman who answered the phone laughed at me. Once I decided I would definitely go elsewhere, I requested my previous ultrasound images. They said they could not provide them and offered no alternative, even though I had completed a medical-record request. After I stated that they could not withhold my own medical records, they suddenly sent the images the next day without any problem. I also have endometriosis on my ovary. No one was concerned that it was likely causing my problem; they were ‘monitoring’ it, even though no follow-up ultrasound was scheduled. This was a terrible experience for someone trying to determine the next step in an already distressing situation.

I will always be grateful to Midwest Fertility Center. We began our infertility journey in 2023, and after several negative pregnancy tests, I was referred here—the best choice for us.
Dr. O'Leary and nurse practitioner Tenesha were truly wonderful. They are among the most thoughtful, compassionate, and caring people we have met, and I will always appreciate their support.
After four failed IUIs, we decided IVF was right for us. On our second transfer, we conceived our beautiful daughter, who is now four months old! The entire Midwest Fertility Center team was as thrilled as we were when they heard the news.
Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care meant everything to us. They will always hold a special place in my heart, and we will forever appreciate everything they did for our family.

Beginning our fertility journey was frightening. You never know what to expect, how it works, or what the outcome will be. From the first phone consultation through initial testing and finally ‘graduating’ to our OB-GYN, the Fort Wayne staff was incredible. If you imagine what the ideal nurses, support staff, and doctor should be like, they are it. From the first contact, the staff genuinely cares about you and your family. They stand beside you through every concern, fear, and celebration. I am deeply grateful to have been surrounded by so much love and such open hearts during a vulnerable time. We will always be grateful and will share our story with others.

I had an excellent experience at Midwest Fertility Specialists in Fort Wayne. Their wonderful team supported and guided me throughout the process. They not only made it manageable but stayed with me every step of the way. I hope I never need to return, but I am glad I chose this excellent practice for my fertility journey. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Bradford Bopp for helping us realize our dream of parenthood through IVF. From the first consultation, he showed tremendous patience, knowledge, and a reassuring manner. Every step of treatment was explained clearly, and we felt supported both medically and emotionally throughout the process. Thanks to their expertise and attentive care, I am now happily pregnant. I highly recommend Midwest Fertility in Fort Wayne! I had seen many doctors for recurrent pregnancy loss, but Midwest Fertility provided the care I needed. I am now pregnant with a healthy baby! I have wanted to write this review and even bring our baby to visit the clinic. My wife and I highly recommend this clinic. We are a same-sex couple and chose IVF. We were very nervous and learned as much as we could, but words cannot express how moved we were by the support the clinic provided at every step. They patiently answered all our questions and concerns. In a way, the clinic staff became like family. They were kind and excellent at their jobs, and we are truly grateful. Our treatment required traveling between Carmel and Fort Wayne for different tests and procedures, and the staff at both locations were welcoming and friendly. Our physician was Dr. Erica, whose embryo transfer technique was excellent. Her team was very thorough in preparing for the frozen embryo transfer and on the day itself, and implantation was successful. Thank God it worked on the first attempt! We feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience and hope to return when we try for a second child. I remember asking the clinic to estimate my due date, and I am happy they were correct!
Our baby was born on December 20, 2025.

Thanks to everyone at Midwest, my husband and I have the family we always dreamed of! Two years ago, Dr. Bopp and the team helped us welcome our daughter. This October, we will welcome a baby boy. Thank you all for the care you provided throughout our IVF journey!

We received treatment at Midwest Fertility Center for three years and had a wonderful experience! The staff are all very kind and welcoming. They truly get to know you and make you feel like a friend. Our doctor, Erika Anspach Will, was very confident about our chances of pregnancy. She explained everything patiently and thoroughly, making sure we felt comfortable with every step. We ‘graduated’ from Midwest Fertility Center today, and the feeling is so bittersweet. I could not be more grateful to them!

Dr. Will at Midwest Fertility Specialists is the doctor to see. My husband and I live in Louisville, and after a Zoom consultation, we decided to see him and knew he was the doctor we wanted. He was very honest that the process might not be easy, but he believed we could succeed. He was a true partner during IVF, which was exactly what we needed. IVF is physically and emotionally demanding, but having a doctor working beside you makes you feel less alone. Dr. Will continually adjusted our plan to improve our chances, and we ultimately succeeded! Taking our children to meet the doctor who made us and our family possible was deeply moving and meaningful. He is the best!
