Good afternoon,
I began testing at the clinic, and Dr. Julian was very attentive, as was everyone at the Dallas office. However, I decided to begin treatment at another clinic, which requested all records for my husband and me. That was a month ago. I have an appointment with them tomorrow, and they urgently need the records.
Yesterday, I called the Spanish-language line at 214-224-0778 and was told a request had been submitted. Today, when I called the clinic where I am receiving treatment, I was told they had not received anything. I called the same number again and spoke with a man named Bernardo Santos, who was very rude. He told me the records had been sent, but when I asked for confirmation, he said he had no record of it and then asked me for the fax number again. I told him I had provided it yesterday but did not have it on hand. He replied, “Well, I’m asking you for it. If you don’t want to give it to me, that’s your problem.”
This behavior was extremely disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and requested the supervisor’s name. He gave it in a very rude manner and said, “Do you want me to spell it for you or say it slowly?”
The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I only needed my records, but instead I received terrible service, unethical behavior, and disrespect. Bernardo Santos should not work in customer service.
Ultimately, my issue was not resolved. I hope his conduct is addressed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Escobar and his incredible clinical staff. Amy and Amanda were especially compassionate and supportive throughout our fertility journey, making a challenging time much more manageable.
I first met Dr. Escobar when I was preserving my fertility and freezing my eggs. That journey was emotional for me because I never expected to be in my 30s, single, and without children. However, my experience at Conceive Fertility was exceptional, and I am grateful to have been referred to such a caring and professional clinic.
Soon afterward, I met my husband, and together we decided it was time to start our family. After trying on our own without success and knowing what I had learned from egg freezing, we scheduled a consultation with Dr. Escobar as a couple.
It quickly became clear why people travel from across the country to work with Dr. Escobar and his team. They truly listened to us, made us feel heard, and guided us through every step. They also encouraged us to advocate for our care, which was incredible. Thankfully, we became pregnant during our third IUI cycle.
Although we were excited to graduate to an OB-GYN, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to Dr. Escobar and his staff. Even the seamless transition and referral to our new provider was handled with exceptional care.
Dr. Escobar and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and endlessly supportive. We are deeply grateful for their role in helping us grow our family and look forward to seeing them again when we are ready for a sibling.

We were treated with great kindness and professionalism. Dr. Escobar is an excellent doctor who gives you confidence and hope. Never in my life have I felt that medical professionals listened to me more carefully than they do here! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly understand the struggles of infertility. I saw nurse practitioner Joy White most often, and she was wonderful to me. After years of being dismissed and misled by doctors, I finally have hope in this journey. I love this place and recommend it to anyone experiencing fertility difficulties!

This was the worst experience I have had, and I could not even schedule an appointment. I was passed around on the phone for 45 minutes just trying to ask about consultations and insurance. They recommended Dr. Tiffany Jones, but I think I will go elsewhere. Everyone on the phone was extremely rude.

This was the worst experience before I even received care. I called to request remote monitoring, and the woman said they accepted insurance. I said that was great and asked to send my orders. She said they would call after receiving them. I waited several hours and heard nothing, so I called. They could not find the orders, and then came a long wait. She left me on hold for 45 minutes, supposedly looking for them, or perhaps simply forgot I was on the phone. I hung up, called back, and waited another 15 minutes. I hung up and went to the clinic because a business cannot operate this way. I explained the situation to Camila, who seemed unconcerned, although another woman helped me. A woman in the waiting area said it is always like this, and I apologized to her. I later learned that they do not accept the insurance, so the entire experience wasted my time. Thank goodness a patient at my regular clinic had an emergency and her appointment became available. Thank you so much!

I came here to write a review for my amazing experience I have had at Dr. Escobar’s office so far. Overall, the experience has been pleasant and straightforward.
The only thing I wish is that the billing was more clear. I had 2 exams scheduled for this week - one for HSO and one for HSG. I was given 3 different prices on these exams. The first time I was told it would be $200 per exam. The second time I went to the office which was for my HSO exam, I was told it would be $398 for one exam which was the HSG and that my insurance would cover my HSO exam completely.
On the day of my last exam which was the HSG, when I walked into the office to get my exam and go to the counter to pay, I was then told that it would now be $521.
Please make sure any prices are set in stone when you give these quotes to the patients and MAKE SURE everything is in writing. The front desk staff are very sweet and kind. I have no complaints about them. But please make sure the billing is more clear not just for me but for all of your patients. The fertility process is very stressful and emotional all on its own. The stress of the billing process shouldn’t be an extra burden.
Other than this experience with the billing side of things, I have to give 5 stars for Amy. I was TERRIFIED of these exams by things I have read online and I really worked myself up over it. Turns out, both exams were completely painless. I realize this will not be the case for every woman, but I was so grateful. I was treated with kindness and understanding throughout the entire process and she walked me through everything before she did it and also explained to me the results on the same day of each exam. I am so grateful I found Dr. Escobar and Amy. I look forward to the treatment plan and finally I feel hope to become a mother where I thought it was impossible before. Thank you team!!!

Many reviews are written after a successful outcome, so I wanted to be more candid. Scheduling after my 01/23 referral was easy, but getting information afterward was very difficult. Responsiveness was a genuine problem, somewhat improved in 04/23. Dallas is less organized than Frisco. First-time fertility patients should ask every possible question during appointments because obtaining answers later is extremely difficult. In 5/23, staff prescribed the wrong medication dose and I ran out over a weekend. On-call Dr. Jones returned my call quickly but had a terrible attitude during the brief 3-minute call and did not want to answer questions. This process is too expensive for that. During business hours, you rarely see her and mostly see staff. It was not a good experience.

My experience was wonderful. Thank you to Dr. Julian Escobar, the embryology team, nurses, and assistants, especially Michelle, who stayed in close contact with me. Becoming a mother is a truly unique experience. When treatment succeeds, every sacrifice feels worthwhile. It is not only financial; the process is physically and emotionally exhausting. But in that moment, you feel that dreams really can come true and anything is possible. I am sincerely grateful that we now have our little princess, the most wonderful part of our lives.

My husband and I have been waiting over a month for Michelle to return our call, but she still has not called back. This is extremely disappointing. We have called countless times and left several messages without receiving any response. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a fertility center that should value timely, thoughtful, and reliable communication. Patients deserve better care, especially while going through such a sensitive and emotional treatment process.

I don’t have any words how grateful me and wife are from Doctor Jones Tiffany and her entire team are exceptional. My wife had an IVF at IVFMD and unfortunately it was unsuccessful back in 2020, and we were very heartbroken. This time we put our faith on Doctor Jones and had a consultation with her. From 1st visits until the completion of the IVF, she has listened to our concerns and fears and she made a perfect protocol for my wife. We followed everything she said to us. And finally my it worked and my wife is 2months pregnant! We are very excited and very thankful to DoctorJones as she is very knowledgeable in infertility treatment and IVF! She is the master of it, Her team in Dallas location and Frisco office are very organized and helpful. They always greets you with smiles, I don’t remember everyone’s names but I remember Ozoro who is under Doctor Jones is super nice and attentive. Anyone who is trying to conceive, I highly recommend Doctor Jones. She brought so much happiness to our lives. May God help her long life so she can benifits and help others! Dr. Escobar changed our lives. After years of infertility, we are finally expecting our baby boy. I began trying in January and conceived through IVF in October. The entire team was kind and encouraging. Dr. Escobar does not wait for a failure before investigating every factor that could prevent a successful transfer. He considered every possibility from the start to maximize our chances. I never imagined our first transfer would work, but it did! We will always be grateful to him and deeply appreciate him and his entire team. I cannot wait to bring our son to meet everyone.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience.
My husband and I have been undergoing infertility treatment, which is already an emotionally, physically, and financially challenging journey. That makes communication and continuity of care especially important.
I would particularly like to thank Dr. Jones, who was consistently kind, professional, and supportive throughout treatment. However, most of our communication was with the nurses and clinic staff, and unfortunately there were repeated problems. These included waiting several days for pregnancy test results, unclear medication instructions during our first intrauterine insemination (IUI), and billing errors.
Most disappointing of all, my treating physician left the clinic and no one notified me. I found out on my own, which was extremely upsetting because we were scheduled for our second IUI the following month and the clinic no longer had a physician available. The front desk offered to schedule us with another doctor at the clinic, but not until August, meaning I would miss a month of treatment. After learning this, I left a message for a nurse, but a week passed without a response. I contacted the clinic manager on Monday to express my concerns and disappointment. As of today, I still have not received a reply.
Poor communication made us feel overlooked at one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. Fertility treatment is not routine medical care—it requires an enormous investment of emotion, time, planning, and hope. Patients deserve timely treatment updates, returned calls, and transparent information about any changes that may affect their treatment plans.
Because of these ongoing issues, I made the difficult decision to transfer my care to another doctor and am currently waiting for my medical records to be sent to me. I sincerely hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves its patient communication so it can better serve those who continue to place their trust in it.

I urge anyone considering this clinic to read all the reviews carefully, especially those mentioning poor communication and unfriendly staff. In my experience, communication with the clinic was extremely difficult, and the staff were unhelpful and rude. I understand that some people have had positive experiences and success here, but because of the frustrating and unprofessional experience, I did not even get through the initial consultation.
I waited on the telehealth link for more than 25 minutes for my consultation, with no update or explanation for the doctor's absence. No one contacted me to say the doctor needed to reschedule. After several attempts to call the front desk for answers while still waiting on the telehealth link, I was transferred three times without a clear explanation of what was happening. No one seemed able to connect me with anyone who could help. Finally, a message appeared in my portal stating that the doctor needed to reschedule.
At that point, I called the business manager for answers, but I was transferred repeatedly, placed on hold for more than 15 minutes several times, and ultimately disconnected. I spent more than an hour trying to find a resolution, but no one seemed to care or take responsibility for the situation.
Although I cannot comment on the doctor's qualifications or care because I never reached that point, the front desk and nursing staff's lack of professionalism and respect clearly showed me that I could not trust this clinic with such an important and emotional journey. IVF is already a very personal and difficult experience, and a disorganized, dismissive front office is a major warning sign to me.
I encourage others to research thoroughly and trust their instincts when choosing an IVF clinic. For me, this was not the right place.

Absolutely love Conceive! From Pricilla at the front desk, to nurse and surgery coordinator Sarah Jane, to embryo transfer coordinator Melissa, to the best doctor ever, Dr. Haas! I highly recommend Conceive Fertility. My primary doctor was Dr. Escovar, but I worked with all the doctors at some point, and they were all wonderful!
Dr. Escovar and his nurses were exceptional cheerleaders, especially Sarah Jane! I cannot imagine going through this journey without them by our side. I initially began at another practice, but it did not feel right. As soon as my husband and I met Dr. Escovar, we knew we had found our place!
It has been a long two years, but we never gave up! Faith, hope, and perseverance are paying off! ❤️

The clinical team is wonderful, especially Sarah Jane! The administrative side is absolutely terrible. We had several scheduling conflicts, from making an appointment and then being told none existed to calling repeatedly for a telehealth link. We had laboratory testing twice to confirm pregnancy and received no results call either time. We had to call repeatedly to reach someone and confirm the results. The stress of waiting while TTC is already difficult, so having to chase results is infuriating. We were quoted a price for services in advance and had no issue with it, but at the appointment we were told the price was much higher—so much for financial planning. The receptionist was also somewhat rude. The clinical team provides excellent care, but reaching them feels like competing on a survival show. May the odds be ever in your favor.

He is an excellent doctor who truly cares about you and is passionate about his work. We kept our faith in God and Dr. Escobar, and now we finally have our miracle rainbow baby🌈🙏. We are very grateful to Dr. Escobar and his team at Conceive in Euless. Sarah Jane and the other warm, friendly women at the clinic made me feel welcome and confident throughout the process. Dr. Escobar is amazing! He was extremely thorough, patient, and helpful throughout our fertility journey. Before IVF, I needed to address several health issues, including uterine fibroids, which he surgically removed. He helped us understand all our treatment options, timelines, and success rates, giving us confidence in our decisions. We completed two egg retrievals, ultimately obtained a perfect embryo, and then had a frozen embryo transfer that implanted successfully! Our baby is now four months old, and we love him beyond words. Thank you for helping us build the family of our dreams.

I highly recommend this clinic to any prospective parent seeking attentive physicians and good communication during intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF). I am currently under the care of Dr. Julian Escobar and have had an excellent experience. He is highly professional, listens well, and genuinely cares about his patients. I especially appreciate that he did not pressure me into IVF. Instead, he thoughtfully suggested trying IUI first before considering IVF, which made me feel reassured and unpressured.
The nursing staff are also professional and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed working with Trish. She was thoughtful and patiently reassured me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable at every step.
Scheduling and billing are clear and well organized, greatly reducing the stress of the process. The clinic's customer service is also excellent, with smooth communication and thoughtful reminders about upcoming appointments.
Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I gladly recommend this clinic to anyone beginning a fertility journey and building a family.

The staff are always warm and friendly, but the process of obtaining test results is terrible. I have repeatedly had to call and email several times just to receive my results. Each time they said they would send them, but the results never arrived, so I had to keep following up.
Communication is extremely poor, and there appears to be no direct way to reach the person responsible for ensuring that patients receive their test results promptly. As a patient who requires regular monitoring, timely communication is essential. This disorganized process is frustrating and unacceptable. I highly recommend this fertility clinic to anyone trying to conceive. The office staff are wonderful: professional, kind, and knowledgeable. And Dr. Jones... 🤩🤩 She is a force! She is heaven-sent! My partner and I met several fertility specialists in the DFW area, and no one compares with her. If you want to become pregnant, she means business—see the Egg Whisperer, also known as Dr. Jones. Doctors can be intimidating and unfriendly, shells in white coats. Dr. Jones is the complete opposite. She is hilarious and personable, and you feel as though you are with family. She truly cares about every patient, and her patience is on another level. The way she guided me through the process without making me feel like an inconvenience or just another patient warmed my heart. I looked forward to seeing her every time. I would arrive nervous and uncertain and leave informed and prepared for the next step. The mission is not complete yet, but I know I am receiving excellent care.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. She listens, understands, and does not rush you into unnecessary procedures. Simply speaking with her makes you feel better and relieves half your anxiety! She is a wonderful person.
Her staff are equally excellent. I was happy to connect with Joy and Rivka, who were amazing!
Last but not least, Alamar, the woman you meet as soon as you enter CFC, brightens my day every time I speak with her. She is so friendly and lovely!

Honestly, the place looks nice, but unfortunately I called today to ask about the status of my application and reached Joua Herr, who was extremely rude, intolerant, and impatient. As she pulled up my application, I heard her laugh and say, “I will review it and send you a message.” Two seconds after hanging up, she sent me a rejection through Indeed. I think she should have told me directly over the phone instead of mocking me and making me feel stupid!!!

Dr. Jones and her staff have been a blessing to my husband and me. I am always nervous when choosing a new provider for my care, but this team was wonderful. Everyone was kind, helpful, and supportive. I would use this office again in the future. I will always be grateful to this team for helping me on this new journey. This facility is excellent. I truly appreciate the care and attention from the entire team, especially Alamar, Fernandez, Rivka, Liba, and others whose names I cannot remember. They always take the time to listen and genuinely help.
Dr. Jones also does an outstanding job. She listens carefully, offers thoughtful treatment options based on your condition, and makes sure you remain informed. I also appreciate the team checking in with you between visits.
Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality care and compassionate service, which is exactly what we need while TTC. It is a great facility filled with calm, positive people.

Admittedly, my wife and I may be one of the most difficult cases Dr. Jones and her team have handled, and we have insurance, which is a battle in itself for an IVF provider!
I cannot express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness, professionalism, grace, and patience shown throughout this exceptionally difficult journey. Dr. Jones has the education, skill, and wisdom to immediately ease the many worries and emotions that arise with IVF.
Under her care, you never feel like a number.
Her NP and support team also helped make the process surprisingly smooth. It was difficult, but even during the hardest moments, we could still appreciate this care team and remain hopeful.

Dr. Tiffany Jones is amazing! She is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. From the beginning, she made the entire IVF process feel easy and stress-free. We came in hopeful and left feeling even more defeated and with so many bills pilling up. In our initial consultation we asked for financial transparency, and asked how much the whole process would cost from labs to IUI /IVF. We were told a few numbers and within 2 visits we had FAR surpassed any of them.
That's hardly the worst part though, I have been going to hospitals and getting my blood tests every 3 months since I was born, for checks for congenital condition, and after doing an exhaustive blood test here, the report i got said my blood type was different than what I've known for 30 years.
Now me thinking I've been wrong this whole time...of course NOT, military hospitals DO NOT GET IT WRONG. The results of these tests also showed a lot of underlying problems that I don't have and had to get a few more costly procedures to sort out and fix before getting ready for either IVF or IUI.
NEXT...they did a procedure and saw there was a cyst, come to find out it was a shadow and negligent imaging.
Overall, I highly DO NOT Recommend this place. Lots of negligence and full of judgemental doctors and staff.

We began our IVF journey with Dr. Jones in April. From day one, I knew we had found the right doctor. Her strong reputation and many successful cases gave us the experience and transparency our situation required. Dr. Jones was candid about how to achieve the best outcome, giving us confidence at every step.
I asked countless questions and raised many concerns but never felt ignored or dismissed. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. Flexible appointments meant I did not need time off work, and everyone made me feel like family.
Graduation day was very emotional. I cried at the thought of no longer returning regularly, which says everything.
Dr. Jones, thank you for the blessing now growing inside me. Special thanks to Olivia, Aaron (I hope I spelled that correctly), and Jessie—your care, patience, and kindness made an anxiety-filled IVF process feel manageable and supportive.
IVF is not easy, but I cannot imagine a better team caring for us. If you are considering this clinic, trust that you will receive expert care.

There are not enough words to describe what Dr. Tiffanny Jones means to me — but I’ll try.
Dr. Jones didn’t just guide me through IVF; she walked beside me through one of the most emotional, vulnerable, and important decisions of my life. From the very beginning, she felt less like a doctor and more like a trusted girlfriend — honest, compassionate, supportive, and real — while still being incredibly sharp, knowledgeable, and data-driven.
She gave me the statistics based on my numbers, even when they weren’t ideal. She never sugar-coated the reality, but she also never let me lose hope. One phrase she repeated that stayed with me through every step was:
“All you need is one.”
And that’s exactly what we got.
Through her expertise, precision, and care, we ended up with one embryo — one that stuck, one that grew, and one that was born healthy and whole. Today, my baby boy is three months old, and his current hobbies include smiling at his mommy and blowing bubbles — and I owe that miracle to Dr. Jones.
Even after graduating from the clinic, she prepared me for what was coming next — warning me (with a smile) that one day I’d be running after a toddler who’s constantly getting into everything just to keep him safe. I laugh now knowing how true that will be.
If you are considering IVF and want a doctor who is brilliant, honest, deeply human, and fully invested in you — not just your charts — Dr. Tiffanny Jones is that doctor. Choosing her was one of the best decisions of my life.

If negative ratings were possible, I would give one.
I scheduled an egg-freezing consultation three weeks ahead. The clinic said it would confirm insurance coverage and whether a referral was needed.
I called a week before, but neither the front desk nor insurance team responded. For the two days before the appointment, I called daily and received incorrect answers; the front desk repeatedly claimed Maven would cover everything. My insurer said the opposite.
With several Dallas–Fort Worth locations, I was shocked by how this clinic operates. The lack of communication and clarity from the start was extremely frustrating.

I first came here around October 2024. In January 2025, Dr. Jones and Dr. Escobar performed my tubal reversal. My baby is due in December 2025! I am so excited 😊! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is beautiful and upscale.
My only suggestion for Conceive Fertility is greater price transparency. After a client communicates proactively and asks every cost-related question, receiving unexpected bills is unprofessional.

My first positive pregnancy test at age 46 made that day the second most important after my birthday.
After 8 years of trying, my OB-GYN referred me to Dr. Jones. Despite my anxiety and exhaustion from seeing many specialists, I tried again.
Dr. Jones explained the process clearly. At every appointment, her smile was warm and reassuring. I released my doubts and fears and trusted her completely.
My first embryo transfer succeeded during my birthday month—the best birthday gift ever. We also received gifts at graduation 😊, now displayed in our nursery.
I thank God for this life-changing miracle through Dr. Jones and her excellent team, which brought my husband and me endless joy. Thanks also to nurses Joy and Jessie for patiently answering every email and question, the woman who drew my blood at FRISCO, and the FRISCO receptionist who always greeted me by name with a smile.
I cannot wait to share our baby's photo after his birth.

Based on my poor experience with scheduling and the front desk staff, I would not recommend this clinic. From beginning to end, the process felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional.
Every time I called, they gave me the runaround and told me to contact my primary care doctor or insurance company before they could discuss an appointment, despite my efforts to follow their instructions. Simple requests became long, frustrating calls.
The staff repeatedly placed me on lengthy holds, even for something as minor as checking the appointment calendar. During a single call, I was often put on hold several times for 5–7 minutes. What should have been a quick scheduling conversation often became a 45-minute ordeal.
Worse, after several calls to the clinic months earlier, I finally scheduled an appointment, only to be told later that the doctor would not be in that day and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This reflects a serious lack of organization and respect for patients’ time.
Fertility treatment is already stressful enough. Patients should not also have to deal with poor communication, chaotic scheduling, and constant administrative problems.

I visited this clinic a year ago and am still at a loss for words. First, we wanted to see Dr. Escobar, but we were assigned to Dr. Jones instead. She joined our virtual appointment 45 minutes late and had a young medical trainee stand behind her and listen to what should have been a private conversation. I underwent three intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures, and the last resulted in an ectopic pregnancy that required emergency removal of my right fallopian tube. I never met Dr. Tiffany Jones in person, and she never contacted me after I emailed her nurse to say that I needed surgery. I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

I would never recommend this center to anyone who needs an infertility specialist. From the beginning, my appointments were rescheduled several times because the doctor was unavailable. Just days before my most recent appointment, they told me that my doctor was no longer at the center or was no longer affiliated with it, and that I would have to drive more than an hour to see him. This organization's poor management and communication made our journey to have a child even more frustrating.

I waited several months and took time off work for this appointment. Conceive Fertility sent me numerous confirmation emails to ensure I attended, only to look confused when I arrived and say, ‘Oh, your appointment was canceled.’ When scheduling, they collect all your information—email, phone number, address, and everything else they can record—yet they could not leave a voicemail, send a text, or email me to say it was canceled?! When I arrived, the front desk staff was not only unhelpful but also rude. I have completely lost trust in this clinic and will not recommend it in the future. Very disappointing.
