For me, Advanced Fertility Center of Texas is the only fertility clinic with the best doctors and hardworking nurses. Thanks to its responsible and dedicated doctors, I had a healthy pregnancy. Despite the issues in my fertility journey, Dr. Allon was extremely attentive and persistent in finding a solution to every problem. Even during severe weather, the clinic never closed; the entire staff came to work each day in high spirits and provided patients with tremendous help. Their care is not limited to scheduled appointments. If you visit the clinic outside an appointment, they respond to concerns openly and kindly. No matter how busy they are, they always treat you wonderfully. During the nearly one year I was there, Dr. Allon consistently showed strength and responsibility at all my appointments and procedures. I do not remember every nurse's name; I mainly recognize their faces. One nurse, Selina, is among the kindest and most professional, and I am grateful to her from the bottom of my heart. Without Advanced Fertility Center of Texas, I would not have been able to become pregnant again. With the help of Dr. Allon, all the doctors, and their hardworking staff, I can have a healthy baby. I sincerely thank them all. 💚

I love this place! Dr. Allon is very thorough, kind, gentle when delivering news or explanations, and positive. The staff are wonderful and very friendly! Salena has a very calming presence and was extremely helpful throughout my treatment. Even the procedure went smoothly, and everyone was so attentive and caring. They offer options and never simply say no or that something is impossible. They find a way. I am now happily pregnant with my first child! This journey was completely worthwhile! After trying for so long, it still feels unreal. Thank you, everyone! 😻😻😻

We spent a great deal of money without success. We were supposed to have two attempts, but after being clearly told we had two chances, we were informed that we had only one. Instead, they wanted us to pay several thousand dollars more, which we did not have. Unfortunately, we now have to wait until we can save more money.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and its staff. I had my first child through IVF and am now pregnant again, thanks to Dr. Allon and his wonderful staff. They guided me confidently through the journey and explained every small step. I never felt rushed and was able to ask every question. The clinic is clean and the staff are professional. I highly recommend them! I thought I would never have children, but now I am a mother of two little blessings. The best decision of my life was contacting them and meeting Dr. Allon.

They lack communication skills and do not answer the phone to schedule any type of appointment. Their time management is terrible, and they take advantage of how eager parents are to grow their families because they know people will wait a long time and may not know how else to manage the process. It is safe to say that if the intended parents were not using this clinic, I certainly would not choose them. They do not make their patients a priority.

Read the negative reviews before trusting this practice. My OB-GYN recommended a fertility specialist because my AMH result was below normal. She recommended another clinic, but I also booked Dr. Allon at Advanced Fertility because they had a cancellation and could see me the next day. Great. I had read the negative reviews and warnings, but I prefer forming my own opinion and trusting the doctor and my experience. Dr. Allon was pleasant, relaxed, and proactive. He immediately scheduled hysteroscopy without wasting time on other tests, which I appreciated. During that same visit, however, staff mentioned becoming a donor-egg recipient. Wait—I was only there to assess my own eggs. I had never tried to become pregnant and knew nothing about fertility except that my AMH was low. Donor eggs? About a week later, a nurse called and again surprised me with donor-egg discussion before I had even been tested. The pressure was unnecessary and careless. During the initial consultation, Dr. Allon prescribed a vaginal cream to prepare for hysteroscopy. I asked whether its hormones could cause cancer, and he firmly said no. At the pharmacy, the first listed adverse effect I read was cancer. Frightening. I reported this concern and discrepancy, and the office promised to respond. Instead of explaining the potentially cancer-related cream, they called again about donor eggs. Why? My trust was broken. A clinical supervisor eventually called and apologized at length for the intrusive donor-egg agenda and the failure to address my real concern promptly. Meanwhile, another clinic completed ovarian testing and ultrasound. Everything was fine: my AMH was normal, and I had many healthy eggs of my own. I still attended the scheduled hysteroscopy with Dr. Allon, a minor procedure under sedation. When staff learned I had been tested elsewhere, they pressured me to choose one clinic for treatment. What treatment? I was there for testing. I can choose as many clinics as I like for testing; insurance covers it, and if not, I can pay. Yet staff made me feel guilty. The anesthesiologist was rude, and the sedative caused intense burning pain. He rolled his eyes and left because I cried out from fear and pain. I had volunteered for this procedure and tried to be brave. Next, I remember someone violently pulling on my lower jaw, which had previously undergone surgery and which I had told the anesthesiologist about before the IV. In the recovery room, I remember excruciating, shocking pain in my jaw and fighting the hands holding it. It was like a horror movie, with awareness coming and going for hours. Why they pulled my jaw remains a mystery. I gradually woke, and everything became calm. My husband took me home and said that when he entered I was screaming and struggling in pain. My jaw and chest hurt for days, much more than my uterus, where the camera had been. I looked forward to meeting Dr. Allon to review the hysteroscopy and ask about the jaw incident and chest pain. One week after surgery, his office called to say he would not work with me and that I should cancel my husband's appointment. I truly liked Dr. Allon. Something must have happened during the hysteroscopy that they were afraid to discuss or answer questions about. The postoperative experience, delayed responses, and donor-egg pressure were unbelievable.

Just wow! We scheduled evaluations at several fertility centers in the Houston area. Another doctor requested records from AFCT so we could have all the results before our next appointment. We signed an authorization to release the records last week and sent it to AFCT. Today we called many times and left multiple voicemails. Someone returned one call, but hung up after we asked who we were speaking with. It is unbelievable that these supposed professionals performed the procedures and have the results available, yet are doing everything possible to obstruct the process and hold hostage records we need and have the right to take wherever we choose. There is no urgency. How strange that sending these results takes so long, while this office is quick to try to sell you donor eggs you may not even want or need. Shocking.

The office staff are disorganized; the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. You can drive 20 minutes along I-10 for an appointment confirmed by phone at a fixed price, only for them to triple the price and say the service you came for has changed. Then, after you drive 20 minutes home, someone else calls and says, “Oops, we were wrong.” They do not value your time or feelings. In my experience, they value only your money. I would not recommend this place.

I do not usually leave reviews, but my husband and I went to Dr. Aron for IVF treatment. The staff were very rude, communication was poor, and they did not return calls. Our IVF cycle with them failed, so we are changing doctors. I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you are on a fertility journey.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Allon’s team! I would absolutely recommend them. Their patient coordinator Mira is wonderful, and working with her was a blessing. Serena was also one of our favorite people to work with. She was very kind and considerate, which meant so much during this difficult time in our lives!
There were some challenges during the process, but Mira and Serena made us feel very well cared for!
My only suggestion for the clinic is to improve communication with patients. We received inconsistent information several times. This caused stress and anxiety every week, and poor communication only made it worse.

I handle purchasing partnerships with many medical fertility clinics in Texas and other states. I tried to reach someone at this clinic by phone, but they completely ignored my request. I only wanted an email address so my inquiry could reach the appropriate person. Mira was unwilling to provide adequate customer service; she simply needed to listen to the customer's needs and offer a solution.

I am very happy to recommend the Texas Advanced Fertility Center to all families who desire to have children. From start to finish, my experience working with the center's team has been excellent, and I will forever be grateful for the attentive care, professional guidance, and unwavering support they have given me over the past five years.
It is precisely because of the outstanding doctors, nurses, and staff here that I now have two lovely daughters. I have been to both HFI and this clinic, and I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Allon here. HFI put me through months of testing and fruitless follow-up without answers, which was exhausting, and I am not a doctor or testing specialist. After my consultation here, Dr. Allon went in with a camera and corrected every issue he saw in 1 day! I am extremely grateful to him. Afterward, we decided to try on our own because we did not want IVF or further treatment. We became pregnant with twins within 4 months of the procedure!!!! This was after nearly 11 years of marriage and 7 years of trying to have children!! We are so grateful to you, Dr. Allon and team!!! ❤️💕

My fertility treatment here was a disaster. The medication dose was incorrect, causing unnecessary side effects. When I raised concerns, the doctor dismissed them and refused to adjust the treatment plan. This negligence and lack of care are unacceptable.

We came to Dr. Allon with very little hope after receiving difficult news from another fertility clinic. He was honest about our odds but gave us enough hope and a clear path forward to keep going. What truly stood out was his approach, combining strong clinical expertise with supportive strategies such as acupuncture, nutrition, probiotics, intralipids, and PRP. I truly believe that comprehensive approach made the difference for us. He does not outsource testing and performs it himself.

I completed several IVF cycles at this clinic, unfortunately without success. The most frustrating part was having to repeatedly check everything. During my most recent cycle, I discovered that a critical medication was missing from my protocol. I contacted them several times but did not receive the prescription until two days before the embryo transfer, adding unnecessary stress to an already stressful process.
Communication was also very inconsistent. On days when I was supposed to receive instructions, no one called, so I had to follow up myself to avoid missing a step. Yet they were completely organized about payment, calling two weeks in advance to confirm it had been received. This imbalance in priorities was extremely frustrating.
When a cycle fails, they do not truly investigate why. They offer no additional testing or analysis. Instead, they simply add more medications to your protocol, as if throwing everything at the wall to see what works, rather than creating a thoughtful, personalized plan. If you choose this clinic, be prepared to advocate for yourself. You will need to track every detail because, unfortunately, they will not.

My experience at this clinic was deeply disappointing and frustrating. From beginning to end, the standard of care and professionalism was seriously lacking. The staff were not only unhelpful but sometimes rude, making an already stressful situation worse. Communication was poor, concerns went unaddressed, and I left feeling ignored and disrespected. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. There are many better options where you will receive basic courtesy and professional service.
On the morning of my procedure, the nurses were laughing about one nurse being hungover. I felt very uncomfortable knowing the nurse responsible for my anesthesia was hungover.
It was also extremely difficult to have my medical records sent. I had to call 4 times, and it took over a month. Ridiculous.
Dealing with the staff was a nightmare. Their communication and organization were terrible.

I hate writing this review about Dr. Michael, but decided it may help others because I know how expensive and painful IVF is. I am 42 and completed one IVF cycle with Dr. Michael, producing no mature embryos. He recommended two PRP treatments costing about $6,000 each and not covered by insurance. Something felt wrong, so I saw another doctor. On my first IVF cycle there, I was fortunate to obtain two normal embryos—the best result—and I am now pregnant without any PRP. The difference was having a doctor experienced enough to choose the right protocol and dosage. Dr. Michael is pleasant, but his experience is not current for treating patients over 40 or even 35. Thank God I was guided to another doctor and spared the cost and pain.

I recently visited this fertility clinic, and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue was persistent poor communication at every level. Calls with the doctor were not properly documented, and the nursing department often contradicted the instructions given. Some nurses I dealt with were very rude, and the front desk was no better. I felt like another number rather than someone already going through a stressful process. You expect empathy and professionalism, but instead encounter entitlement and little compassion. The clinic would benefit greatly from improving communication and customer service. I hoped for a more humane approach to such a delicate, personal journey, but sadly did not find it here.

One advantage of seeing Dr. Allon was getting in quickly, which is very difficult with fertility specialists and even OB-GYNs. However, I felt belittled during my consultation. Perhaps he was trying to be friendly, but calling me ‘sweetheart’ at the end of most sentences—without exaggeration—felt condescending. Their current setup requires completing every test in advance, with no flexibility to choose which treatment or testing I wanted to try. I also felt he was trying to sell his supplements, which concerned me. I wanted it to work because reproductive endocrinologists are hard to find here, but decided I would rather wait two months elsewhere than continue under his care.

Thanks to Dr. Allon and his entire team, my first transfer had a positive outcome. My daughter is now in second grade, and I will definitely return to give her a little brother. Do not hesitate to visit them. He is a great doctor with tremendous confidence and patience ✨
