If you are a single man, do not bother getting your numbers checked here. If a urologist refers you here, know in advance that you will pay 100-400 dollars out of pocket for testing and will not receive the results because you are not a patient of this facility; only the referring doctor receives them. The testing area has a sink but no soap or anything to wash or dry your hands after providing a sample, so hygiene is seriously inadequate.

The entire team, from the front desk, nurses, technicians, and ultrasound technicians to Dr. Bruno, has been wonderful. They are very understanding, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Jackie does an excellent job and takes care of everything. Bahareh is the best ultrasound technician I have encountered so far; she is gentle, considerate, and knowledgeable. Everyone has been wonderful, and my IVF experience here has been positive. Regardless of the outcome, I hope the clinic's policy on multiple IVF cycles, including its age and AMH requirements, will change. This is not the staff's responsibility; it is SGF policy, so there is nothing they can do.

I am very grateful to Bahareh. Her kindness, patience, and support made an otherwise difficult IVF process much easier. Dr. Bruno and all the staff are wonderful! Dr. Bruno is warm and attentive and shows great compassion for her patients. She takes time to explain things, and visits never feel rushed. Jackie at the front desk is energetic and always makes me feel welcome. Ultrasound technician Bahareh makes me feel comfortable and is very kind. I am now pregnant and could not be happier! I would recommend this clinic to anyone hoping to grow their family.

After leaving CCRM Fertility, we had a wonderful experience here. We came to SGF Memorial worried that, as a same-sex couple pursuing intrauterine insemination (IUI), we would feel excluded as we had at other clinics. That was not the case. Dr. Bruno-Gaston sat with us and truly listened to our concerns. Although I am sad to leave so soon, we left pregnant and happy! We are very grateful to the team—Jacqueline, Chelsea, Brenda, Dominique, Tara, Bahareh, Lauren, and Tia—for making the experience so wonderful. We cannot wait to return for baby number two!

I cannot praise Dr. Bruno enough! From the beginning, she was knowledgeable, warm, and very patient—exactly what you hope for when seeking fertility care. She explained every step, answered all my questions with compassion and clarity, and made me feel truly supported.
Thanks to her expert care, my first intrauterine insemination (IUI) was successful. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and professionalism. If you want a highly skilled fertility specialist who genuinely cares, Dr. Bruno is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Shady Grove Fertility met all my IVF needs. They are wonderful. My ultrasound technician, Bahareh, is excellent. She knows all her patients, always asks how I am doing, puts me at ease, and explains everything she does. She always smiles and genuinely seems to love her work. This is an outstanding practice that I would recommend to anyone trying to conceive. Dr. Bruno-Gaston explained the process in great detail and was passionate about our fertility journey. It was a wonderful experience.

We have been seen at SGF Memorial City since June 2024. Dr. Bruno and her team are amazing!
Jackie at the front desk is warm and friendly. She answers quickly or returns calls right away and does her best to find a suitable appointment. I am always happy to see her.
Bahareh, their sonographer, is also very kind. She welcomes you with a smile and makes ultrasounds more comfortable.
Dr. Bruno is a wonderful physician. She is patient and truly listens. She followed our case closely and even called after hours during several difficult nights to check on me, which meant so much. She genuinely knows our story and often recalls past details that most doctors would not remember. She performed our transfer in April 2025, and our daughter is now in the second trimester. I cannot praise Dr. Bruno enough. She treats you as more than a patient, and I am grateful we found her.
We are about to graduate from the clinic, which makes me sad, but I am incredibly excited to meet our daughter. This team changed my life, and I will always be grateful.

We cannot imagine a better family-building experience. From our first impression of Jacqui at the front desk, who made me comfortable at every appointment, to the important information Chelsea provided, the care was excellent. Dominique helped me stay brave and relaxed during blood draws, something I have always struggled with. Dr. Janet Bruno-Gaston’s entire team is undoubtedly among the best today. This review is long overdue. I am now 14 weeks pregnant. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Bruno-Gaston. Graduating from the fertility clinic was bittersweet. She is truly the most compassionate, empathetic, kind, and remarkable doctor I have met. I told her I wished she could be my OB-GYN throughout pregnancy because she is so thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Bruno, my husband and I sincerely thank you. We will certainly send photos of our baby to your office. I must also add that Jacqueline is wonderful. Where do I begin with CORM!!! From beginning to end, my husband and I had a wonderful experience, especially under Dr. Perfetto’s care. There were occasional administrative problems; my advice is to stay engaged with administrative and support services until issues are resolved, but these problems did not negatively affect the care I received. My OB-GYN, Yunas, who is also outstanding, referred me to Perfetto. I entered Perfetto’s office in December 2019, and despite all the COVID-19 challenges, we had a successful result by October 2020! Everyone’s situation differs, of course. Throughout our time there, Perfetto guided us at every step. We also had a wonderful nurse, Rachel. She was professional and knowledgeable when detailing our options, timelines, and care plan. Thoroughness is truly her hallmark! Outside the office, I feel we could be great friends. We are immensely grateful and thank God for her. Her care, professionalism, and expertise are unmatched!!! We would certainly include Perfetto/CORM among our all-star healthcare professionals. Perfetto, if and when you read this—you are amazing!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Shady Grove Fertility Memorial City has been a blessing for my husband and me. Everyone is exceptional, and the environment is clean, welcoming, and reassuring. From the moment we entered, Jacqueline at the front desk welcomed us warmly, and every nurse we met, including Brenda, showed genuine care and compassion. Dr. Bruno was outstanding. We first came in feeling discouraged after years without answers. The Shady Grove team patiently answered every question, explained every step, and ensured we fully understood everything from appointments and treatment plans to payment. Their patience, warmth, and professionalism meant so much to us. We cannot say enough good things about the clinic and its excellent staff. They made this fertility journey hopeful, supportive, and less frightening. We look forward to welcoming our baby next summer, and it would not have been possible without the Shady Grove team. The customer service is extremely poor. Calls take a long time to be answered. I called twice today and waited more than 20 minutes each time, only to be “disconnected” both times.
Based on other reviews, this seems to be common. It is extremely frustrating.

Wow, where do I begin? My journey with Dr. Bruno and the entire staff was amazing, and they showed my husband and me so much care. Dr. Bruno and her team genuinely care about every patient; they are patient, thoughtful, and encouraging. I am so happy to have finally graduated this year and welcomed my baby! Leaving this warm clinic was both happy and sad because it always felt like home. Dr. Bruno-Gaston and her team are amazing! Dr. Bruno is highly skilled, empathetic, knowledgeable, and has a reassuring presence. I often worked with Jacqueline at the front desk, Chelsea the patient care coordinator, Brenda the medical assistant, Morgan the registered nurse, Hannah the ultrasound technician, and Maria the phlebotomist. I was always impressed by how kind, efficient, and helpful the entire team was. I am very grateful for their excellent care!

We really like Dr. O'Hearn, and the nurses and technicians provided satisfactory care at every clinic visit. On the two occasions we called the nurses, they were kind and somewhat helpful, although their information contradicted itself after each call.
However, SGF is terrible at timing, coordination, scheduling, and communicating expectations. It is almost impossible to schedule by phone. Getting a clear answer from SGF about when testing, collection, or procedures will happen is nearly impossible. Our treatment kept being delayed because SGF left gaps in the information, only providing critical timeline details weeks later. SGF's communication is so poor that it cannot be overstated.
They send bills quickly, but their communication is a mess. Not recommended.
Given the emotional and financial burden of this process, my husband and I are very disappointed with everything except Dr. O'Hearn, whom we like. It is too late for us to switch doctors now. We hope SGF resolves these issues and will update this review afterward.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bruno and her team. They cared about my entire journey and supported me throughout it. Dr. Bruno was always patient and understanding when I shared my fears and concerns. Whenever we faced difficulties, she offered several options and solutions. She also called to check on me and make sure I was okay. This journey is mentally and physically exhausting. Jacqueline at the front desk is the funniest and best person. Once, I called because I was running late, and just as I walked in she answered, laughing so hard. We were perfectly in sync that day 😜. When I told her I was very worried about giving myself progesterone injections, she immediately found a nurse to guide me. I have now overcome my fear of needles, haha! Hannah is the best. After we lost our baby girl, she held me while I cried during an appointment and prayed with us for our next baby. She patiently explained every ultrasound result and helped me understand what was happening inside my body. She distracted me with questions and stories and made me laugh. Lauren was the nurse who called with all my test results and patiently answered every question, even if I asked it several times. She also emailed additional details afterward to ensure I fully understood, which I greatly appreciated. Maria has such a gentle touch that I barely felt my blood draws. Chelsea always sent any information I needed quickly. Her notes were so detailed that I rarely had follow-up questions. Brenda was also very thoughtful. Before I left, she made sure I was okay and would ask Dr. Bruno any questions I had forgotten in the exam room. When we learned I was pregnant, the excitement felt like having my family there celebrating with me. I 100% recommend Dr. Bruno and her team to every woman trying to conceive.

SGF Spring Branch sets the standard for the field. Even other clinics within the same organization should study the example they set in the smallest interactions and scheduling details.
Dr. Bruno stands apart in the level of care she provides, and her team is equally energetic and meticulous. Because they are persistent and carefully review every result and potential concern, many patients' fertility journeys can take unexpectedly positive turns. They care so deeply about patients that they will do everything possible to ensure a meaningful and successful experience.
In addition to Dr. Bruno, patient care coordinator Chelsea is one of the most practical, genuine, knowledgeable, thorough, witty, kind, and highly professional healthcare workers I have ever met. I feel honored to have received her guidance and care. On the first day, she contacted me with information and arranged the tests and treatments my partner and I needed. She is an exceptionally skilled professional and first-rate coordinator whose genuine and infectious resilience inspired us to continue. She is always available and stays focused even when I may be overreacting.
Her efficiency is incredible! And she always remains remarkably composed when I try to recruit her as a manager for my own medical organization!
If you have any fertility needs, do not hesitate to book with this organization and location. You will not need to worry about being overlooked or discriminated against. Shady Grove is truly first-rate.

Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the professionalism, compassion, and care at this clinic. From the beginning, Ms. Jacqueline at the front desk was warm and friendly every time I came and went, making me feel very welcome.
Medical assistant Brenda was very patient and kind, answering all the many questions I asked throughout the process. As for Dr. Bruno, I cannot praise her enough—she is absolutely the best doctor in Houston.
I will always be grateful to this clinic for guiding and supporting us throughout the journey and helping us welcome a new life. Thank you for everything you have done for us!

I want to take a moment to share my experience. First—wow! I had always gone to the Med Center office because it is about a 30-minute drive from home, but scheduling issues required me to visit the Memorial City office. Honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
This clinic is extremely well organized, and the staff are very friendly. Jacqueline is wonderful. As the first point of contact, she truly sets the tone for the entire clinic—she is amazing! Hannah, who performed my ultrasound, was also wonderful—kind, professional, and highly skilled. The blood draw team was equally professional and made the entire process very smooth.
Truly, everyone at this clinic is wonderful. I would gladly drive an extra 35 minutes for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.

So at first I thought these guys were amazing, I had Dr. Bruno and she worked with me and helped ease me in several of my painful procedures. She helped me discover the reason why I cant have a baby and that she can fix it by removing my polyps and I was really happy....now im just beyond disappointed and frustrated. Im a Veteran, and Dr. Bruno is VA contracted, which means she HAS to comply and do surgery at VA credited hospitals. NOT STICK TO THE ONLY HOSPITAL that does not cover VA Insurance and will make us pay out of pocket. That is breaking not only her VA contract but its also refusing to provide care. Because literally she COULD / IS ALLOWED to do the surgery at the other VA credited hospitals, however she wants to just pocket money and waste Veterans times. So if you are a Veteran trying to get pregnant DO NOT GO HERE or to ANY SHADY GROVE FERTILITY CLINIC. Because they won't work with you and they have already broken their contract with the VA so yea 1 star. If I could give it a 0 I would. Thanks for waisting my time and making me have to go through all those painful procedures again because THATS the VAs policy when it comes to switching doctors. She also didnt give me the professional curtsey of finishing off our last appointment (a tele health call) so yea my opinion of Dr. Bruno is now not just frustrated / disappointed but now downright in the trash.

The SGF team at the Memorial City office is wonderful. They are organized and caring, and I would recommend them to everyone. Jacqueline at the front desk is warm, friendly, and kindhearted.
Brenda is our medical assistant, and she is also very kind and approachable. My blood pressure always seems higher than usual, but only at their clinic. I call her later that day or the next morning with a new reading, and she accepts it. Hannah is our ultrasound technician and tells me honestly what she sees. I greatly appreciate that, even when the results are not encouraging. Maria draws my blood most of the time, and the process is always quick and easy. Lauren and Morgan are my nurses and are easy to communicate with. They call me with clear instructions and answer any questions I have. They also respond very quickly through the portal, making our experience very convenient.

My experience with Shady Grove Fertility - Memorial City has been truly outstanding. Fertility treatment can be an emotional and challenging journey, but from the very first appointment, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care from every member of the team.
A very special thank you to Dr. Janet Bruno-Gatson for her expertise, guidance, and unwavering support throughout this process. She always took the time to answer questions, explain each step, and provide reassurance when I needed it most. Her compassion and dedication made a tremendous difference in my journey.
I am especially grateful to Ms. Jacqueline, who helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives even more special by sharing our baby's gender results with my mom. Including her in that experience made her feel like an important part of our journey, and it is a memory our family will cherish forever. That thoughtful gesture meant the world to me.
Brenda, Maria, and Hannah made the weekly monitoring appointments quick, seamless, and as stress-free as possible. Their kindness, efficiency, and warm personalities helped make frequent visits feel easy and welcoming.

I am thrilled to share that my first IVF cycle with Dr. Shah and his team at Shady Grove Fertility was successful!!!
A few hours after my blood test, I received the call that I was pregnant and burst into tears of joy. From the moment I walked into their office, I knew I had made the right decision. Although this journey is emotional and deeply personal, SGF made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step.
Dr. Shah is simply wonderful. His knowledge and confidence about the entire process immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and always made me feel heard and respected. His manner was both professional and compassionate, and from day one I felt I was receiving the best care.

She was very gentle and friendly and made me feel calm and comfortable. I am very grateful for her care and professionalism. Brenda, thank you for taking such good care of me!
Special thanks also to Amanda and Rachel, who answered all my questions—and I had many! Whenever I called, they responded quickly and made me feel valued. I never felt like a burden, even with the smallest concern. They truly went above and beyond.
This experience changed my life. I was nervous and uncertain about IVF, but it ultimately brought me an extraordinary blessing. After 7 years of a childless marriage with my loving, supportive, patient husband, I am finally pregnant. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Shah and the entire SGF team for helping me realize my dream.

After years of infertility, my husband and I found SGF and Dr. Jaimin Shah. He was the fourth doctor we consulted while trying to conceive. From our first appointment, he understood our struggles while giving a realistic assessment of our options and chances of success. At every later visit, Dr. Shah was kind, supportive, thoughtful, and attentive to details about us and our lives. Every staff member we met showed the same dedication—from the two front desk staff chatting with me about the waiting-room movie, to Amanda checking my vital signs, Rachel coordinating all appointments and care, and Jackie answering our many financial questions. Everyone at SGF Spring-Woodlands considered our family's needs and minimized added stress during an already stressful treatment process.
We are extremely grateful that Dr. Shah provided the right plan for us. We obtained several transferable embryos, transferred our highest-grade embryo, and are now expecting our rainbow baby. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shah and his team at SGF. Our initial consultation was in late April 2024, and in June 2025 we welcomed our little miracle. Anxiety delayed this review, but I want others considering SGF to know about our experience.
We had previously visited another Houston-area fertility clinic that seemed interested only in money, not outcomes. SGF felt much more personal. We submitted the online form on Wednesday and had a consultation two days later. From our first visit with Dr. Shah, we felt safe and comfortable and believed he truly listened.
Dr. Shah wanted to give us the best chance of conception. During imaging, he found a uterine polyp and recommended removing it. During surgery he found another abnormality; biopsy showed cervical cancer. Dr. Shah connected me with several oncologists so treatment and surgery could begin and my health could be protected. Within a week, I had MRI and CAT scans. Despite the diagnosis, I underwent egg retrieval, then a cone biopsy to remove the cancer. Once I was cleared, we proceeded with embryo transfer.
We transferred an embryo in September 2024 and had a positive pregnancy test. Dr. Shah checked on me throughout pregnancy. During treatment at SGF, Rachel answered every question and responded very quickly. I am glad we chose SGF, as we made no progress at other fertility clinics.
Our only negative experience involved billing with Elizabeth. We asked about a military discount and were told we qualified, but she later withdrew that statement and said we were ineligible because we joined the shared-risk program. She also refused our request to bill insurance.
Regardless, Dr. Shah had a tremendous impact on our lives, and we are very grateful to him and his team.

When I transferred to Dr. Shah's clinic, I was at the lowest point in my fertility journey. After trying for two years, I had just miscarried my first pregnancy and was told IVF was essentially my only option if I wanted a child. This was devastating because I am a teacher without fertility coverage and would have to pay out of pocket, as would my husband. We transferred to Dr. Shah hoping for light at the end of the tunnel. We are so grateful we did, because he and his team went above and beyond to rekindle the little hope we had left. Dr. Shah never gave up on us. He was honest yet gentle and assured us there were other options. Thanks to Dr. Shah and IUI, I finally became pregnant. Today I graduated from the fertility clinic. I never imagined saying that. Although I am scared, I now feel more hopeful than at any point in the last two and a half years.
I cannot say enough good things about his team!
First are the excellent front desk staff. Aylin greeted me warmly as though she had known me for years. When I arrived, I was unsure whether my previous doctor had told them about my impending miscarriage, so I contacted Yvette. She was shocked because they had not been informed. Apart from my family, she was the first person to ask whether I was okay. She may not realize it, but that made me feel truly valued. Whenever I saw Aylin and Yvette, they greeted me by name and encouraged me at every step. I will never forget them.
Next was Anne. I have had many ultrasounds, and she is the most professional sonographer I have met. She explained in detail what she saw and was honest throughout. I left every visit feeling I had learned something new, which is difficult when an ultrasound just looks like a cluster of shapes :). I am very grateful for everything she taught my husband and me.
Rachel is an excellent nurse. Honestly, after my miscarriage, I told Rachel everything. Anyone who has experienced miscarriage knows how frightening it is. I know my questions may have been tiring, but Rachel never showed it. She answered every question and reassured me whenever I needed it. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and patience.
I did not interact with Elizabeth for long because the IUI financial process was quick, but she was very kind. Every question was answered promptly and courteously.
I may have missed others from this journey, but everyone at the clinic was wonderful. They helped my husband and me stay calm and were honest while remaining hopeful. I appreciate every one of them and truly believe we would not be here without them. If you are looking for a place to begin treatment, I promise this is it. If I could go back, I would choose this clinic from the start.
Thank you again to the entire SGF-Woodlands team! We will miss you, but we are very grateful to be moving forward.

Other reviews led us to Shady Grove Fertility and Dr. Jaimin Shah's team, so I want to share my own positive experience.
Before finding Shady Grove, my partner and I considered other fertility clinics. We consulted doctors, completed initial diagnostic testing, and even discussed IUI versus IVF. Ultimately, we did not choose them because it did not feel right for many reasons. My instincts told me to seek another opinion, so I found Dr. Shah and scheduled our first appointment.
From the first consultation, I knew we had made the best decision. Dr. Shah's team and the entire Shady Grove clinic in Spring-Woodlands, Texas, were compassionate, thoughtful, and, most importantly, openly communicative from the beginning. After a previous miscarriage, I was afraid to get my hopes up, so I waited until 34 weeks pregnant to write this review. Our IVF transfer in March was successful thanks to the attentive care of SGF and Dr. Shah.
I admit that I was not the most patient or optimistic patient. Past heartbreak left me anxious, and I know I arrived at more than half my appointments looking worried and perhaps not very positive. Despite my impatience and anxiety, Dr. Shah and his team remained professional, warm, and exceptionally patient throughout.
Before SGF, I went to another clinic, and the difference was remarkable. SGF's process was clearly more welcoming and patient-friendly. They handled every complication and emotional hurdle with grace.
If you want a doctor and team who combine excellent clinical care, genuine compassion, and exceptional tolerance for even the most emotionally challenging patients, I highly recommend Dr. Shah and SGF. We will always be grateful.

Shady Groves does not live up to its name and is a scam. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. At our first visit, the doctor was rude and aggressive and did not want to explain the condition. He tried to push us into multiple treatments the following week without allowing time for discussion. When we asked for time to consider our options and plan financially, he still had the clinic call us several times daily to pressure us into scheduling. He cared only about money, not patients. After we decided against treatment at Shady Groves, they demanded $250 even though I had paid my copay and insurance had paid its share.

Dr. Griffith and his team are amazing! We chose them after hearing many positive things about Shady Grove and Dr. Griffith. We had tried to conceive for more than a year without success, and I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
I was very nervous and did not want to rush into IVF. Dr. Griffith supported me and offered several options. We began with medicated ovulation-induction cycles and trigger shots—special thanks to Sarah for giving me my first injection when I was anxious and afraid of needles. The entire team was patient through three medicated cycles. The third worked! I am now 17 weeks pregnant with twins and deeply grateful to Shady Grove for giving my husband and me the chance to become parents.

I just want to say that this team is truly amazing. I say that because I previously visited another fertility clinic in Houston, and the difference here is enormous. Calling every staff member a star would be an understatement. I have never encountered such a complete medical team in my life.
From the moment you walk in, Jacqueline greets you with a smile, shares stories with you, and always remembers your name. Hannah makes every ultrasound feel comfortable and caring, while Chelsea and Brenda are always professional and reassuring. Maria makes laboratory testing easy and stress-free, and nurses Lauren and Morgan always answer my questions quickly and kindly. Everyone plays an essential role in making patients feel cared for.
All of this is guided by Dr. Bruno's attentive care. I have never met a doctor as skilled and kind as she is. She is not only brilliant, but you can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients. She takes the time to understand the root of the problem and never makes you feel like a number.

After a year and a half of infertility and one miscarriage, we were referred to Dr. Shah, and it was undoubtedly the best step in our path to parenthood. From our first visit, Dr. Shah made my husband and me feel like family and fought alongside us. Before developing a treatment plan, he wanted to fully understand my medical history and conduct comprehensive testing for both my husband and me. After testing, he quickly identified a treatment plan, and he truly is an expert because it worked on the first try! I am very grateful that he tailored our treatment to our specific circumstances and health rather than immediately recommending intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Shah's entire team was wonderful at every visit, on phone calls, and through portal messages. The front desk staff recognized me every time and made me feel at home. Even after I had spoken with a nurse, Dr. Shah would personally call to check on my emotional well-being. He cares about both your physical and mental health and truly understands how emotionally exhausting the process can be. Dr. Shah's nurses Leah and Rachael were also wonderful! I worked most closely with Leah. No matter how many times I called or emailed, she was never dismissive, patiently answered every question, and gave me tremendous reassurance during the anxiety of early pregnancy. She is truly one of the best nurses I have ever met. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and I sincerely thank Dr. Shah and his team for helping my husband and me welcome our rainbow baby! Our experience at Shady Grove Fertility Houston was exceptional, and I truly cannot put into words how much their team means to us.
Our fertility journey did not begin there. Before coming to Shady Grove, we had a difficult and frustrating experience at another clinic in The Woodlands. When we arrived, we were anxious, guarded, and honestly a little heartbroken. But from our first appointment, everything was completely different. Their compassion, clear explanations, and attentive care immediately made us feel more at ease than ever before.
Dr. Griffiths was exceptional. He was not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and patient, and his care for his patients was unmistakable. His team was equally warm and dedicated. Every nurse, coordinator, and staff member treated us with empathy, encouragement, and respect. We never felt like just another patient; we felt seen, heard, and supported at every step of our fertility journey.
What impressed me most was the welcoming atmosphere they created. Fertility treatment can be extremely stressful and emotional, but they consistently fostered hope rather than fear. They patiently guided us through every step, answered every question, and helped restore our confidence in the process.
Because of this team, a burden that once felt overwhelming now feels manageable again because we can carry it with hope.
Today, we are expecting our miracle baby, due in December. We will always be grateful for the exceptional care that helped us reach this point.

I was previously a patient at Dr. Griffiths' former clinic, where I underwent my first egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer (FET), ultimately giving birth in the year 2024. I then followed Dr. Griffiths to this clinic, where I transferred an embryo and underwent my second frozen embryo transfer at Shady Grove. This experience was just as wonderful as the first. My body had some reactions to the medications, but the doctor kept adjusting them until we found the optimal regimen. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and deeply grateful to Dr. Griffiths and the entire team. Communication was excellent, and the nurses always responded promptly. I never waited more than 5 minutes for any blood test or ultrasound. The frozen embryo transfer was smooth and quick. Everything was well organized. The doctor always discussed test results with patients. Every member of the team was exceptional, without exception. I have also heard that Dr. Shah is wonderful.

My experience at Shady Grove was truly exceptional. The fertility journey was not easy, but Dr. Shah and his team made us feel genuinely cared for and valued at every step. During treatment, I also underwent procedures with Dr. Griffiths and Dr. Bruno-Gaston, and both experiences were excellent. Every doctor and team member we encountered showed tremendous compassion and professionalism.
Dr. Shah always patiently answered every question, and whenever we faced a challenge, he had already developed a thoughtful plan. I was fortunate not to need too many treatment cycles, but even during the most heartbreaking moments, Dr. Shah and his team listened to our concerns with empathy and care. My husband and I began our fertility journey at Shady Grove in 2025, during the month of 11, with Dr. Shah as our primary consultant. It was a very sensitive time for us, so I was honestly a little nervous about visiting a fertility clinic at first. But the moment I entered Shady Grove, all my anxiety disappeared. The welcoming atmosphere, the women at the front desk, and our first meeting with Dr. Shah made the experience very pleasant. Our fertility journey was not easy, but Dr. Shah gave us tremendous support and assistance. She was knowledgeable and very patient. Elizabeth in the financial department was also kind, thoughtful, and highly informative. After two consecutive intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles failed, Dr. Shah had already proactively developed a plan before the second failure in hopes of helping us become pregnant. We were fortunate to participate in an IVF study. Dr. Shah explained the study in detail and answered all our questions. Through the study, I had the privilege of meeting Maryanne, Cara, Serena, and all the wonderful women at the Clear Lake clinic. Every appointment felt easier because everyone I encountered there was so kind. Even one of the technicians who performed a transvaginal ultrasound—a kind blonde woman whose name I cannot remember—was incredibly warm and made me feel at ease. When my appointment time conflicted with Dr. Shah's surgical schedule, Dr. Griffiths took care of me and was also very kind. This journey was not easy, and we faced difficulties and setbacks, but Shady Grove made everything better and brought us closer to the baby of our dreams. After three failed hysterosalpingograms and an unsuccessful egg retrieval at another fertility clinic, we decided to transfer to this SGF location under Dr. Shah's care. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we have made. From our first consultation, Dr. Shah took the time to understand our medical history, explain a new treatment plan, and make us feel heard and supported. He answered every question patiently and thoughtfully.
We ultimately had a successful egg retrieval at SGF, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. After our previous challenges, this success meant a great deal and gave us renewed hope. We are now awaiting embryo transfer. Dr. Shah and his entire team are exceptional: professional, compassionate, and devoted to their patients. I underwent IVF under his care and am now 10 weeks pregnant after our first attempt, which feels miraculous.
Before moving to Houston, we received treatment in the Midwest and were told my AMH was low, I had only four follicles, and our chance of success was about 60%. Dr. Shah's team completed a comprehensive evaluation and confidently told us my AMH was actually normal and I had ten follicles. We also joined the shared-risk program, which gave us great peace of mind.
The difference was clear from the first visit. Dr. Shah is honest and direct and never sugarcoats anything, which we greatly appreciated. His entire team is also wonderful.
For communication alone, I would give them 10 out of 5. I left a weekend message saying I was ill, and Dr. Shah personally called me. In ten years of dealing with the U.S. health care system, I had never experienced that. His team is extremely responsive, usually replying within 30 minutes. Every interaction was respectful, kind, and patient-centered.
Many thanks to Dr. Shah and his outstanding team. We will always be grateful. Everyone at SGF Woodlands Houston, from the front desk to the nurses, is excellent. Words cannot express my appreciation.

The Best Fertility Specialist—Truly One of a Kind
After several disappointing experiences at another clinic, I chose Dr. Shah at Shady Grove Fertility, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team, including the front desk, is welcoming and makes you feel like more than a patient. Dr. Shah and his team are wonderful! We will definitely return when we are ready for a second child.

Words cannot describe my wonderful experience with Dr. Shah and his Shady Grove Fertility team. From day one until now, he has truly been a blessing. Dr. Shah has a unique gift: he patiently answers every question, and being able to reach him for guidance feels like always having the option to 'phone a friend.' That reassurance is rare.
I especially thank Amanda, Lucinda, and Rachel, who are incredible. Their support comforted me in the best way: reassuring, consistent, and fully understanding of our family's situation. No matter how many times I asked the same question, they ensured I had clarity and peace of mind.
This journey was not easy, but Dr. Shah and his team made it much more manageable. Even when I wanted to withdraw, their encouragement and care kept me moving forward. I firmly believe God led me to this practice, and I am grateful I followed that guidance. Everything happened at the right time.
Participating in this study was a great blessing. I deeply appreciate Dr. Shah's continued follow-up and genuine concern, not only for my medical results but also for my mental and emotional well-being. I have never met such a consistent doctor.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shah, Shady Grove, and his entire team. We began our IVF journey in May and are currently waiting to transfer our first embryo in a few weeks. We are very satisfied. The process has been smooth, and the clinic is transparent, responsive, and encouraging. We would recommend SGF and Dr. Shah to everyone.
Alyin and Yvette are welcoming every morning, and I look forward to their greetings before each appointment. Amanda makes vital signs effortless, and I always enjoy laughing and talking with her. Our sonographer Anne is very kind and makes every monitoring appointment excellent; most importantly, she makes me comfortable. Nurse Rachel is also wonderful. She returns calls quickly and is transparent and kind. We could not have completed IVF without her patience and helpfulness. Elizabeth is knowledgeable and helpful throughout the financial process. Lucinda was warm and helpful when we began.
Dr. Shah truly cares about his patients and ensures we never feel like just another number. He involved my husband and me at every step, set realistic goals and expectations, and treated us with great care throughout. We are very happy we chose Dr. Shah for our IVF treatment.

I cannot praise Dr. Shah and the entire team enough. From my first appointment, I felt genuinely cared for—not only as a patient but as a person. Dr. Shah patiently explained each step of the fertility process with clarity and compassion, making an emotional journey easier and more supportive.
Their attention to detail, willingness to answer questions, and deep expertise kept me confident and hopeful even during the hardest moments. During our second IVF cycle, he made the right testing decisions so we could discuss next steps, and we achieved better results with more viable embryos.
His staff, from the front desk to the nurses and ultrasound technicians, were always friendly and kind.

It has been a pleasure working with the entire Shady Grove Woodlands team over the past two years. Dr. Shah is warm, approachable, and involved throughout. I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Shah and his team at Shady Grove Fertility deserve recognition for their exceptional care and dedication throughout our emotional IVF journey. From our first visit, we received compassion and consistent support. Dr. Shah is highly knowledgeable and addressed every question and concern, making the process much easier and less overwhelming than expected. He celebrated every small victory and encouraged us at each step. I had never had a doctor personally call to check on recovery after a procedure, which shows how genuinely he cares.
Rachel, Dr. Shah's nurse, has been my strongest support. She is knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciate her returning voicemails within 20–30 minutes or even faster, especially when we had countless questions. Her professionalism and compassion reassured us.
Elizabeth, Dr. Shah's financial counselor, and Lucinda helped us understand our finances and kept everything running smoothly. IVF can be emotionally and financially overwhelming, but they explained each step and helped us find the best option.
I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team to anyone considering fertility treatment. Their expertise and support have made us hopeful and grateful for this journey!

Thank you, Dr. Shah. The treatment journey has been amazing so far. Dr. Shah is not only attentive and thoughtful, but also thorough and highly knowledgeable. I never felt rushed at an appointment. He always listened carefully and made me feel valued and respected.
What impressed me most was that Dr. Shah did more than share his expertise; he genuinely wanted to help us achieve our dream. Throughout treatment, he put my health and safety first. He responded so promptly that I sometimes wondered whether he could read my mind.

After an unpleasant experience at another nearby fertility clinic, I found Shady Grove Fertility online. I was new to fertility treatment, but after struggling with infertility for nearly five years, I knew I wanted to begin right away. Dr. Shah listened carefully to my concerns and past experiences. At our first consultation, I felt heard, and he let me choose how I wanted to proceed. He was always candid and communicated well. After three unsuccessful IUIs, I began IVF. I enrolled in the Shared Risk program because I thought I would need multiple retrievals and felt it was the least expensive long-term option. Throughout the process, including retrieval and my first transfer, Dr. Shah communicated regularly and called me directly several times. That was what I appreciated most: he reassured me and kept me informed at every stage. Fortunately, my first transfer was successful, and I am now expecting a boy. The clinic also took excellent care of me and performed two ultrasounds before I transitioned to an OB-GYN. I still have one embryo stored there and hope to use it in the future. I had a wonderful experience with SGF and Dr. Shah. If you are struggling with infertility and ready to begin fertility treatment, I highly recommend him.
