I received two blessings through IVF Florida and am so grateful to them! I previously went to IVF Boca and lost three babies as a result! I am so glad I changed offices. My first transfer was with Dr. Ory, but he later retired. My current doctor is Vanessa Weitzman.

Very unprofessional place to seek employment. I had a phone interview, which I passed, and was told I would hear from someone within the next few days. Two weeks later, no one had contacted me. I called the facility but could not reach management (Terry); it kept going to voicemail. I left several messages day after day asking for follow-up, only to receive an automated email saying they were moving on to the next candidate. I strongly advise against working here if you are considering it. Poor communication, unprofessional staff, and more.

I am very happy and excited that I learned about IVF Florida and the Jax office. Dr. Van Goeben is excellent, kind, and knowledgeable. She guided us through every step in detail and gave us extra attention. The entire office staff and nurses are wonderful to work with. Monica, the financial educator, provided detailed information about IVF costs and answered all our questions with accurate information.

I recommend IVF Florida to everyone I know who needs help with their fertility journey. The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr. Hoffman oversaw my treatment, and Dr. Barrionuevo performed the embryo transfer. Because of them, my baby is now two years old, and I am the happiest mother in the world. Thank you.

I will always be grateful to Dr. Luis Hoyos for helping me on my journey. In my case, I believe he carefully made all the right decisions. He is helpful and caring, and when he speaks, I hear positivity above all else. Even if my outcome had been different, I would still give Dr. Hoyos an excellent review. The Margate staff are wonderful; I visited countless times. However, I met Dr. Hoyos only twice. Most of our interactions were by telemedicine, but I could still see how compassionate he was. I wholeheartedly recommend IVFFlorida and Dr. Hoyos.

In my experience, every conversation with a team member left me upset. Their customer service is terrible, and the follow-up is even worse. They cannot manage even basic testing. There is no follow-up, and they refuse to take responsibility for any mistakes.
They once misdiagnosed me, leaving me heartbroken, only for me to learn later that everything was fine. Terrible customer service.
They do not apologize for delays or try to correct errors. They blame you, argue back, and change the subject when they clearly cannot fix the problem. They act as though they control you, instead of being the supportive providers they should be. Terrible is the least I can say.
Team members communicate poorly and failed to schedule us as requested, even though we drove more than an hour to their office.
Unprofessional.

I am giving three stars because my egg retrieval ultimately succeeded, which matters most. That said, my experience at the Margate clinic left much to be desired. Documentation errors, poor communication, and a lack of clarity and empathy made the process far more stressful than necessary. I often felt that important information was being assumed rather than explained, causing confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary expense. At one point, I was even mistaken for someone undergoing a different type of fertility treatment—an awkward situation that better attention to detail could have prevented.
After my first experience, I transferred to the Jupiter clinic, where the overall experience was much better. The Jupiter location is smaller and more understated, but it feels more welcoming, the staff are more attentive, and the doctor better understood my needs. If you are considering alternatives, I recommend Jupiter over Margate.

Dr. Hoffman is highly intelligent and trustworthy. If he can do something, he will tell you; if he cannot, he will tell you that too!
I was his patient for about three years, and he supported me throughout—from personal voicemails with good news to personal calls with bad news. The nurses were also very caring.
Please do not focus too heavily on negative reviews. IVF/IUI can be emotionally difficult, and not every cycle succeeds. It is important to understand the variables and limitations. Without Dr. Hoffman’s guidance, I would not have my amazing son.

Dr. Timmons and his team are amazing! My husband and I tried for more than two years… The entire process went smoothly from start to finish, and we became pregnant quickly! I felt both sad and happy leaving the clinic after “graduating” and cried at my final appointment! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Timmons and his team, or IVF Florida.

Nurse Sany—she is the sweetest, most caring nurse. She was extremely compassionate and made me feel relaxed and prepared. I love her so much!!! (Third intrauterine insemination)
Nurse Allie was amazing! She was very warm, kind, gentle, and honest (second intrauterine insemination).
She guided me from start to finish, made me comfortable, and reassured me that all my questions, thoughts, and concerns were normal. She was wonderful! Thank you.

I want to thank everyone here for helping bring my son into the world! Dr. Hoffman was the first and last doctor I saw. My first transfer succeeded with his help! Dr. Weitzman also oversaw my entire process. She is the best and very knowledgeable about the latest developments and EBP (preparation before embryo implantation)! When I developed a severe SCH and everyone thought I would miscarry, she helped me greatly and remained hopeful that all would go well. Thank you all 💙

The medical team at IVF Florida in Margate, Florida, was incredibly helpful throughout our IVF treatment. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I have two wonderful children. Every time I entered the office, I felt like a valued patient and that they genuinely cared. The front desk staff was always warm and friendly, and the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable and patiently explained the entire process.
The lab nurses were equally excellent. My small veins never bothered them, and they always succeeded on the first try!
Messages I sent to the care team through the portal were answered almost immediately.
If you are looking for the right place to build your family, I highly recommend IVF Florida.

The care here is extremely impersonal. Patients do not receive the communication they deserve from the medical team. Patients must actively ask about basic matters, such as explanations of upcoming procedures and whether they are actually feasible based on test results. In my case, I received no information. My husband felt completely excluded from treatment. Overall, my experience was terrible. The front desk was rude and provided very little information. This feels more like an assembly line than a fertility clinic, where compassion and communication should come first.

The doctor is very skilled and listens carefully. The worst part of the clinic is the person responsible for billing. She is rude, explains nothing, and will not listen. She often bills incorrectly, and when you ask why, she coldly says, 'You owe the money, and that is final,' without listening or explaining. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. I am sorry that doctor has to work with her.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Daniel Christie. He performed my surgery, and his kind manner and strong ethics made the process much easier. He is warm, patient, and genuinely caring. I just want to say that this clinic is absolutely my favorite! The staff are all kind, welcoming, and caring.
Dr. Bounemer is truly an outstanding specialist. Her expertise is remarkable. No other IVF doctor has helped us as much as she has, and she continues to do so. She genuinely cares about patients, is very thoughtful, and always makes us feel heard. Her nurse Claudia is also wonderful. I love Claudia! She showed us tremendous compassion and support throughout the process.
Selina and Charlene at the front desk are also excellent. They are very attentive and always ensure I am well cared for. They even encourage me at every visit, which means a great deal.
IVF is a journey of ups and downs that no one can fully prepare you for, but the staff at the Margaret clinic showed great patience, understanding, and support at every step. I am deeply grateful for their compassion and care.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone on a fertility journey. ❤️

In February 2025, after checking their website, which listed no participating physicians, and speaking with financial advisor Monica Johnson, I went to the Margate office. Monica assured me that the doctor assigned to me would accept my insurance.
I was scheduled with Dr. Timmons.
When I arrived for testing, the office manager told me I had to pay out of pocket because Dr. Timmons did not accept my insurance. I had to correct them and explain that their financial advisor had told me he did. After they went to the office to “correct” the error, they switched me to Dr. Barrinuevo, who accepted my insurance, and I completed the test.
Several months later, I received a bill saying I owed money.
How is that possible?
Your financial advisor made the mistake, your office corrected it that day, and now I am expected to pay for it?
I called several times:
Nate told me not to worry and that the bill would be handled.
Stacy said she would call me with an update—but never did.
Kyle said no manager was available and that even if I reached one, they would say the same thing (??), then told me to wait 14 days.
After 14 days, they said it could take another 90 days and that I would be responsible if insurance denied the claim.
So let me understand this:
Your office gave me incorrect information, corrected it internally, and I still have to bear the consequences?
I am already under emotional and financial strain from infertility and IVF, and this only makes it worse.
Communication is poor, coordination is chaotic, and follow-up is terrible.
At this point, I simply want the matter resolved properly and someone to take responsibility.

I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance and provided my insurance information when booking. When I arrived, however, I was told the doctor did not accept my insurance and I would have to pay $350 out of pocket. They blamed the person who scheduled the appointment instead of taking responsibility, which felt unprofessional. I work at a medical facility, and insurance should be verified in advance to prevent situations like this. I took time off work and drove nearly an hour, only to leave without being seen. Dr. Timmons is an excellent physician, but the front office's processes and communication urgently need improvement.

Dr. Weitzman, nurse Yesenia, and all the staff at the Jupiter and Margate offices are wonderful! They are kind and caring, communicate quickly and efficiently, and have been incredibly encouraging during this difficult journey. Mandy in billing was also very helpful! My experience at another clinic was so poor that I never wanted to try IVF again. I am very glad I decided to try once more at a different clinic. I am still waiting for the results of last week’s transfer, but if it does not work, I will try again because I know I am in good hands.

I had an excellent experience at IVF Florida.
The nurses provided timely, helpful information through the portal, which made everything much easier. Jennifer in particular was outstanding. She always answered my questions patiently and made me feel at ease.
Dr. Hoffman was wonderful and provided tremendous support to our entire family throughout the process. We always felt well cared for.
The clinic is also beautiful and highly efficient, with almost no waiting, which was excellent.
I am very grateful to the team and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had my egg retrieval here, and all the staff were wonderful! My nurse Yesenia, if I am spelling and pronouncing her name correctly, was very kind and helped me relax. Dr. Christie was excellent and made sure I was comfortable before entering the operating room. I did not catch everyone else’s names, but every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. After a disappointing experience at another fertility clinic, transferring to IVF Florida was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the first day, everything was smooth, organized, and professional. At my previous clinic, I often felt I had to manage everything myself, but I never felt that way here.
The clinic is beautiful and welcoming, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes this potentially stressful journey more reassuring. Most importantly, I never felt like just one of many patients who was not receiving enough attention.
My physician was Dr. Hoffman, and I highly recommend him. His experience and expertise are clear from the moment you speak with him. He is also very approachable! He recommended supplements to improve my egg quality, while my previous doctor had told me there was nothing else I could do. His ovarian stimulation protocol was completely different, which reassured me that my treatment plan was tailored to my specific needs.
His team was equally impressive—patient, supportive, and responsive. I asked countless questions throughout the process, and they always replied promptly.
Overall, I had an excellent experience at IVF Florida. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that combines clinical expertise, compassionate care, and exceptional patient service, I highly recommend them. In my opinion, they are the best in the area.

We have been working with Dr. Hoffman and his team since April 2025. Everyone in the office has always been so helpful, positive, and kind. We are fortunate to have our little bundle of joy on the way after our second transfer. Dr. Hoffman was always very upfront and honest about the process. I appreciate complete honesty and no sugarcoating. It is a long process and can be frustrating at times, but I always felt well cared for by Dr. Hoffman and his team. I highly recommend everyone in this office, especially Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Timmons, and Angela (the ultrasound technician). Thank you for making our dreams come true!

We are deeply grateful to IVF Florida. We will always thank Dr. Christie and his staff for bringing us our little joy. After trying for several years and seeing two previous doctors, I was ready to give up until my new gynecologist, Dr. Echavarria in Miramar, highly recommended Dr. Christie. From the moment we met him, we felt our confidence return. The staff and nurses were delightful, and everyone in the office was highly professional. They were understanding and compassionate and supported us through this difficult time. On Valentine’s Day last year, one year ago, we had our second retrieval with Dr. Christie. The result was exciting but also frightening because we had only one good embryo. We truly put all our eggs in one basket, but Dr. Christie continued to give us hope and encouraged us to continue. That embryo was transferred on Mother’s Day. It is interesting that all these special procedures happened on special days: My first retrieval at IFVFL was the day after Thanksgiving, and just before my birthday, I received the sad news that none of the embryos had good PGT results. Fast-forward one year, and today our baby boy was finally born. We feel our family of four is finally complete. Thank you again, Dr. Christie. We will always be grateful to you and the staff at IVF Florida Pembroke Pines. Everything you do is amazing. Thank you; you are all angels!!!! 🙏🏼

Where do I begin? I left frustrated and disappointed, feeling that my time and money had been completely wasted. They seem to think money falls from the sky.
There was an obvious lack of communication, organization, and follow-up. I paid for a service expecting professional care but instead felt ignored and taken advantage of. My concerns were never truly addressed, and no one seemed accountable for the poor service provided.

IVF FLORIDA failed me, and I am deeply disappointed: no empathy, flexibility, or care. That was my experience at IVF FLORIDA.
If you seek support and respect, stay away from IVF FLORIDA.
I am writing to formally complain about unprofessional conduct and the lack of patient-centered care at IVF FLORIDA's Coral Gables location, specifically involving a staff member named Heather and the front desk team.
I scheduled an egg-freezing consultation three weeks in advance. As you know, this is not a trivial medical matter. For many women, including me, it is a profound and time-sensitive decision. Initially, the staff were polite and helpful when assisting with scheduling. However, after a minor error in the referral from my primary-care physician, their tone and behavior changed dramatically.
Although I explained my limited availability—only four days off per month—they refused to offer any midday or afternoon appointment, even though they initially appeared willing to do so. I was repeatedly rejected without any attempt to find a solution. I was even pressured to travel to a less convenient location in Pembroke Pines, although I had explicitly scheduled care in Coral Gables. The dismissive tone and lack of effort to find a compassionate solution were frustrating and unacceptable.
After weeks coordinating with my primary-care physician to satisfy their requirements, I was finally told they could not help me simply because my availability did not fit their rigid schedule. I was offered no waitlist or flexibility. The interaction made me feel punished for circumstances beyond my control, despite being an informed and cooperative patient.
The clinic's lack of empathy, flexibility, and professionalism seriously undermines its stated values. I am deeply disappointed that my time, energy, and emotional peace were wasted with complete disregard for my medical needs and personal circumstances.
I am submitting this complaint not only to share my experience but also to protect other women who may consider this clinic for something as important and emotional as fertility preservation. Compassionate, patient-centered care should be central to every reproductive-health organization. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The IVF location in Pembroke Pines truly is the best. What I appreciate most is the people. This process is already so emotional, and it is reassuring to be surrounded by an outstanding team that genuinely cares about you. I want to recognize a few people who consistently made my experience exceptional. Brittany R. handled most of my bloodwork, and I just love her. I do not like needles, but she made it quick and painless every time, always greeting me warmly and treating me with kindness. I also want to recognize April, who often performed my ultrasounds. She remembered every detail, and I enjoyed our conversations. It is wonderful to be in such good hands. Most importantly, Dr. Luis Hoyos! The timing throughout the IVF process was handled very carefully and precisely. He was present throughout and made important decisions at every step, and I am extremely grateful for his excellent timing and judgment. Despite how busy he must be, he also took the time to call me personally with updates and ask how I was doing. This professional team works well together and truly has a culture of care and understanding for patients and for one another. To anyone wondering whether this is the right place to begin an IVF journey, I want to assure you that it is one of the best. I trust this team and am deeply grateful to them. Thank you all for what you do every day. It does not go unnoticed.

I am adding to my review. See below.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any medical practice. They do not respect your time, especially women's time. My wife and I had a 10:15 telehealth appointment. Fortunately, we were both off work and at home. At about 10:30, we called and were told the doctor was running late. We called again around 11:00 and received the same answer. Around 11:15, they called to say the doctor would call in 15 to 20 minutes. The call never came. When we called again at 12:00, they claimed they had called twice. My wife had been holding her phone and then set it on the sofa while waiting to continue our day. We received no call, text, email, or other contact. Making us wait two hours was absurd.
I could understand if this were the only telehealth visit, but the previous one was similar. We were working and were told they would call around 9 p.m., but we did not connect with the doctor until around 11 p.m. This is deeply disrespectful of patients' time. Worse, telehealth is the only option for these consultations.
If you need to see a doctor, they make you wait two months for an appointment! My wife had surgery with Dr. B, and they would not schedule her postoperative follow-up because there were "no openings."
Several months ago, I provided a sample for testing and was called later that day to say it had been "lost" because of a power outage or something similar. I had to take another day off to provide another sample. They also refused to work with my schedule, forcing me to take time off again for their mistake. They made me feel like a criminal because of circumstances I did not cause.
Overall, they are cold, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you have another option, choose it.
Added: surprise billing. I received another bill for more than $300. After treatment ended, they told me it was complete and I owed nothing else. Yet on August 9, 2025, I received another bill, the second sent directly to me after I was told treatment was finished and there were no outstanding balances. What truly angers me is that this bill dates back to October 2024, 10 months earlier. I dislike owing bills and always try to pay promptly. This is absurd. How can they charge me for treatment 10 months later? It is unfair. If they had submitted the bill to insurance promptly, this would not have happened. Treatment is emotionally and financially burdensome for families, and I would not wish this on anyone.
Thankfully, we succeeded after four attempts, but their handling of payments and insurance was terrible. I do not understand how they get away with it. I spoke with them and called for months to confirm everything had been paid, and I was told nothing was pending with insurance. This is wrong. We need a new law to protect people from companies like this. They should be ashamed, but when you call, they do not care. They only want money or send the account to collections. They never take responsibility for their mistakes and always make you feel at fault. The billing department needs to wake up and process claims promptly. Receiving another bill 10 months later after paying thousands of dollars is completely wrong.
Overall, my updated assessment is that they are irresponsible and disorganized. I wish we had other options.

After waiting outside for 28 minutes, someone came and said they did not open until 7:30. Then why did your office schedule me for 7? Unprofessional, inconsiderate of patients, and a waste of time. I will not return.

I strongly advise against Florida IVF. Although the doctor seems good, you will only see him once or twice and spend most of your time with nurses. During infertility treatment, the medication caused a rapid heart rate and other symptoms consistent with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). The nurses never asked how I felt or checked my vital signs during treatment. I had to advocate for myself, only to be brushed off. I had to stop treatment because my life was at risk. The front desk staff were also extremely rude. Once I waited over an hour to see the doctor because they forgot to check me in. This is highly unprofessional; they only care about money.

The service at the Pembroke Pines location is terrible. I recommend that you not waste your time and energy, especially during the emotionally vulnerable experience of infertility! The doctors may be highly skilled, but that means nothing without a supportive team! Once, they sent me a bill, and when I went to pay it, the woman did not even know how to process it in the system. She told me I had to go to the Margate location, where the staff were very helpful, to make the payment. Then my fertility consultation began. Dr. Hoyos ordered a series of tests and gave us some instructions. He said the staff would contact us, but we never heard from them. Weeks passed, the test results were lost, and we had to repeat the tests. They said they would notify us of the results through the patient portal, but again, they did not. If I did not contact them first, they simply would not respond. Then I asked them questions about the testing, and they told me to go get it done. When I arrived, however, the person at the front desk said there were no test orders or pending items for me! They are completely disorganized! If you use this center, go directly to the Margate location! Or, like us, change your approach entirely, because this process requires personal attention and empathy, not indifference!

Fortunately and unfortunately, I have been coming here on and off for nearly ten years, through different stages of this journey. The care team in Pembroke Pines has always been very kind to me, and they have truly helped me a great deal. They include Dr. Christie, Miriam, the two blood-drawing vampires named Brittany—ha ha—and many others. I visited recently and happened to see Brittany, as the other one had moved away, and I was so happy to see her. I was delighted to show her a photo of the son we finally had after a ten-year struggle to conceive.
Dr. Christie has always been the best, even when the news he brought was not good. He is kindhearted, and we are grateful that he successfully transferred our embryo.
As for some of the discouraging reviews I have seen here, I would say that this journey is never easy from the start. You need to stay positive and treat others with understanding to receive the same in return. Wishing everyone success on their fertility journey!

We were extremely pleased with Dr. Gualtieri and the entire staff at the IVF FL Jupiter office. Dr. G goes above and beyond for his patients. He is one of a kind.
A little about my story: before finding Dr. G, I had undergone infertility treatment for a little over a year. I completed 3 IUI cycles and 3 egg retrievals without a positive result—no blastocysts/embryos, despite retrieving many eggs. My previous doctor also placed me on extremely high doses and a frightening, unnecessarily aggressive medication protocol unlike anything I had heard of. My body had suffered, and the previous doctor told me he did not know what to do for me. Then I found Dr. G. Honestly, from the moment I met him, after extensively reading about his incredible and impressive background, I knew I wanted him as my doctor. He is not only brilliant but kind. He listens to your needs and does everything possible to make sure you feel heard and cared for—and you truly do.
Today, after my first transfer with Dr. G, I am 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Just one retrieval produced 4 embryos, 3 of them healthy. My previous doctor said he did not know what to do for me. Dr. G also repaired my septate/bicornuate uterus, creating a healthy, normally shaped safe home for our sweet baby girl!
Saying I am grateful to him and the entire staff is an understatement. I was genuinely sad to leave today and plan to return regularly to visit! Dr. G; Megan, his head nurse; Courtney and Terri in the laboratory; Laura and Hildi in ultrasound—apologies for the spelling; all the other nurses, including Frankie, Vanessa, and McKenzie; and all the front desk staff make you feel safe, welcome, and like family from the moment you enter.
If you are struggling through the pain of infertility, do yourself a favor and come to this office. They make the process much easier. They will care for you like no one else and deliver results! I wish I had found you all sooner, and I will return to see you soon!

I am still in my first treatment cycle with Dr. G, but the outstanding Jupiter clinic team absolutely deserves five stars. I live between four locations and visited three of them at different times during treatment. The level of care at Jupiter is remarkable. Nurse Sam and clinical care provider Analia were extremely helpful and supportive—even when I was close to breaking down. Every ultrasound technician and phlebotomist at the clinic was a breath of fresh air.
I do not mean to criticize the other locations, which were also excellent, but the Jupiter team is especially exceptional. I was very anxious at first, but thanks to them, I now feel very confident and calm during my egg retrieval. Dr. G has assembled a top-tier team.

From the moment you step out of the elevator and open the suite door, the office is impressive. Everyone—and I mean everyone—is patient and kind. Most procedures can be performed in the office, saving you from driving to multiple locations. Portal communication is prompt, including from the heroes in insurance authorization. The clinical staff take as long as needed to ensure you understand your treatment plan before leaving. I care for a parent, and they scheduled my treatment exceptionally well while fully considering my parent's needs. Our family will always be on nurse Sam's team; I never felt unsupported by her. Dr. G is a wonderful person overall—very candid about expectations and meticulous in his decision-making, ensuring every possible factor is assessed. Our double-rainbow daughter is due in the coming months, and I cannot wait to bring her back to meet them.

Wow I don’t even know where to start. After struggling with infertility and seeing negative after negative we decided to put our faith into IVF Florida.. (the Jupiter location standing out from the rest) and I am so happy we did. From our very first visit the beautiful ladies at the front desk greeted us with smiles and kindness. We had our first consult with Rhian, the most amazing NP, and left feeling like maybe one day it was all going to be okay. Dr. G and his team are truly top of the line. My nurse, Mackenzie, is one of a kind, who answered each of my 10000 questions with patience and kindness. Mackenzie thank you so much for every single thing you did for us and showing up everyday with a smile and empathy!! To the phlebotomists' and sonographers’, each and every one of you made a tough day better, and I can’t thank you enough for being gentle and reassuring! I have spent two and a half years in the care of the IVF Florida Jupiter team, and this clinic has been a beacon of hope, compassion, and medical excellence during one of the most emotional and transformative journeys of my life.
From the first consultation, I felt seen, heard, and supported. Every nurse, receptionist, sonographer, and Dr. G consistently went above and beyond, providing not only expert care but genuine emotional support. They clearly care deeply about each patient and their unique path to parenthood.
Most impressive was their unwavering patience and consistency over such a long period. For two and a half years, they stood beside me, adjusted treatment when needed, explained each step, and never rushed me. They understood that care is not one-size-fits-all and tailored mine thoughtfully.
The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, and scheduling was always flexible—more important than people realize when balancing appointments, medication, and emotions.

The nurses at the Jupiter office are cold and make you feel like a number and the clinic is only a business. If you question any process, they respond sarcastically and harshly. Overall, every visit felt very unfriendly and unacceptable during an already difficult time.

I underwent testing on November 21 and still had no results by December 15. Records staff said they emailed them, but I received nothing, then told me to collect them in person. I arrived at 4:10 p.m. on December 15, but the office was closed. I called, was placed on hold, and no one returned. The delay and poor communication are extremely frustrating. I request my results promptly and clearer communication in the future.

This was the best experience I have ever had! Everyone was extremely helpful, and I could reach my care team through chat at any time. My nurse, Sam, always patiently explained every step. They even provided a support group and an on-call nurse until 9 p.m.! The support group helped me feel at ease. I was fortunate to become pregnant on the first attempt! At 6 weeks, I experienced bleeding, and they immediately brought me in for an ultrasound. The baby was healthy. Unfortunately, I later needed several more urgent ultrasounds, but they scheduled each one immediately, and the baby is now doing well. I am 20 weeks pregnant and cannot wait for the IVF team to meet my baby! There is no better doctor than Dr. Gualtieri!

We had an excellent experience at IVF Florida. Words cannot express my gratitude. Dr. G, his nurse Mackenzie Bell, Dr. Z, the ultrasound technicians, front desk, and laboratory team were all kind, attentive, patient, and welcoming. After two IUIs and two IVF cycles, they treated us like family. I feel very fortunate to have had such a wonderful team caring for me. They helped us achieve our dream and made us feel welcome during a difficult and exhausting process. Mackenzie was always available, and even during my hardest moments, she answered all my questions with a smile. She is truly special.
I am deeply grateful to them.
I highly recommend the Jupiter clinic. The atmosphere at the Margate clinic was completely different and disappointing.

From the beginning, I appreciated Dr. G's candid, direct approach. I was 46, approaching 47, and time was critical. I was very grateful that he focused on maximizing my chances of success.
I was impressed by your team's communication and support from start to finish. The patient portal was especially excellent. This quick, reliable communication helped me tremendously. If we had relied only on phone calls, I do not think everything could have been completed so quickly, and time was essential for me.

Anyone coming for collection should be prepared. The Wi-Fi signal is weak. I recommend downloading any materials you need to your phone beforehand or bringing printed material you like. They also do not provide lubricant.

IVF treatment is never easy, and like many couples, we began with hope, fear, and uncertainty. From the start, IVF Florida made us feel that we were not alone, which was crucial.
What impressed me most was the kindness and care of the entire team. Everyone we met was patient, understanding, and sincere. We never felt like just another case or number. We felt seen, heard, and supported, which mattered greatly during such an emotional experience.
Even in the hardest moments, someone was available to answer questions, offer comfort, or simply check in. That human connection brought indescribable reassurance and peace.
I also want to recognize Dr. Gualtieri. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were exceptional. You immediately sense that he is not only highly skilled but also deeply cares about his patients. That trust helped me relax and remain positive, knowing I was guided by someone so capable and experienced.

The front desk cashier was extremely rude. Given that this clinic handles sensitive information, I would never recommend it to anyone. I spoke about this with a nurse, whom I believe was the manager, but she did not seem to take my concerns about the employee's treatment of patients seriously. I do not believe they will accept any responsibility, so I decided to write this review. With customer service like this, can you trust them to handle your samples?

I have been a patient at this clinic for over two years and have always been very satisfied. The staff are patient and explain each process step by step, whether you are there for a simple checkup or a complete course of treatment.
My husband and I had three intrauterine insemination (IUI) attempts with Dr. Gualtieri, followed by in vitro fertilization (IVF) last October. We obtained 5 embryos in the first stage and transferred one last December.
I am now 6 and a half months pregnant with a boy, and we plan to return for another transfer in the future.
Three or four of our friends are also seeing Dr. Gualtieri, and we all think the world of her!
We also want to give special thanks to our nurse, Sabrina, who was tremendously helpful throughout the process! She is patient and attentive, and she is our favorite nurse!

I want to express my sincere admiration for Dr. Gualtieri and his entire team. From the moment we began receiving care, everyone we encountered, including the staff at Margate Surgical Center, showed genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
Recently, I experienced an urgent health issue after hours and contacted the clinic's answering service. Within minutes, Dr. Gualtieri personally called me back, reassured me, and told me the clinic would contact me the next morning. To my surprise, he called again first thing the next morning and asked me to come to the clinic immediately so he could assess my condition and ease my anxiety before surgery.
I have never experienced medical care that was so attentive, responsive, and genuinely compassionate. If you are considering a clinic in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Gualtieri and his team. Their dedication to their patients is admirable.

Thanks to my outstanding Coral Gables team, I had a wonderful experience at IVF Florida. Dr. Bou Nemer consistently guided my IVF treatment with care and expertise. My nurses Lauren and Claudia were attentive, patient, and caring throughout this unsettling process. Although injections are never enjoyable, Nisha and Priscilla made my daily blood work easy, quick, and painless. Noemi performed my ultrasounds carefully and helped me through the retrieval process. The entire team is outstanding. From Ledy’s warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care provided by everyone I met, the experience was exceptional.
Dr. Hoyos is an extremely skilled physician and a genuinely kind person. I told him that a recent Pap smear at an unaffiliated facility had been very painful, so I was understandably nervous about a more invasive examination. He listened compassionately, helped me relax, and made the entire process painless, quick, and gentle. His skill and bedside manner are remarkable!
Noemi was kind and reassuring, ensuring that my examination was smooth and comfortable from beginning to end.
And Priscilla is truly the ‘needle queen’! After a coma several years ago, my veins became extremely difficult to access. I have had needles placed at nearly every major hospital in South Florida, and she is unquestionably the best. She found my vein on the first attempt, with no pain or discomfort—pure skill and grace.
I highly recommend this team. They set a new standard for compassionate, professional care.

Women deserve better: my experience at IVF FLORIDA’s Coral Gables location was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Warning: IVF FLORIDA lacks compassion and professionalism. Do not waste your time! IVF FLORIDA shows women no care or respect.
IVF FLORIDA failed me deeply. My experience was defined by a lack of empathy, flexibility, and care.
If you seek support and respect, stay away from IVF FLORIDA.
I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional conduct and lack of patient-centered care I experienced at IVF FLORIDA’s Coral Gables location, specifically involving a staff member named Heather and the front-desk team.
I scheduled an egg-freezing consultation three weeks in advance. As you know, this is not a minor medical matter. For many women, including me, it is a deeply meaningful and time-sensitive decision. Initially, the staff were polite and helpful with scheduling. However, after a small error occurred in the referral from my primary care physician, their tone and conduct changed dramatically.
Although I explained that my availability was limited to only four days off each month, they refused to offer any midday or afternoon appointment, despite initially seeming willing to do so. I was repeatedly turned away without any attempt to find a solution. I was even pressured to travel to a less convenient location in Pembroke Pines, although I had specifically scheduled care in Coral Gables. The dismissive tone and lack of effort to find a compassionate solution were both upsetting and unacceptable.
After weeks of coordinating with my primary care physician to meet their requirements, I was ultimately told they could not help me simply because my availability did not fit their rigid schedule. I was not offered a waitlist or any flexibility. The interaction made me feel punished for circumstances beyond my control, despite being an informed and cooperative patient.
The clinic’s lack of empathy, flexibility, and professionalism severely undermines its stated values. I am deeply disappointed that I wasted time, effort, and emotional peace while my medical needs and personal circumstances were disregarded.
I am submitting this complaint not only to describe my experience but also to protect other women considering this clinic for something as important and emotional as fertility preservation. Compassionate, patient-centered care should be central to every reproductive health practice. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

For years, I struggled to decide whether to go through this process because I knew how emotionally and physically demanding it would be. Dr. Hoyos changed everything. I recently graduated from the clinic at 10 weeks pregnant and wanted to share my positive experience as an IVF Florida patient.
The nurses and staff at the Coral Gables office and Margate clinic were friendly and helpful, making every visit positive.
Scheduling appointments at the local Coral Gables office was convenient, with availability within a reasonable time. This made the many tests and appointments smoother and less stressful.
My primary physician, Dr. Hoyos, was attentive and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured that we felt comfortable throughout treatment. Every other doctor involved in my care was equally professional and kind, creating a reassuring and positive experience.
The Margate clinic, where all procedures and weekend monitoring took place, was brand-new and spotless. Its modern facilities and attention to cleanliness further increased my confidence in the care I received.
I highly recommend IVF Florida to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Their dedication to patient care and their supportive staff truly make a difference.

After my first scheduling call, I decided not even to make an appointment with the recommended doctor. The woman who answered was rude and cold, like a robot. She was abrupt and answered before I had finished asking questions. When they requested my husband’s insurance information simply to schedule an appointment, I knew something seemed suspicious, since I had my own insurance and member ID. I asked ChatGPT whether this was normal, and it said no: they might be checking which spouse had better coverage and trying to use that plan, and I might consider another clinic because this was unusual. When I told the woman I would have to call back because I did not have his wallet and insurance card available, she nearly hung up on me. Was she serious? Is Mikaela okay? That was her name! Perhaps someone more caring and considerate in their explanations should answer calls as the first point of contact for your company.

I love coming to this office because they truly make you feel like family. Noemi the ultrasound tech is amazing, she truly takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable during the process and she’s the best and I love her for always making me so welcome when I come in for every visit. Claudia my nurse, she has been my angel through this whole process and has been my support system. She has taken the time to explain everything and ensure that every step of the way that I well supported. The whole office here in coral gables is just phenomenal. IVF is already one of the most physically and emotionally vulnerable experiences a woman can face. What should have been a physician-guided, supportive process became a nightmare of poor communication, administrative confusion, and lack of empathy.
My coordinator, Lauren Suarez, was consistently unreachable. Portal messages often went unanswered for days, and voicemails were not returned promptly. There was no reliable way to contact the team directly. Instructions from Lauren, the clinic nurses, and the portal also contradicted one another, creating unnecessary confusion when injections and medications had to be precisely timed. Instead of feeling guided, I felt abandoned and left to manage critical steps alone.
Beyond the communication problems, I often felt that I was treated coldly and condescendingly. Professionalism and empathy are essential during such a vulnerable time, but I did not experience them.
I raised concerns repeatedly, yet no meaningful solution was offered. During one phone conversation, I felt that Dr. Bou Nemer raised her voice at me, which made me very uncomfortable.
Administratively, the entire process felt disorganized. This was not only my impression—my husband shared the same concerns, and a close friend and her husband ultimately stopped treatment there because of similar administrative problems.
The only consistently positive part of my experience was the nursing staff at the Coral Gables clinic, especially Claudia. They were warm, friendly, and compassionate.
I hope the clinic makes significant improvements so that no woman undergoing IVF feels unsupported, unheard, or alone during such an important journey.

Last July, my OB-GYN referred me to Dr. Bou Nemer/IVF FL. Everyone I met, from the front desk and finance department to the clinical staff, was wonderful.
I have had countless blood draws in my life, and Melany and Priscilla are the only two phlebotomists I have ever liked. Priscilla is always smiling and talkative.
My nurses, Lauren and Claudia, were very helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance, especially when I panicked after misreading the instructions.
Noemi, the ultrasound technician, is truly an angel. She is kind and warm and always encouraged me when I needed it most, whether I needed to vent or simply receive a hug.
Most importantly, Dr. Bou Nemer is amazing. She is meticulous and never makes an appointment feel rushed. She strikes the right balance between being direct and compassionate, and my husband and I trust her completely with helping us build our family.
I have spent a great deal of time here over the past nine months, and I am grateful to everyone who made the experience so positive.

I highly recommend IVF Florida Reproductive Associates in Coral Gables. Their care, warmth, and professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I actually really liked my doctor, Dr. Hoyos. However, administratively this office is a mess.
Initially, they asked me to keep a credit card on file so they could charge me automatically when there was a bill. I declined, which I’m glad I did.
Before my surgery, I specifically asked for the cost and was told: “Per my insurance, the cost of the procedure would be $331.41 (excluding anesthesia),” which I paid in full. A month later, I was billed hundreds more—and eventually told the total was nearly $1,000, almost 3x the original quote.
They then tried to retroactively call the quote an “estimate,” which is not how it was presented. They also claimed the number came from my insurance, but my insurance company confirmed IVF Florida never contacted them to verify costs.
I have since filed complaints with regulatory agencies. Instead of taking accountability, they have attempted to re-characterize what was clearly communicated after the fact.
If transparency, honesty, and accountability matter to you, be cautious. Dr. Hoyos was great, and I do not believe he is involved in the administrative side.

My experience at IVF Florida was amazing! My Coral Gables team is the best! My husband and I want to thank our team: Dr. Bou Nemer; nurses Claudia and Joanna; physician assistants Priscilla, who made me laugh every time I visited, and Melanie; front desk staff Lady and Roinisia; and the best ultrasound technician, Noemi! I am very satisfied with my time receiving treatment at this clinic. From the moment I entered reception, the professionalism, work ethic, and patient care shown by the laboratory technicians, nurses, ultrasound staff, financial staff, and Dr. Hoyos were impeccable. Dr. Hoyos is both professional and compassionate—a truly excellent physician. Thank you all so much. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10. The website response times and communication were equally excellent.

I started my journey with IVF Florida last year after my OBGYN recommended them. The team has been so helpful and kind. Dr hoyos walked me through the process and has kept me updated.
I'm currently doing my first round of IVF. While overwhelming the team at the Gables and Margate location have been so efficient and happy to support.
Noemi at the Gables location has been primarily doing my ultrasounds. She is always smiling and ready to answers my questions.
Melany at Gables location has been primarily doing my blood draw. Another staff member that is always smiling and soothing. Not the biggest fan of needles so I appreciate the words of comfort.
So far my journey has been a great one. I definitely recommend IVF Florida and primary the Coral Gables location.

My experience at IVF Florida has been wonderful. The team has brought so much warmth and care to an emotionally challenging and difficult journey. Seeing their familiar faces at every appointment has been genuinely comforting. 🤍
Priscilla and Melany are both excellent at drawing blood. They are exceptionally gentle, patient, and reassuring, which matters so much when frequent monitoring is required. They even make those nerve-racking early morning appointments much easier.
My nurse Claudia has truly been my angel throughout this process. She is attentive, gentle, and compassionate, and she always remembers the specifics of my case, making me feel seen as a person rather than just a patient. She is always available to answer my questions, reassure me, and encourage me.
My ultrasound technician Noemi also deserves my heartfelt thanks. She is always courteous, gentle, and reassuring during scans, and her calm presence immediately puts me at ease. Even on the hardest days, she treats patients with warmth and positivity, and you can feel how genuinely she cares.
Dr. Bou Nemer has also helped me tremendously throughout this process. She is knowledgeable, science-based, thoughtful, and innovative in her approach. Because my case is complex, I greatly appreciate that she tailors my treatment rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. She is compassionate, practical, and consistently committed to finding the best option for my situation.
IVF is never easy, but having a team that truly cares and supports you makes all the difference. Although my fertility journey is not over, this outstanding group of women has given me hope. I am sincerely grateful for them and for all the care and support they have provided along the way. 🤍

I want to share my experience with friends who, like my husband and me, are looking for a fertility clinic. We arrived full of doubts and anxiety, but after the first consultation, with the help of Dr. Hoyos, we left feeling hopeful and optimistic. Although we haven’t achieved our goal yet, for the first time we felt truly heard. All our questions were answered promptly. The staff is amazing; they recognize you as soon as you arrive at the clinic, and all the processes are surprisingly fast. Daniela is very attentive, listens carefully to all your concerns, and follows up on your progress. Melanie, Claudia, Noemi, and the rest of the team are warm and friendly. Thank you so much!

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Hoyos’ office and left feeling like it was a complete waste of my co-pay. I never received a callback, follow-up information, or clear next steps after the appointment. The office has been very persistent about collecting payment, but I still have not been able to get the information or communication I was expecting as a patient. Overall, the experience has been disappointing and frustrating due to the lack of follow-through and customer service.

Today we graduated from IVF Florida! That is certainly a good thing, but it is very difficult to say goodbye to the wonderful team here, who have become such an important part of our lives!
From day one, Dr. Hoyos was there for us, patiently answering all our questions and developing a plan for our second IVF cycle that ultimately led to significant improvement. Johanna was warm, encouraging, and patient while we searched for a pharmacy, and she answered every question we asked with the same patience. We looked forward to chatting with Noemi at every ultrasound and with Priscilla and Melany at every blood draw. They always brought such positive, uplifting energy. Everyone there felt like a friend!
We are so glad we chose IVF Florida and will always be grateful for everything they did to help us build our family. We look forward to returning when we are ready for our second baby!

To anyone having difficulty conceiving: I highly recommend Dr. Von Goeben—so much that I followed her to Chicago for my final round of IVF. Although our journey did not end as we had hoped, I could not have accepted that outcome with anyone but her. She helped me have my daughter during our first round of IVF, and I will always be grateful for that blessing. She is kind, compassionate, and thorough, with everything other reproductive endocrinologists lack—and I have seen many! She has the best bedside manner of any RE, and I am so glad she has her own office. I refer everyone there!

Dr. von Goeben is by far the best doctor I have ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to listen. My husband and I began our fertility journey with her in Florida, but unfortunately had to move to a new clinic when we relocated out of state. We stayed in touch and even spoke with her by phone several times to get her opinion on my treatment plan at the new clinic. Ultimately, I was unable to become pregnant and needed a gestational carrier to bring our son into the world. We knew it would not be an easy process, so my husband and I decided to return to Dr. von Goeben. We knew she would make things as simple as possible, and she did! She listened to our GC and to us throughout the process, making us all feel comfortable and at ease. Nine months after our first transfer, we welcomed our baby boy into the world! Our journey was not easy, but it was completely worthwhile, and we were fortunate to have Dr. von Goeben with us through it all.

Dr. Henne was a godsend. My husband and I were deeply discouraged and heartbroken, because the fertility journey is not for the faint of heart. I cannot recommend Dr. Henne highly enough. From our first meeting, she listened to every word I said and never overlooked or dismissed anything I brought to her. She is knowledgeable and professional and made me feel I was receiving the best care. She supported me and was as committed to achieving my family-planning goals as I was—if not more! It was a relief to know someone was always in my corner, developing a plan we both felt comfortable with. At the start of my journey, I was not ready to proceed immediately with IUI or IVF, and she completely understood. But instead of saying, “Okay, come back when you’re ready,” she created a plan tailored to what I needed at the time, providing the medical support I needed to try conceiving naturally and never making me feel that my dream was hopeless. I feel truly fortunate to have found Dr. Henne at the beginning of my journey and wish I could give her 500 stars. Make an appointment with her—you will not be disappointed!

Although I have no direct experience with Florida Reproductive Specialists, I had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Melinda Henne at a start-up IVF clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While I did not know everything about fertility care, I joined the organization with 40 years of nursing experience and had managed two different clinics in the Twin Cities, so I knew a few things. Little did I know how much this energetic doctor, with sperm patterns on her skirt, would teach me—not only about fertility, but about people: our patients, of course, and myself. She supported and encouraged me, laughed with me, and cried with me. She held our entire team to high standards and played an important role in the practice’s success. Dr. Henne always puts the health and safety of patients and their loved ones first, and she works tirelessly to help those who need scientific assistance build families. She is a gifted and highly skilled reproductive endocrinologist and a beautiful, kind person. If I were in the Jacksonville area—or anywhere else—and needed an RE, I would go to Florida Reproductive Specialists. To Dr. Henne, I say: “Thank you for your service to your country, your patients, and all the healthcare professionals who learn from your expertise and example.”

Our success story at IVF Florida.
Choosing IVF Florida was the best decision we made during our fertility journey. After our first child was born, we tried unsuccessfully for three years, and fertility treatment at two other clinics also failed. Based on positive reviews, we decided to try IVF Florida.
From our first consultation with Dr. Kari Von Goeben, we felt an immediate connection with her. We experienced an emotional bond unlike anything elsewhere through her genuine care, empathy, and excellent guidance. She carefully reviewed our medical history and offered valuable insights we had never considered. With her expert advice and treatment, we are now two weeks pregnant and overjoyed!

After a terrible previous experience, she helped a discouraged couple whose relationship was under strain and helped us build a beautiful family. She monitored me closely and helped with my irregular periods at age 35. We had 6 successful results, with 3 advancing to the next stage. Sadly, the first did not work, but the second did. We now have a smart, funny, handsome 6-year-old. We will always be grateful to you. You are the best doctor!

I highly recommend Dr. Von Goeben! My gynecologist referred me here to meet with Dr. Von Goeben and discuss the egg-freezing process. It was a conversation I never expected to have, but it is my current reality. During our initial consultation, she was very kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional. She made me feel comfortable, as did every staff member.
After considering it, I decided to proceed with egg freezing, and I am glad I did. Communication was consistent throughout, appointments were timely, and support was always available to address questions or concerns. I cannot thank the staff, nurses, and doctors enough for making what could have been a frightening and emotional process feel so smooth and manageable!

The IVF teams in Coral Gables, Pembroke Pines, and Margate are an exceptional group of women. Every nurse, team member, and staff member made the entire process extremely comfortable.
Even when worry showed on my face, they put me at ease. From the first day I entered each clinic, they were friendly and guided me through every step. They proactively contacted me with updates from the team or doctor and explained the next steps. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could log in to the website and receive a prompt answer. Dr. Waldman and his team are outstanding! Every visit was thorough and attentive, and I felt valued and heard. Every message I sent through the portal received a response the same day. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with IVF Florida. After I began treatment, I felt completely abandoned. Once they realized my case was complex, they chose to stop treatment and left me without guidance or support.
Worse, I know I am not the only person this has happened to; a close friend had exactly the same experience. It feels as though they care more about preserving their success rates and statistics than genuinely helping women achieve motherhood. If your case is complex, be prepared for a lack of professionalism and accountability. A clinic should be a place of hope, but here I found only disappointment.

As a first-time IVF patient, I was extremely anxious, but Joshira's expertise and dedication were truly admirable. From the beginning, my experience with this IVF clinic was deeply disappointing, and unfortunately it seemed to worsen over time. One of the most frustrating aspects was being completely unable to reach a real person by phone. Leaving messages was pointless because calls were almost never returned. During a treatment as physically and emotionally exhausting as IVF, patients should not feel ignored or abandoned.
Communication through the patient portal was equally frustrating. Many replies were filled with internal business jargon and vague wording that was difficult to understand for someone already under intense stress and exhaustion. Instead of feeling supported, I was often confused and even wondered whether my messages had been understood correctly. At such an important and vulnerable time in my life, I simply did not have the energy or patience to decipher complicated responses.
The experience became so discouraging that I began reconsidering whether to continue IVF treatment at all. What should have been a hopeful journey became exhausting and demoralizing. I had only two in-network clinics to choose from, and unfortunately both left a poor impression. I chose this clinic because my previous experience elsewhere seemed worse, but in retrospect, I might have been better off staying with the clinic I knew. Both in-network options have now left me feeling completely defeated, isolated, and deeply disappointed.

Some experiences change your life, and IVF is one of them. I cannot imagine how I would have made it through this journey without Dr. Ian Waldman and his wonderful nurse, Sheila.
From the beginning, Dr. Waldman impressed me not only with his expertise but also with how genuinely he cares for each patient. He patiently explained every detail, making even the most complex parts of IVF understandable and less overwhelming. What I valued most was his calm, dependable presence. He never made me feel like just another case, but like someone he truly cared about and wanted to help. He combines honesty, precision, and compassion, qualities that are both rare and essential during IVF.
Then there was my nurse, Sheila, who was honestly at the heart of my daily experience. She was responsive, thoughtful, kind, and went far beyond her duties. Whether guiding me step by step through my medications, quickly responding to my messages even when I felt I had endless questions, or offering reassurance at exactly the right moment, she made me feel supported every day. Her empathy and attention to detail stood out.
What makes this team special is their ability to combine excellent medical care with genuine humanity. IVF can be stressful, emotional, and sometimes isolating, but with Dr. Waldman and Sheila, I always felt guided, heard, and cared for.
If you are looking for a fertility team with not only extensive knowledge and skill but also compassion, patience, and unwavering support, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They genuinely make a difficult journey easier, and that meant everything to me.

I am so grateful to this team! They supported me through more than a year of intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment and never made me feel that failure was inevitable. Even when I was discouraged and emotionally drained, they were always kind and patient. The team is wonderful, and I saw the same people at every visit, so they truly understood my entire journey. A terrible medical experience. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of transparency in costs, and without any clear answers, they kept pressuring us to continue with consultations.
From the very beginning, my husband and I clearly stated that we have a high deductible and needed to know the prices in advance to make informed decisions. However, everyone at the clinic brushed us off with the same standard responses: "This is just an estimate," or "I'm not in finance, so I'm not really sure." At the same time, they handed us a clipboard to sign off on various special blood tests without revealing the actual cost of any single test.
It's now 2026, and this level of cost opacity in healthcare is absolutely inexcusable.
To make matters worse, the overall atmosphere at the clinic was cold, bureaucratic, and dismissive—especially from Dr. Ian Waldman. I have worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade and have seen firsthand that patients deserve more empathy and professionalism than what we experienced here.
We ultimately decided to review the blood test results with the doctor and then politely say goodbye. The process was already exhausting, and it would have been much easier if the doctor had personally explained the results. However, after deciding not to proceed with an ultrasound, I asked if he could discuss the lab results with us. The staff told us he "wouldn't see us" and handed me the results to interpret on my own.
I've faced many difficult things in my life. Reading lab results that terrified me to the point of trembling won't be the first or last challenge I encounter. But it would have been so much easier if a doctor had taken the time to explain them to me.
The only person in that exam room who was truly kind and considerate to us was Samantha. She genuinely took the time to help us contact the specialty lab that ultimately charged exorbitant fees.
What angered me the most was what happened next. While we were still sitting there with Samantha, Dr. Waldman suddenly walked into the waiting room with his hands in his pockets and asked, "Is there anything I can help you with?" He was clearly caught off guard because he thought we had already left. The whole interaction felt cold and dismissive, as if our presence was an inconvenience. I truly felt that he wanted to get these "problem patients" out of the clinic as quickly as possible.
Patients walk into a fertility clinic already in a vulnerable state. The least this clinic can do is be transparent, considerate, and show basic respect.
Please do better.

I had been waiting for our miracle baby to arrive before writing this review, and now she finally has! Thanks to the entire team at IVF Florida, we welcomed our beautiful daughter earlier this month.
My husband and I had a difficult fertility journey marked by multiple miscarriages. Dr. Von Goeben showed remarkable compassion and expertise. She not only tailored our IVF protocol to our individual needs and concerns, but also had excellent communication skills, which are essential during such an emotionally challenging journey. We felt that she was always by our side. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Von Goeben for helping us build our family.
I also want to give special thanks to Nurse Meli, who supported and encouraged me through every difficult and stressful moment and celebrated our progress with us! I highly recommend IVF Florida!

They wasted my time and my husband's. Why call days in advance to verify my insurance, only to tell me at check-in that it was out of network and I would have to pay out of pocket? I had no idea I would need to pay nearly $400. Are you serious?! This is not an ordinary outpatient clinic. Given what patients risk by coming here, you should be more careful. I encountered a scam at IVF Florida. I scheduled an initial consultation, and they confirmed that my insurance was valid before booking it. Only after I saw the doctor did they suddenly say I needed additional coverage through Progyny, rudely telling me that without a Progyny ID card I would have to pay $350 out of pocket.
After checking the portal and speaking directly with Progyny, I confirmed that enrollment had to be completed before the initial consultation. IVF Florida ignored this and waited until after I saw the doctor to demand additional payment. Worse, Progyny explained that the coverage was simply how the clinic billed them, while I would still have to pay the consultation fee myself regardless.
This was not a misunderstanding; it was a scam. IVF Florida misrepresented the insurance coverage, failed to follow the correct insurance process, and then tried to pass the cost on to me afterward. I will continue escalating this until it is resolved, even if legal action is necessary. Be very cautious with this clinic.

IVF can be one of the most difficult and heartbreaking journeys, but having a team that truly cares makes all the difference. Our experience with IVF Florida has been nothing short of life-changing, and we will forever be grateful to this incredible team. From the very beginning, Nurse Allie was a constant source of support and comfort. She was always there to answer every question quickly and thoroughly, but what made her so special was how genuinely kind, caring, and friendly she was throughout the entire journey. Having her by our side made such a difference.
Dr. Weitzman was truly amazing. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge gave us confidence, but what stood out even more was her warmth, compassion, and the time she took to make sure we always felt informed and cared for. She treated us not just as patients, but as people going through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives.
Thanks to their dedication, expertise, and compassion, we are finally expecting our rainbow baby in January. We could not have done this without them. Dr. Weitzman and her team are wonderful. Whenever I felt anxious or uneasy, they explained everything clearly and eased my concerns. Dr. Timmons was also excellent. Before taking me back for the transfer, he reviewed our situation and explained the next treatment plan in detail. The Boca office staff were also very kind.

Dr. Vanessa Weitzman was recommended by a physician at my OB-GYN's office. I am so glad we found her at IVF Florida. She helped us conceive through IVF. She is an expert in this field and kept us informed throughout the process. Everyone at the clinic was extremely helpful and responded to my many portal messages and phone calls. I highly recommend Dr. Weitzman. When things became difficult and I kept seeing suggestions on Google, she gave us professional guidance, addressed every issue, and considered every concern. We are incredibly grateful and are now 22 weeks pregnant with our miracle IVF baby. It is all thanks to this outstanding clinic and Dr. Vanessa Weitzman.

IVF Florida is amazing! My team was at the Boca office, and I also had very good experiences at the Margate and Jupiter locations.
Dr. Weitzman and Allie were kind, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the process. They patiently answered every question, replied quickly to messages, and kept visits efficient.
Overall, IVF Florida was very transparent about pricing and treatment options, which reassured me and made me confident in my decisions.

If you are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate IVF doctor, I strongly recommend Dr. Weitzman and her team.
From the beginning of our path to parenthood, Dr. Weitzman made us feel heard, supported, and hopeful. She is extremely knowledgeable, patiently answers every question, and genuinely cares for each patient as an individual rather than just a number on a chart.
What stands out most about this clinic is its exceptional communication. Every team member is kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Allie, one of the nurses, always went out of her way to cheer me up and comfort me when I was anxious. Whether they were responding to portal messages, explaining medications, or guiding us through each step of the process, we never felt alone or unsupported. They made a potentially overwhelming experience feel manageable because we knew we were receiving such expert, thoughtful care.

My wife and I had the best experience with Samray and her team. We cannot say enough kind things about all the staff—cherilyn, Mel, Natasha, Amanda, Dr. Barrionero, Dr. Weitzman, and Dr. Celigoj. They truly set the standard for customer service and professionalism. Everyone was wonderful, and the facility was excellent. We had the same experience at their other offices. The entire process is stressful, but IVF Florida in Margate made it as pleasant as possible. I hope they receive every award and recognition.

I highly recommend IVF Florida Fertility Clinic. After a very poor experience at another clinic, I was referred to IVF Florida and cannot praise the quality and warmth of their care enough.
I successfully completed one egg-retrieval and freezing cycle. My experience with the entire IVF Florida team was wonderful, from the doctors and nurses to the financial team. Everyone was highly professional, responsive, supportive, and caring. They made me feel supported throughout the process.

Excellent care from everyone. Specifically, Dr. Barrionuevo, who is wonderful both as a doctor and as a person. I already have my first child, thanks first and foremost to God and the doctor. Now I'm in the process of getting the remaining embryo, and I received excellent care from the team. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this clinic. For such a sensitive situation, the service felt impersonal. All communication took place through an online platform with a nurse I had never met, with no face-to-face support. This remote nurse responded only when I contacted her, and next steps were often unclear.
Although the doctor was kind, I expected more personal and attentive care given the time and expense involved.

In addition to being knowledgeable, Dr. Weitzman genuinely cares about patients. She makes necessary adjustments as needed and shows great compassion during emotional moments. I always felt she cared about every encounter. Many health-care providers focus only on treatment and overlook the mental impact, but Dr. Weitzman provides compassionate, comprehensive care.

During the two years I worked with her, she was never there for me; nurses or on-call doctors always substituted. For two major procedures, she was either on vacation or unavailable, so a random covering doctor performed them. I gave her 1 star because she carelessly prescribed 20 days of strong antibiotics when I needed only 3. My body began reacting, and after repeated calls and emails for help, a nurse immediately told me to stop. The clinic explained the error by saying, “We now have a new prescription protocol.” IVF is neither inexpensive nor enjoyable. Choose a doctor who genuinely cares about patients. Dr. Weitzman is not that person.

Dr. Weitzman is kind, but the number of errors her office made is outrageous. IVF Florida is extremely disorganized; the staff are inconsistent and often unfriendly. They could not find my laboratory work because it was lost, gave incorrect dates several times, and ordered unnecessary blood tests that could have been combined. Many months were wasted. A year later, with no real diagnosis, I am working with another clinic.
