I contacted Melinda at the front desk several times to schedule my parents, but repeatedly encountered obstacles. First, I was told I could not schedule until my parents completed PRC screening after recent travel. We resolved that. Second, I was told all complete medical records were required before scheduling. That was incorrect. Third, I was told we had to prove that the country we were visiting required the vaccine. We resolved this by printing CDC information. Ultimately, they still did not schedule because my parents had received checkups at another facility earlier that year. This business is a joke, denying access to healthcare for invalid reasons.

A complete waste of time. Even when you arrive punctually, expect to wait at least an hour. No visit has taken less than one hour and 15 minutes, even just collecting a prescription or laboratory order. They arrange lab work but do not call with the results. Seriously consider another clinic. Get it together!

Terrible place. Be careful: the doctor may tell you that only CUC can help with a minor issue without even examining you in person, then permanently ban you for no reason.
