Anthony Imudia, M.D., memperoleh gelar kedokteran dari Universidad Latina de Panamá dan menyelesaikan residensi OB/GYN di Wayne State University School of Medicine di Detroit, Michigan. Ia kemudian menyelesaikan fellowship endokrinologi reproduksi dan infertilitas selama tiga tahun di Harvard Medical School di Boston, Massachusetts, tempat ia juga menjadi pengajar obstetri, ginekologi, dan biologi reproduksi.

Dr. Imudia bergabung dengan USF Morsani College of Medicine pada 2013. Ia menjabat sebagai Direktur Operasi Klinis USF-IVF dari 2015 hingga 2017 dan saat ini menjadi Direktur Divisi serta Direktur Fellowship Endokrinologi Reproduksi dan Infertilitas di USF Morsani College of Medicine.

If you are a woman over 40, I do not recommend Dr. Celso Silva. Both of our IVF egg retrievals with him failed, and aside from the results, his treatment plans and feedback were generic at best. Since changing clinics, we have learned about various techniques and adjunct medications that might have improved our past outcomes and hopefully will help in the future. It is far too expensive to feel that your doctor does not have your best interests at heart. We were also denied a female doctor at the clinic after feeling that Dr. Silva might not be the right fit for us. The front desk and nursing staff were excellent.

I still have a long journey ahead, but so far it has been a pleasure working with Dr. Silva and my patient care coordinator, Raffaella. Raffaella makes sure to stay in touch, informs me of upcoming appointments, and lets me know as soon as results and next steps are available. I am glad I switched to Shady Grove because at my previous clinic I always had to call for updates, and they were consistently slow to respond.

Back again after two years. Dennelle E. is amazing! I was fortunate to have her in the lab, and she made my visit easy, friendly, and relaxed. She is a genuinely good person. I hope she always keeps that spirit because it helped me tremendously! The women at the front desk are wonderful. The staff here are always helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am glad this is my office.

I spoke with Ann in the finance department, and she clearly explained the treatment costs and answered all my questions. At my first visit I also met Dr. Imudia, who reassured me that despite my “unexplained infertility,” treatment was possible and he would be with us throughout the process. I am excited to continue our journey to grow our family, and I believe the SGF team can help us achieve that goal!

Extremely satisfied with this facility, they gave us our now 1 year old daughter (after 2 failed attempts in another center and 1 failed attempt here) and now my wife is pregnant with our to be second baby. It was a challenging case and Dr Sprague was confident and supportive throughout the process. Forever grateful to the whole team to make this happen and have such a great positive impact in our life. My experience at Shady Grove was better than I ever thought it could be. Dr. Silva made me feel comfortable from the very beginning & answered every question I had before I even asked. All the staff; the medical technicians, the nurses, the doctors; they were all very supportive and compassionate throughout my journey. I am just over 9 weeks pregnant now! I highly recommend Shady Grove.

I visited both the Tampa and St. Petersburg clinics, and both were wonderful! I had my procedure at SGF Tampa, and Melissa, Julie, Maria, Dr. Sprague, Katie, and Diana made me feel very comfortable and well cared for throughout the process!

Part#2 We were planning on going to a completely different office, which was an hour away (St. Pete or Wesley Chapel) with different people/ same company. But the doctor of the office that we originally went to ( Dr. Plosker) was so distraught, that he wanted to make sure that we would be unable to see anyone at their practice ever again. I took a deep breath and sighed, while I was on the phone with Dr. Klokker. I explained to him and reminded him of the incident day (transfer day), very vividly in detail of what took place. I explained to him how my embryologist initially failed me by not following their own protocols. How the original plan was altered and sent me on an emotional roller coaster with tons of questions that were never answered by staff or him. How the embryologist failed to show me how she was able to thaw an embryo in 30 minutes after she told me it was impossible and then had the audacity to be upset with me, because I made a review. I explained to him (Dr. Plosker) that his office has many counterparts and that working together is essential. This is the way I addressed his insinuation of me being a liar. I thought to myself he wasn’t even in the procedure room or in the office that day. I was his patient with a concern. He never followed up or addressed my concerns, but only called me a liar. Heartbreaking. Now we are being punished and not allowed to go to any office anywhere with Shady Grove Fertility. He worked together with their offices to silence my voice, my questions and concerns as though it never happened. Today, for us, there is no accountability at Shady Grove. They may not hear your complaints, depending on what they are. If any problems arise, it just might be swept under the rug. If any mistakes are made, they might be covered up. If you complain, you might become the villain. I pray that whoever goes to this company is aware of the Brandon office. It’s sad we had to find this out the hard way in our journey. Blessings and baby dust to all trying to conceive. This is already a hard journey. Praying and wishing all the best.

Words cannot express how positive my experience was working with Ann, a financial counselor at Shady Grove. Managing the financial aspects of fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and stressful, but from the beginning she made the entire process clear and manageable. Ann took the time to explain every detail and patiently answered all my questions, no matter how minor. We had success at Shady Grove several years ago and have now returned. Nelida is an excellent financial counselor—kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. When she discovered an insurance problem, she was determined to solve it that day and spent nearly the entire afternoon resolving everything. I am very grateful. My nurse DeNita has been gentle, thoughtful, and attentive to my treatment, making her wonderful to work with. Dr. Silva is excellent: experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and positive.

I began my IVF journey in 2001. Although my previous fertility clinic experience was fairly good, coming to Shady Grove felt like a complete turnaround. From the moment you enter, you receive a warm welcome. Ana, Kayla, and Alta at the front desk are always friendly and happy to answer questions. The phlebotomy team is excellent. Denelle's positivity, efficiency, and warm smile brighten the process. The ultrasound technician was equally wonderful—I have forgotten whether her name was Lindsey or Leslie—and made every visit smooth and reassuring. The doctors are compassionate and attentive, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silva. He was wonderful throughout and made me feel carefully supported at every step. My IVF nurse, Samantha, was also a lifesaver, and her ongoing communication and support benefited me tremendously. Although my previous clinic experience was acceptable, starting again at Shady Grove brought me the comfort and calm I needed. If you are considering beginning IVF or simply want a fresh start, this clinic will not disappoint. I have been coming here for a little over 3years shady grove is family! I find joy walking through those double doors to see Ana, Alta, and Kayla! They are the best front desk receptionist hands down. They should get a raise! No seriously like a rause or some recognition They always are smiling and joyful and easy to communicate with. I wish they had twins that worked at other facilities that would be amazing to have them at all my appointments. I also love how courteous the MA team is Ingrid , kat, Terri, Auri and Dennelle and others are quick and painless they should all get a raise too! They really know me especially Terri and Ingrid my likes and dislikes.and that speaks volumes My sonographer Leslie is smart knowledgeable and has a smile to light any room .she's definitely the best I love my Dr. doctor silva he's kind he wants to make sure this transfer is successfully completed and we go all the way to having a successful transfer and live birth. My husband and I chose SGF, and we are very satisfied. Dr. Silva is amazing. She is knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and compassionate. The entire team is very kind. I recommend them 100%, and if we decide to have another child, we will definitely return! Our only complaint is that we did not like the “team care” model. Communication was sometimes poor, and we had to call several times to reach someone. We would have preferred to have one assigned nurse. Overall, we had an excellent experience! Thank you, SGF!

When I ask about balances and billing details, she explains them thoroughly and helps me make sense of everything. It took me a long time to write this review because I needed time to reflect on how poorly this clinic managed my care. I contacted Dr. Sprague in March 2024 for an April consultation. A week before the appointment, the office called to reschedule and said, ‘We are not sure how you were booked that day, but it is not a day we see patients.’ My appointment was moved to May. The doctor was kind, I brought all my gynecologic test results, we discussed a plan, and testing/procedures began the next month. Before I reached the nursing team, Ashley, whom I recall was a secretary, handled my scheduling. Every month brought miscommunication or errors. When I called to arrange the next step, Ashley said some labs were missing. I explained that the office had drawn a great deal of blood and that Shady Grove had ordered the tests, but she said their office did not perform the xyz tests. Every month, either my husband or I was missing a step that clear communication and correct instructions could easily have prevented. By October, everything was finally ready to begin IUI. They had ordered and shipped my medication. When it was time to proceed, I called again and learned that my thyroid labs, despite my being on medication, had not been rechecked since May. We spent November, December, and January managing my thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) instead of continuing treatment. I was furious; the level of care was nonexistent. In your 30s, time is critical. This clinic wasted 10 valuable months mishandling medical orders. I do not know whether Ashley was incompetent or the whole system failed, but this team did not make an already stressful process easier. After two failed IUIs, we received no explanation and were told to try two more—as uninsured patients. I discussed the laboratory errors, major delays, and my frustration with the care team. They showed no compassion, making it seem routine. I hope the clinic changes how it operates and cares for patients. We switched providers and are doing much better. People living through infertility deserve better than being treated as a number, especially at such high cost. Our experience was troubled from the start and ended with no progress, no real answers, and more than 10 precious months wasted.

This journey was not easy, but I am deeply grateful for the team's efforts! After discovering that my first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy, I transferred to the care of Dr. Silva and his wonderful nurse Samantha. Their care was absolutely first-rate! My previous experience with other teams did not come close to the compassion, help, and information they provided. Samantha made me feel that I was not alone and that no question was unwelcome. Susie was also wonderful. From day one, she performed all my scans with a gentle, caring manner. I highly recommend this team.

I successfully completed two egg-freezing cycles and felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Dr. Plosker is wonderful! He is calm, knowledgeable, and approachable. He patiently guided me through the entire process, helping me feel confident and secure in my decisions. His nurse Nicole was equally outstanding. She patiently answered all my questions and responded quickly, making an otherwise overwhelming process much easier. On procedure day, I was surrounded by an excellent team who made me feel completely at ease. Many thanks to Katie (preoperative/postoperative), John (anesthesiologist), Olivia (operating room), Melissa (operating room), Chrissy (supervisor), and Ana (secretary). Everyone was professional, attentive, and positive, creating a very encouraging atmosphere. Dr. Sarkar was also outstanding during the procedure, and I felt very safe in her care. Special thanks as well to Ana at the front desk, who was always so welcoming. Her kindness set the tone from the moment you entered. If you are considering fertility preservation, this is the team you want. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Shady Grove for their compassion, professionalism, and humanity. Danielle is amazing! She is very kind, has an infectious personality, and most importantly is an expert at finding veins. My veins are small and sometimes difficult to access. In the end, we found out why it's called "Shady" grove!. I give it two stars only because they have some great support staff, however, overall the feeling we ended up with was we were a number and we needed to fit into their program and protocols, we were never looked at as an individual case. When we started asking a lot of questions agree some attempts, we got the cold shoulder. Asked to switch doctors and get a 2nd opinion in their office. They had 2 very different approaches and didn't agree with things that were being done. When we decided to switch somewhere else, they gave us an unbelievably hard time receiving our records and eventually tried everything to block our embryo storage move. We were successful on 1st attempt elsewhere, with not as an aggressive protocol. Additionally, pay very close attention to their billing, they continually overcharged, even when asking for a review. Almost a year after leaving, we received back about 5k in overcharged. SHADY Grove

I am preparing for my first egg retrieval and transfer! My experience at the Tampa office has been excellent. I was so excited to see the doctor today at my stimulation day 9 follow-up. Dr. Torrealday is the best doctor I have ever worked with! My oncologist referred me to SGF because I needed chemotherapy and wanted to try freezing my eggs beforehand due to the possible loss of fertility. The clinic staff were incredibly thoughtful. They scheduled me for the next morning, and everyone worked late that day to set up my account and prepare me to begin injections the following day. I needed retrieval quickly, so Dr. Torrealday used a random-start protocol that does not depend on the menstrual cycle and takes only 10–14 days. It is no exaggeration to say that the entire clinic went above and beyond. Every department worked tirelessly to help me, calling repeatedly, dealing with insurance, ordering medication, and more. I have never encountered a medical team as caring and dedicated as Shady Grove. Dr. Torrealday is a treasure in medicine. She is the kindest and most thoughtful doctor, and words cannot express my gratitude. She personally called almost every day to check on me, which I had never experienced. One Saturday, a nurse called with an update that worried me. Dr. Torrealday then called me from her personal phone on her evening off, even though she was not on call, to check on me, explain everything, and reassure me. I never imagined a doctor would offer this level of care or call on a day off simply because she heard I was upset. Anyone who comes here will have an excellent experience. They are truly thoughtful and care deeply about patients. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. Dr. Torrealday can change your life for the better. She retrieved far more eggs than I expected, accurately adjusted my medication dose each day, and timed the retrieval perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. Torrealday and team!

If negative online reviews have made you anxious about an hysterosalpingogram (HSG), please read my review. I felt the same way and was so anxious that I was afraid to go to the clinic, but my experience at SGF today was excellent. I do not want to dismiss anyone else's experience, because every person and situation is different. Still, when you see many negative reviews, it is important to hear a positive one too. My team was wonderful. They explained and guided me through each step and continually asked whether I had questions. After the speculum and catheter were inserted and the fluid was injected, I did not even realize the procedure had begun. I felt only mild cramping, and the whole process was honestly very easy. My saline ultrasound and follicle count were equally easy—thank you, Leslie! I had no blockage, which may be one reason my discomfort was minimal. Overall, I felt fully cared for and supported throughout. Special thanks to Diana, Quiara, and Cortney! You made me feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed!

I am here solely to sincerely thank your phlebotomist, Danielle. She is absolutely outstanding. Not only is she highly skilled in her profession, but she is also incredibly kind, leaving a deep impression on me. First, due to scar tissue, the main vein in my right arm is very painful for venipuncture, but she successfully found an alternative vein in the same arm, getting it right on the first try without any pain or complications. Later that week, she again successfully located a vein in my left arm, again without any complications or pain (no one has been able to do that since I was in ninth grade). She gave me a lot of advice, and I feel truly honored to be her patient during such a sensitive time. She is a valuable asset to your clinic, and we sincerely wish her all the best! I had a saline infusion sonohysterogram today, and the entire team at Shady Grove was amazing!! I went to another fertility clinic a few years ago, and that experience was absolutely terrible! The hysterosalpingogram in particular was painful and uncomfortable! Because of that previous experience, I was very nervous about today's saline infusion sonohysterogram, but Dr. Matry K and Adena immediately put me at ease! They listened carefully to my concerns and reassured me throughout the process. They explained every step one by one and kept communicating with me the whole time! The entire procedure was not painful at all, and I am so grateful! I have been impressed with Shady Grove since my very first visit. Hello, I am sorry to do this, but I really do not recommend this clinic. I originally booked a consultation for October 2024 to get some information. The doctor ended up being 4-5 minutes late, and since I had woken up early for a 7 AM appointment, I reluctantly left. After that, I completely forgot about the clinic until recently. I thought that since it is now 2026, maybe it was just a one-time incident, so I decided to give them another chance and went to the clinic in person to make another appointment. They said it was no problem and arranged it for me. Then, a few days later, around 4 PM, I had neither received a confirmation email for the appointment nor any reminders. I checked the online application, and there was nothing there either. The woman on the phone even said she would send an email for me to fill out new insurance information, so I started to get a bit worried and sent them an email—but got no response, so I left a voicemail as well. A few days later, I received a call saying the doctor had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, and I could do a telehealth appointment on Sunday at 9 AM. I thought, okay, why not? It was 4 days earlier than my original appointment, and maybe their system had been updated. However, up until the day of the appointment, I still had no reminders, and only received a login notification on the day itself—now, let me talk about the actual appointment. The doctor was very cold, did not provide me with all the information I wanted, and seemed eager to end the call quickly. On top of that, he said he would send me some information about sperm banks and arrange some lab tests, etc. To this day, I still have not received any emails, texts, or calls from them, nor has anyone explained what happened. As a result, my bank sent me a bill for $150, and nothing else. I have been waiting for any communication from them, but there has been nothing, and I am very disappointed with their service.

We wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove. From explaining their processes, procedures, and expectations in advance and connecting us with our assigned patient coordinator to our first appointment with Dr. Imudia, we knew we were in good hands. Seven years ago, we thought we would be able to grow our family, but it never happened. We did not seriously investigate the issue until the past year and a half, when we knew we would regret not trying. My obstetric evaluation was normal, and as a first step, Dr. Imudia recommended a urologist to work closely with my husband. The urologist prescribed the right medications to enable my husband to produce sperm. After 9 months of medication—a combination of HCG, Clomid, and an estrogen blocker—we were fortunate to receive a positive pregnancy test, and we are now expecting our son in November! Jessica Poole was our patient coordinator and contacted us monthly. She helped answer every question along the way and, most importantly, respected our decision to postpone further testing for me until we had more answers about my husband. We are deeply grateful to both of them and especially to Dr. Imudia for putting us on the right path and recommending an excellent urologist for my husband. None of this would have been possible without his help. Our only regret is not going to Shady Grove sooner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Shady Grove Fertility. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and they are flexible with scheduling, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful process. The team at the Wesley Chapel location is especially wonderful. Stephanie at the front desk greets patients with such a positive attitude, and Olga is by far the best blood draw tech I’ve encountered, she makes the process quick and comfortable. Christine, the APRN, is both efficient and extremely knowledgeable, and Dr. Imudia is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to recognize Penny, who was the most thorough nurse I worked with when it came to reviewing lab results and outlining next steps. The only feedback I would share is that it would be helpful if the team took a little more time to explain the why behind each step of the treatment plan. For those new to IVF, understanding the reasoning behind decisions can make the journey feel less overwhelming. Overall, I would highly recommend SGF to anyone considering fertility treatment. Keep all your receipts. They may charge you incorrectly, misallocate your payment, and then send a bill for something you already paid. Even with receipts, resolving the issue can take months. You will be passed around without a resolution, adding unnecessary stress while you are undergoing IVF. The financial problems made the process ten times harder than it should have been—not because we had difficulty paying, but because we paid for every service before treatment began after they repeatedly pressured us to pay, and then they acted as though the bill was valid despite having demanded advance payment.

They told us by phone that they accepted my wife’s insurance, and we submitted all the documents. When we arrived for the appointment, however, we were told they did not accept it. We drove an hour and took a day off work. We had finally begun to feel hopeful about meeting a professional and creating a fertility plan, only to leave disappointed. My wife was devastated. I was also very disappointed that they had not communicated this in advance.

Update: My wife became pregnant with twins after 4 intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, and we are incredibly grateful to them for helping us fulfill this dream. Because we knew we could trust Shady Grove for fertility treatment, we decided to choose them again as we tried for our third baby. This experience was much better than before. Over the past 2-3 months, I had multiple appointments with them and was very satisfied each time. I visited both this clinic and the Tampa location several times, and everyone was very kind, considerate, and responsive. The entire process went very smoothly. I do not understand why the experiences were so different, but I appreciate their improvement and am grateful to have had such a positive experience. Original review: I have never had such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this fertility clinic to anyone. My wife and I had been regular patients here for about 6 months, and they made many costly mistakes. The first time, we tried repeatedly to contact them to arrange everything for that month as soon as possible—please note that timing was critical—but received no response. On the fifth attempt, we refused to hang up until we could speak with a nurse. Once we reached someone, they told us we had missed our opportunity and would have to wait another month. They took no responsibility and showed no compassion for our situation. This was entirely their fault. It would not have happened if they had contacted us to schedule everything. Fortunately, the doctor made an exception and allowed us to proceed. However, because of a hurricane, we ultimately could not attend our appointment on time. We understand that this was not their fault, but the earlier situation should never have happened. We therefore had to wait again, and when it was time to schedule, we called them once more. It is worth noting that they promised to contact us the following month to prevent the same problem, but they never kept that promise. Time and again, we were misled by empty promises. This time, they told us they had discovered that a required genetic test had never been completed. Keep in mind that we had already completed one IUI cycle and were supposed to begin a second. In other words, without this test, we could potentially have become pregnant twice with no issue. We had now reached the critical point in the month when the test had to be completed, but they refused to schedule any other procedures until it was done. Of course, we scheduled the test immediately, but because of their mistake, we now had to miss another IUI cycle. This was their responsibility, not ours, yet we had to go through the same distress and another delay in the process. It was deeply unfair to us, and being let down again was extremely upsetting. Preparing for pregnancy at a fertility clinic should be an exciting experience for a couple. We feel they completely ruined this part of our journey. We simply wanted to feel confident that they would fulfill their responsibilities to us and hoped they could show that this was not a widespread problem.

As a first-time patient, I was very nervous at the start of my journey, but the entire team has been extremely helpful and understanding about my family-building situation. Jessica Poole is amazing. She always keeps me updated on our progress, appointments, bloodwork, ultrasounds, and everything else. She has such a wonderful spirit; her care and demeanor put you at ease during an already difficult journey. Dr. Imudia is a great doctor. From the first meeting, you can tell that he is there to listen and make sure your needs are met. We still have a long way to go before having our first baby, but I am grateful to be in Dr. Imudia's care. He communicates clearly, is intelligent, and is straightforward about the process. No lies or guesswork, just factual information and treatment. He gathers all the information he can to help you on your journey, and you can see the passion in his eyes when he discusses the IVF process. If I had known how comfortable they would make my husband and me feel about the process, I would have started sooner, lol, but I am still grateful to be on our journey now. Dr. Sprague and the entire SGF team changed our lives. Throughout our struggle with infertility, Dr. Sprague never gave up on us. The CONSTANT turnover of providers (hint: they are not happy here), the exhausting nonsense of trying to schedule an appointment with people of widely varying competence and language skills, and the long waits make it impossible to stay with USF even though I've seen some form of primary care provider here since college. I have already moved all of my specialist care to Advent or BayCare. USF is in the dictionary under incompetence.

My boyfriend’s appointment time was changed on the morning of the appointment, which was infuriating. He works and could not arrive 40 minutes earlier than the new time. Every time we call, no one answers, and no one goes directly to the clinic. We waited two months for this appointment. Now they say they can reschedule it for January 2026. Are you kidding? You changed his appointment time and will only reschedule for next year?

The Dr’s and nurses here have very unprofessional conduct, are severely deficient in expertise, and are detrimentally unqualified and unskilled in their field of practice . This problem is across the board within and this is a BREACH OF DUTY! This standard of care is undoubtedly leading to measurable losses, including prolonged suffering, increased medical expenses, and a loss of quality of life! This is one of the MANY problems within USF/TGH along with inaccurate charting/dictation, falsifying medical records and billing, inaccurate diagnosis or misdiagnosis, and not only inaccurate but misleading, along with adding harmful, false information in patient's medical chart, which creates a dangerous "chain of misinformation" that directly prevents them from receiving proper adequate care in the future. This is beyond harmful and it is done far too often. This is not only illegal, but extremely detrimental to the patient and the patients care!

The doctors have been wonderful every time I have received care here. I have visited since childhood, when there was only one building, and I have remained healthy. I was impressed by how much the facility expanded after 1999. The doctors, nurses, and residents across all specialties are excellent.

My husband had an 8:00 a.m. appointment. At 9:30, I asked why the color on the wall chart had not changed. They said the first patient had caused a delay and that it would be 11:00. At almost 11:00, someone finally told me it would be 12:30. I was angry and frustrated because my husband was in severe back pain and had been left lying in bed for 4 hours. Around 1:30 p.m., I again asked why the wall chart had not changed, and another nurse finally spoke with me. I said I did not understand why the chart remained unchanged, and they told me he had just gone into surgery. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and did not leave until 6:00 p.m., followed by an hour-and-a-half drive home. The experience was terrible. I now truly sympathize with people who are forgotten or overlooked. Medical care must improve and do better.

USF Health wants to make it difficult to receive thorough and comprehensive health care. If you ask USF to share the details of you healthcare visit with another external provide that's also treating you, they tell you to fill out a lengthy and tedious form with a whole list of information. It involves taking pictures of your drivers license, texting back and forth with their automated records system, and providing medical fax numbers of where you want the info sent. And, they want this done every time you want anything sent to an external provider. I'm also a patient at Moffitt and each and every time I get treated at USF and want copies sent over to Moffitt so that they are kept up to date, I have to go through this tedious, time consuming process. It's unfair and not at all helpful. It's as if USF wants to make difficult so that maybe you'll give up and no longer ask for them to share the vital information with other healthcare providers.

I had several good experiences before, but today, after booking through the scheduling system, an administrator called with a very poor attitude and said I should not have scheduled with that doctor because he is not accepting patients. When I asked a question, she hung up on me. If his profile shows availability, that is your error, not mine. Please do not treat people harshly, especially when they are not at fault. However, I still sincerely recommend their ENT department because it is excellent.

Arrive 15 minutes early and they will see you at your scheduled time. It is wonderful not to spend hours waiting at the clinic. I have seen several doctors there, and every team has been very respectful of patients' needs. The building is well laid out, making each department easy to reach. The only drawback is that parking can sometimes be difficult to find. I am honored to have Dr. Kevin O'Brien as my primary care physician.

I came here for several years, but I have finally given up. Even if you arrive on time, they take more than 30 minutes to see you, and you may be there for an hour and a half because a resident has to examine you or something. Once I was 15 minutes late and they refused to see me. Ridiculous! That was only one small reason I finally gave up. I had only gone in for a prescription refill because they insisted on it. The doctors are generally good, but the system is terrible. Before you can speak to anyone on the phone, you have to deal with an awful AI system. Overall, this much hassle is not worth it for routine care. I may return for specialty care someday, but for now I am switching to Baycare.

Sadly, after more than 30 years at USF, I have begun replacing my doctors and moving to other healthcare systems. USF overbooks appointments, moves patients through like cattle as quickly as possible, and ignores messages in medical records without responding. Apart from two excellent doctors whom I greatly value and plan to continue seeing until they leave USF, I will seek specialty care elsewhere. How overbooked is USF? Even a patient of 30 years is told that an appointment with a specialist requires an 8-month to 1-year wait. How can management fail to recognize the severity of this problem and take corrective action? It is sad to see something good come to an end, but everyone eventually reaches a limit.

Terrible service! After my sister-in-law's colonoscopy, her blood pressure was 190. I knew she should wait 20–30 minutes before taking her medication. When that time passed, I asked for it, but they refused. Her pressure rose to 209, then 218, and they still wanted to check twice more to see whether it would fall. She takes blood pressure medication daily and needed it to lower her pressure. I had to make a scene before they finally gave it to her, and every doctor seemed helpless. The nurses' attitudes were also extremely poor!

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to this outstanding doctor. IVF is a difficult journey, but Dr. Imudia's impeccable clinical manner helped my wife navigate it with confidence. He tailored treatment to our specific needs and used a strong evidence-based background to address the unique aspects of our journey thoughtfully and creatively, allowing us to approach treatment as a true team. The outcome makes me grateful for every day of my life. We have two wonderful children, and honestly, I do not know whether we would be at this stage without Dr. Imudia. This review comes more than a year after our second child's birth, but I hope it conveys the enormous impact this doctor and his clinic had on us. After a stressful week, I happened to reflect on everything we have. Words cannot express our gratitude. Rachel Stephens (currently 17 weeks pregnant) I struggled with infertility for years and had a long history of irregular cycles! I previously worked with different healthcare professionals, but they provided no help. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, and throughout the journey I became frustrated and hopeless. Things changed dramatically after I left Louisiana and moved to Sebring, Florida, in July 2021.
