I received exceptional care throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I am a planner who pays close attention to detail, and honestly, I am also prone to anxiety. Everyone at the clinic was warm and friendly and took excellent care of me at every step. Even when I developed complications, Dr. Kaufmann personally cared for me after hours to make sure I was all right! I highly recommend this clinic and hope we will be able to welcome more babies in the near future.

The staff communicate extremely poorly and refused to obtain prior authorization for my medication, causing me to spend $900 on medication alone. I spoke with the office manager, who made excuses for the staff’s conduct but admitted that this happens often. If possible, see Dr. Gada in Southlake. It is much less stressful there, and because they obtain prior authorization, I paid only $60 for the medication.

Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother wasting money here. Incompetence and lack of accountability all around; starting with Gladys. During our first visit, my wife was supposed to be prescribed particular medication for follicle growth (Letrozole) but due to a “clerical error”, the medical was not prescribed. My wife contacted Gladys who doubled down and insisted she had prescribed the medication and that my wife was wrong. My wife works in a hospital setting and routinely sees prescription orders, she would know if the medication had been on the order and IT WAS NOT. So the first procedure was a waste of time and money. Onto the second procedure, when asks why the necessary medication never made it to my wife’s hands, Gladys shifts blame to one of the clerks who worked the front reception desk, now saying the first order “wasn’t filled on time” which is why my wife didn’t have the medication she needed the during the first procedure. Again, no order for the medication was EVER even prescribed. Even after admitting this screwup, no compensation was offered. For the second procedure, my wife was prescribed 3X the dosage of the medication she was supposed to take the first time around, reason being: the medication didn’t have the desired effect the first go. Yet again we informed the doctor’s office that she WAS NOT prescribed the medication the first time. In one ear and out the other, didn’t bother listening to a word. After the second procedure was completed, we were advised we’d receive a phone call if it was good news, and an email if it was bad news. We didn’t receive either the day we were supposed to hear back, so my wife had to call them only to be lied to yet again and told that the office tried to call twice and the results were negative. No voicemail left or email sent. After deciding to go another route, we asked for all copies of medical records which we were told had to be picked up in person as they could not securely email them. We were told the office would call us when they were ready to be picked up, usually within 15 days. After a week, my wife calls and is told the copies were ready and had been for a few days…more lack of communication on their end. Go to pick up the copies and, of course, information on the first procedure is missing. I called Dr. Kaufman who informed me he would speak with the records department first thing in the morning. After a few days, the information on the first procedure was emailed to my wife and, upon reading over it, they stated not only was my wife prescribed the missing medication during the first procedure, but that she took it and it showed no effect. In closing, I hope this review helps someone avoid the stress and anxiety this endeavor put us through. I can understand errors and mistakes occurring in any medical field but to be lied to over and over again with no responsibility taken and blame passed around is unacceptable.

Please find another clinic that may genuinely help identify the root cause of your infertility. I suggest learning about natural procreative technology (NaPro). I do not recommend this clinic.

This clinic is amazing and helped us achieve our dream of having a baby. Dr. Kaufmann is knowledgeable and kind. Our nurse, Megan Hemraj, was outstanding and provided exceptionally attentive care throughout the process. We still keep in touch with her today; she is truly kindhearted! I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Kaufmann and his team. From our first visit, Dr. Kaufmann made us feel heard and cared for. He is highly skilled and kind—patient, attentive, and thorough. He took time to explain every detail clearly, putting us at ease. His calm and caring manner made a crucial difference throughout IVF. My nurses, Ivy and Megan, were equally excellent. Megan took time to truly get to know us, regularly checked in, and always responded quickly to my questions. Throughout the process, I felt supported, well informed, and genuinely cared for.

My interaction with Leesa was poor. She was confused by every question I asked and had no clear answers. Not recommended.

IVF nurse Ivy is wonderful. She explains everything very clearly. She helps people understand this wild roller-coaster journey and remain calm.

Ivy, Dr. Kaufman, and Dr. Patel are the kindest people! They were very helpful throughout our IVF process.

It worked! My warmest regards to Miss Ruth. We began from zero and were in treatment for nearly 5 years. Dr. Kaufman gave us all the necessary information, starting with tubal ligation, then 2 inseminations, and finally IVF. They gave us a 5% chance. Dr. Kaufman told us this, but we still had hope. Everyone was always very kind, especially Miss Ruth. I trust you 100% and would recommend this place. Thank you, Dr. Kaufman, and thank you, Miss Ruth.

It was a pleasure working with Megan Hemraj. I looked forward to seeing her at every appointment. She took her time with me and always answered all my questions!

Gladys gave us so much help and information whenever we had questions. This journey is difficult enough, but having patient, empathetic staff who make you feel seen and heard makes a tremendous difference. Dr. Patel has an excellent bedside manner and helped us feel confident about the protocol for each cycle. Words cannot express our gratitude to this team. ❤️

I could not have chosen a better facility or office. They truly understand the desire to become a parent. They understand the tears, joy, sadness, and fear from the beginning to the end of the journey. I received excellent care and monitoring. Dr. Kaufmann and Dr. Patel both made the journey as smooth as possible. This is not an office where staff simply complete the work and send you away. Every team member shows that they love their work and are genuinely happy about each milestone you reach! Both doctors are also excellent with husbands, and my husband enjoyed attending every appointment. I have only wonderful things to say. This is truly an excellent office.

Dr. Kaufmann did an excellent job, but the office staff, including the IUI coordinator, did not. Worst of all, teamwork there is poor.

Fort Worth Fertility helps with more than fertility. Their expertise led to a diagnosis that improved my quality of life! The staff are very friendly, and appointments are easy to schedule. Thank you to everyone at FWF for making a positive difference during an uncertain time. The person who drew my blood treated it like an art. He is highly skilled, which makes a difference when you need many blood draws. The anesthetist also provided much-needed humor, expertise, and professional care. Everyone was wonderful, but I wanted to recognize these two because many reviews do not mention them, although their skills are essential to the many ways FWF makes a difference. :)
