Honestly, I always felt that getting pregnant would be very difficult for me. Four years ago, I underwent major surgery for severe stage four endometriosis. And because I am older (born in 1984), my body had been through a lot, and having a child felt like an impossible dream. Before coming here, I tried IVF at a well-known clinic in Newport Beach. They retrieved 17 eggs, but only one reached Day five, and it failed preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A). After that painful failure, they simply blamed my age and told me to find an egg donor. At the time, I was also suffering from ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), with my abdomen swollen like a mountain. I was heartbroken and nearly gave up, but I decided to focus on improving my health first. For three months, I took Korean herbal medicine, vitamins such as coenzyme Q10, and exercised regularly. Around that time, a traditional Korean medicine clinic, Cosmetic Acupuncture Clinic in Fullerton, recommended LIFE to me, which is how I found this amazing place. My first IVF cycle used a lot of medication but produced only one Day-five embryo. So when Dr. Frank said, “What matters is embryo quality, not quantity,” his words truly resonated with me. I decided to give it one more try in the United States. Dr. Frank asked how many children I wanted, and I said, “Two.” He confidently told me that two cycles would be enough. Honestly, because of my first failed experience, I did not believe him at first. When we began our first cycle here, I used only about one-third of my previous medication dose, or even less. I was very worried and wondered, “Can embryos still develop with so little medication?” To my surprise, we got 15 embryos, and 7 of them reached Day five and could undergo PGT-A! I could not believe that so many embryos had survived with so little medication. I was shocked and overjoyed. I did not take a break and went straight into a second egg retrieval. People usually say to rest for a month, but because of my work schedule, I continued. Fortunately, the second retrieval also produced wonderful results. In the end, three embryos passed PGT-A: one boy and two girls. Before the embryo transfer, many tests and treatments were required, including hysteroscopy and an endometrial receptivity analysis (ERA). At first, I felt a little frustrated and did not understand why they wanted me to do so much. But because the retrieval results had been so good, I trusted them and completed every step. We proceeded with the embryo transfer. And guess what? I am now 10 weeks pregnant, and this was our very first transfer! This truly proves that quality matters more than quantity. Another clinic had advised me to give up and use donor eggs, but LIFE Clinic used my husband's and my DNA to help us have a precious baby. It still feels like a wonderful dream. Finally, I must give special thanks to the outstanding staff at LIFE Clinic. They were always so kind and gave me so much positive energy. They made me feel, “If I try here, I really can get pregnant.” My heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff, Dr. Frank, and Dr. Jackson for creating this miracle! Thank you so much, LIFE team!

My wife and I recently moved from Northern California, where our previous fertility clinic was located. We completed an embryo transfer there but needed a clinic for confirmatory blood tests and ultrasounds. A friend who is an ultrasound technician and has worked with this clinic recommended Life IVF Center. Because it was separate from our previous fertility clinic, we had to pay out of pocket, and Life offered by far the best rates. If your situation is similar, I think this is a good option. I was somewhat concerned about the experience because they seem to operate at high volume. Our Northern California clinic was more boutique, with no waits, but I believe this is one reason Life can keep its fees relatively low.

A friend introduced us to Life IVF; her son was born with Dr. Yelian's help. The center can be busy, and we sometimes saw a nurse instead of a doctor, but their results were excellent. The cost was only half of what we paid at another IVF center in Encino. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here.

Very good experience

Life IVF is more than a clinic; it feels like a family, and everyone who helped us through this journey was amazing! Dr. Yelian is highly knowledgeable and personally supported us from our initial low point through our eventual success. They genuinely cared about us and made sure we moved forward together. I strongly recommend this clinic. Although even excellent physicians have limits, the clinic's environment and research offer a strong chance of success. They adjust treatment according to your body's response rather than relying on aggressive medication. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I had a very good experience at this clinic. We encountered some difficulties during our multiple cycles, but the staff were always very helpful, the doctors were knowledgeable, and we ultimately achieved a positive outcome. I strongly recommend attending at least one of their events, where they offer brief presentations and answer questions.

Words cannot express how deeply disappointing my experience at this clinic was. Because this was only my first visit, I cannot assess the clinical or medical care, but I encountered a lack of guidance, dismissive communication, and poor coordination. This was the worst clinic experience I have ever had. Today, I waited from 10:00 a.m. until 3:20 p.m. Despite having an appointment, I never saw the doctor. They first said the doctor was available, then said, “Sorry, he has not returned yet.” This disregard for clients and patients is unacceptable.

I have been receiving treatment at Life IVF Center for over a year, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. During this time, I was on ovulation-stimulation medication for extended periods, despite known potential risks with long-term use. Even after lengthy treatment, I often felt my monitoring and care were not properly managed. During my most recent cycle, I clearly told the nurse that I believed I had already ovulated. I had typical ovulation symptoms, tracked my basal body temperature, and confirmed it with a home ovulation test. However, they told me their results showed no ovulation. During egg retrieval, the follicle was actually found to be a cyst. This was extremely upsetting and felt like a major monitoring oversight. In a previous cycle, I also took medication for an extended period, only to be told later that the cycle had to be canceled. This was physically and emotionally exhausting. The financial side was also very frustrating. I requested outside monitoring simply to reduce costs and allow insurance to cover part of the expense. To my surprise, the clinic charged a $250 “management fee” merely to review laboratory results I submitted. Seriously? Charging $250 just to view results I had already paid for is unreasonable and unfair. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this clinic. I still have one cycle remaining, but my confidence in the process has been seriously damaged. My last cycle failed because of what I believe was an avoidable error, yet the clinic offered only general stories about other patients' successes rather than a meaningful explanation of my case. Patients deserve careful monitoring, clear communication, and accountability, especially during such a sensitive and difficult process.

I am writing this review to describe my experience objectively, regardless of the clinical outcome. My wife and I were referred here through Kaiser Permanente. Although we understand that IVF is complex, our experience was marked by a lack of guidance, dismissive interactions, and poor communication. Initial Consultation and Intake Our journey began with a reassuring in-person consultation. However, I was concerned that the doctor did not review our laboratory results or medical history during the meeting. As first-time IVF patients, we found the terminology and contracts overwhelming. The "welcome call" intended to explain the documents was unhelpful. The staff member's accent was difficult to understand, and the limitations of our plan were not clearly explained. Communication and Administrative Barriers The first major issue arose after our first IVF cycle. When our embryo testing result was "inconclusive," we received a brief email and one missed call. When I called back five minutes later, I was told we had to schedule a formal physician appointment. Speaking with a doctor within 24 hours required an additional fee; otherwise, we had to wait 72 hours. After repeated failed attempts by the clinic to reach us and scheduling errors, we finally spoke with a doctor, who provided no expert guidance or next steps—only that we could return when ready. Financial Transparency and "Transactional" Care At our second visit, we were surprised by unexpected additional charges. During the appointment, we were told we had exceeded the number of visits allowed under the retrieval cycle and had to pay $500. This per-visit charge was buried in the contract and never mentioned verbally during onboarding. When we complained, another doctor acknowledged that communication is a common problem among their new staff. However, the subsequent "clarification" of our contract felt cold. They explicitly stated that the clinic's low-cost business model did not allow for "hand-holding." It was even suggested that other clinics would not accept our case or would only "drain" our money, which felt ironic because that was exactly how this clinic made us feel. Final Assessment The care was purely transactional throughout. There was no follow-up, strategic planning, or expert consultation to assess why the previous cycle failed or how to improve the next one. To this day, we have had no physician follow-up about our last cycle. Although some staff were friendly, the overall culture treats patients like numbers on a checklist. If you want a partner or care team that provides expert guidance and empathy, look elsewhere. The expectations here are clear: pay, and the clinic will complete the treatment, but do not expect more than minimal support.

This is the most efficient and responsive clinic I have ever worked with. Everyone has been so incredibly helpful and supportive. I’m just starting my egg retrieval but so far it’s been great.

An excellent experience from start to finish! First-class service!

From the initial consultation through referral, the entire team made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. The clinicians explained every step clearly. Everyone—from the nurses, laboratory staff, and front desk to the billing team—was compassionate and professional, greatly reducing our stress. After some disappointing experiences elsewhere, we finally felt we had found the right place. We are deeply grateful to Life for helping us fulfill our dream of becoming parents.

I revised my review after two successful cycles. I am glad they make affordable IVF available. They do cut corners to justify the price and the process is less comprehensive, but it remains a good option for many people.

I came to Life IVF in Irvine full of hope. As the mother of two wonderful boys, I dreamed of having a daughter to complete my family. I trusted this clinic because it claimed to offer advanced "sperm enrichment" technology for sex selection. Instead, I experienced repeated negligence and emotional trauma, with complete disregard for patient care, privacy, and ethics. On the morning of my egg retrieval, while I was sitting in the waiting room before the procedure, I received a patient portal message saying all my embryos had failed. I broke down crying and shaking in front of other patients, thinking my entire cycle had failed. They later admitted that they had mistakenly sent me another patient's results. I told them hysterically that I did not want to continue because I had completely lost trust. Rather than show compassion or support, they kept pressuring and rushing me, insisting I would "regret it forever" if I did not proceed. I sobbed through the egg retrieval at my most vulnerable and emotional, yet they continued. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The errors continued. During a routine blood draw, the nurse asked for my name and date of birth twice. I answered clearly, she smiled, and then drew my blood—only for me to discover that the tube was labeled for another Rachel with a different last name and birth date. When I pointed it out, they said "oops" and shrugged as though nothing had happened. It was terrifying. Why verify a patient's identity if they do not listen? The entire process felt like a rushed assembly line. Then came the sex-selection errors. I repeatedly made it clear that I wanted a girl. A few days before retrieval, they told me my selection was a boy. I corrected them, and they simply used correction fluid and changed it to "girl." Later that day, another form appeared in my portal saying "boy sperm enrichment." I contacted management and the nurses again, and they disputed the form marked "girl." On retrieval day, a nurse again asked whether I wanted a boy—the third time this happened. All my embryos ultimately turned out to be male. Given the repeated confusion and lack of oversight, I have no confidence that they handled my case—or my embryos—correctly. Honestly, if they can so carelessly mix up patient records and blood samples, who can trust them to take embryos seriously? That thought is difficult for any patient to accept. Worse, the clinic seemed more concerned with extracting every dollar from patients than with their well-being. Every step felt transactional. There was no compassion, only constant pressure to pay, proceed, and sign forms—even when I was visibly distressed and begging for clarification. Even so, I tried to remain patient and reasonable. On October 3, I contacted clinic management and spoke with Mingfeng. He said he would investigate my case and call me back by Saturday, October 4. It is now October 17, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no response. The clinic's complete lack of accountability says everything about how it operates. Life IVF Center in Irvine showed me that patient safety, mental health, and ethical responsibility come second to profit and volume. They make one mistake after another, dismiss it, and move on to the next patient. IVF is already emotional and expensive, but in their hands it became a nightmare. If you are considering this clinic, think carefully. The errors I experienced were not isolated—they were systemic, repeated, and extremely dangerous. If they can confuse patients so easily, how can we trust them to handle embryos, laboratory work, or informed consent properly? My experience was heartbreaking, and no one should have to go through what I did.

It has been more than ten years since I last left a negative review, but this experience was so terrible that I decided to document it. My wife and I spent tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic, failed to create any viable embryos, and did not even receive a phone call or any contact after our final cycle failed. Despite working with the clinic for months, we never saw a doctor. Two years later, we received an unexpected bill for thousands of dollars to store nonviable embryos we had never agreed to store. I tried contacting the clinic by phone and in writing but was ignored. I have now received a letter threatening to send this fictitious bill to collections. I have never felt so dismissed or ignored by any service provider, and now they are making matters worse. If they send this fabricated bill to collections, I will suffer further harm. I will follow up with the California Secretary of State regarding what I believe to be fraudulent billing. My advice: find another clinic. After reading other reviews, I see that my experience with LiveIVF is not unusual. If you want to waste several months of your life and tens of thousands of dollars, there are more enjoyable ways to do it.

On October 10, 2025, I underwent egg retrieval at Life IVF. It was the most frightening procedure I have ever experienced. I was 38 and had only one 17 mm follicle on my right ovary. Because there was only one follicle, I chose not to have anesthesia. Before the procedure, the nurses were extremely busy and seemed indifferent. During the procedure, the first doctor gently inserted a needle into the follicle but did not find an egg. After waiting an hour, Dr. Ye arrived and was asked to examine it. Dr. Ye punctured the follicle again, and this time I initially felt no pain. After examining it, he withdrew the needle and forcefully punctured the follicle again. My legs were strapped into the stirrups, and I moaned in pain. Seeing my distress, he told the nurse to hold down my upper body. After Dr. Ye finished, I went to recovery, where a nurse showed me what the egg would look like after several days. Then, to my shock, she said, 'Oh, we did not retrieve an egg; the doctor aspirated a cyst on your right ovary.' Follicles and cysts may look similar, but no one told me beforehand that the doctor would aspirate a cyst. It felt barbaric. The pain was unimaginable, and my right ovary remained severely painful for several days. In good conscience, I cannot recommend LIFE IVF to anyone. The process was rushed, the nurses were cold, and the pain of being awake during the procedure will stay with me forever. Please choose anesthesia!!! They may say you do not need it, but you absolutely do.

I cannot say enough good things about Life IVF Center. From the moment we entered the clinic, we felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for. The staff are professional, kind, and always available to answer questions. Dr. YeLian’s expertise and personalized treatment plan made our fertility journey different. We had been trying to conceive for years, and thanks to Life IVF Center, we are now proud parents.

Without a doubt, Life IVF Center is the best IVF clinic. After wasting over three years at another IVF clinic. We were successful with just ONE IVF cycle at Life IVF Center. We sincerely thank Dr. YeLian and his team.

Even a million thank-yous would not express what Life IVF has done for our family. Dr. Yelian and her team create miracles for people who dream of having a family. We just graduated from the center for the second time, which is truly bittersweet. It is difficult to think we will no longer see the staff. They made me feel so welcome throughout, from reception and ultrasound to the embryologists, nurses, and Dr. Yelian. Thank you for everything. The IVF journey is not smooth and brings emotional highs and lows. Failure and disappointment are hard to accept, but we kept trying and did not lose faith. Now our dream of having two children has come true. Life IVF was an important part of this priceless, lifelong gift. Thank you.

This review is long overdue. As the mother of a 5-year-old boy, I still become emotional when I reflect on the journey that brought him into my life. Much of this joy—and perhaps the tears—is thanks to Dr. Yelian and the outstanding team at Life IVF. My IVF journey began around 2016. After struggling to conceive, I went to well-known Bay Area fertility clinics, including Stanford Fertility and UCSF. Four cycles failed. Each retrieved 12 to 16 eggs, but none became high-quality embryos. I was repeatedly told my egg quality was poor and that I should consider donor eggs or adoption, yet no one clearly explained why. My hormone levels were good and I had no diagnosed condition. At Stanford, I felt like a number. Care followed a rigid protocol with little personalization. I began injections without proper monitoring, ovulated early, and the cycle was canceled, costing me more than $5,000 in medication and causing deep grief. After years of heartbreak, a friend gently suggested Life IVF in Irvine. Thanks to Dr. Yelian, she had two lovely children. Distance initially made me hesitate, but in 2018 I decided to try. My only regret is not going sooner. From the first consultation, Dr. Yelian stood out. He listened with empathy and clearly explained how the high stimulation doses in my previous cycles may have harmed egg quality. He recommended minimal-stimulation IVF with less medication and more individualized care. That changed everything. Across three cycles, fewer eggs were retrieved, but their quality was far better. Four embryos reached the blastocyst stage; two passed genetic testing, graded 4AA and 4AB. One of those embryos is now my son. The care at Life IVF was exceptional. Dr. Yelian, Dr. Wu, embryologist Molly, and the entire staff treated me as a person, not a number. Nurses such as Debbie and Naomi were always available and kind, even when I called in tears. Early in pregnancy, one nurse comforted me with her own story. I will never forget their compassion. I was also impressed that egg retrieval required only light sedation and pain medication, not the general anesthesia I received at Stanford. Less medication meant fewer side effects and lower costs. Most importantly, every cycle was tailored to my body and adjusted in real time based on bloodwork and ultrasound results. There was no one-size-fits-all schedule; every decision was thoughtful. If you are struggling with infertility and reading countless reviews, remember that you are not alone. After my disappointing Stanford experience, a prominent fertility doctor in San Ramon reviewed my records and said my chance of success was under 2%. He said, ‘If you were my wife, I would not put you through this pain again.’ Although painful to hear, I appreciated his honesty because it made clear that I should not try another cycle at his clinic. Today I am a mother. I share this out of gratitude and in hopes of giving others courage and direction. Thank you, Dr. Yelian, and every nurse, embryologist, and staff member who supported me. Life IVF helped bring my son into the world. I will always be grateful for the care, honesty, and hope you gave me when I needed them most.

Special thanks to Dr. Yeh and all the nurses and staff for your help and dedication. You were very professional, patient, and caring, and helped me become pregnant successfully. I wish every member of the medical staff health, safety, and happiness, and hope you can help more families have babies. I am deeply grateful to all of you :)

This place is a complete scam. Do not be deceived by its low prices. If justice exists, I hope the doctors there are punished one day. Everyone, do not go there for IVF.
09/02/2025
Everyone, please be very careful. Do not choose this clinic just because it is inexpensive; it is a complete rip-off. The management is chaotic, and who knows how many people they have cheated. I originally did not want to post a review, but the doctor is also irresponsible and cares only about making money. I do not know how many people have been cheated, especially patients like me coming from China.

I am currently a surrogate and worked with Life IVF for 6 months, and I have just graduated from their care! I was treated kindly during every visit, including medical appointments and transfers, despite not being local, and on every incoming and outgoing call. It was a wonderful experience, and I would be fortunate to work with them again. I highly recommend Life IVF!!

I want to share some thoughts and experiences. What I learned from IVF is that quality matters much more than quantity, and the doctor’s skill and knowledge are critical to the protocol. I began my IVF journey at another fertility center in 2023. When choosing a center, I simply wanted one close to home with good reviews, so I initially went to another clinic. My issues were one blocked fallopian tube and an uneven, thick endometrium. I also underwent 3 hysteroscopies. I took many medications—more than 100 injections—and spent more money at that clinic. I obtained 7 embryos, 4 of which passed PGT-A testing, and transferred an AB-quality embryo. I tried 1 IUI and 1.5 IVF cycles, but both failed. That year I felt depressed, anxious, and even hopeless. I then decided to try a clinic that someone recommended. I underwent mini-IVF, which used less medication, time, and money while producing embryos of the same high quality. This offered a good comparison of two treatments in one patient. I became pregnant and have just completed IVF. Perhaps I was also lucky, like rolling a die and getting a 6. One thing to remember is that IVF does not guarantee 100% success, and you need to be mentally prepared. There are still many diseases and unknown mysteries in our bodies to understand and overcome, but IVF is better than doing nothing. Keep the right perspective and do not give up too soon. I strongly recommend Dr. Ye Lian at Life IVF Center. It is worth trying.

This place never responds to portal messages. They cannot send basic documents. They will not even let you schedule an appointment. Sadly, they make a great deal of money and charge high fees, yet they have no customer service and cannot complete basic tasks. If you cannot send a simple letter when requested, why should I believe my eggs are being handled and processed correctly? This place has frustrated me more than any other IVF clinic, and I have been to 4.

Disappointed! This place is just a money grab. They persuade you to enroll in a package that makes it seem as though you receive one round free. That is not true. Senior management is poorly run. Although I was told it would take 10 business days to receive a response, they took more than 6 weeks to reply. After I sent two follow-up emails requesting a response, I finally heard back and received a very dismissive and vague reply. This place feels like a revolving door. I never felt like a patient, only a number. I would not recommend this place to anyone hoping for a miracle baby.

After looking for an IVF clinic, we chose Life IVF Center because of the cost and Dr. Yelian's seminar. We had several doctors in mind, but after the seminar my husband and I chose Dr. Yelian. We saw many negative reviews but are ultimately happy with our decision. We paid for one round and transferred 2 embryos. Our first transfer succeeded. My daughter was born on August 27, 2024. Only one embryo resulted in a live birth, but we thank God for her. We thank God for the staff and, of course, Dr. Yelian. They could improve communication with the doctor. We mostly spoke with nurses and saw Dr. Yelian only at consultation, egg retrieval, and transfer. After graduation, I wished we had communicated more, but overall this is a good clinic with excellent staff.

One of the best clinics. Thank you to Dr. Yelian and the team for making my dream come true. Forever grateful to Diana and Eric.

As hopeful prospective parents in our 40s, with my husband having been diagnosed with male infertility back in 1998, the path to parenthood was daunting, if not seemingly impossible. For years, we faced the heartbreak and challenges of infertility and tried various clinics without success. When we discovered Dr. Yelian and Life IVF Center, I was 41 and my husband was 62. That decision changed our lives forever. Our experience at Life IVF was transformative. We began with the ovarian rejuvenation program, an innovative approach that reignited a journey toward better health beyond fertility. I was thrilled by my body's ability to carry a baby. We then began Dr. Yelian's Precision IVF treatment. Compared with our previous experiences, the difference was night and day. Notably, I was not overmedicated, and the entire process was painless—a stark contrast to our past attempts. The results were nothing short of miraculous. Through treatment, we were fortunate to obtain nine embryos, six of which were considered transferable after genetic testing. This outcome exceeded our wildest dreams, especially given our challenging medical history. Dr. Yelian and his team at Life IVF Center have been a beacon of innovation and expertise. Their compassionate approach, combined with advanced fertility treatment, gave us the opportunity to build the family we had always dreamed of. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and skill of Dr. Yelian and his team. Their work truly creates miracles, and we cannot thank them enough for making our dream of parenthood a reality. Minimal-stimulation IVF was the answer for my body and cost far less than what we spent at other clinics without results. To all prospective parents facing similar challenges, let our story demonstrate the hope and possibilities that Dr. Yelian and Life IVF Center can offer. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Yelian! - Lindsey and Al Herrera, aged 41 and 62 respectively at the time of the Precision IVF cycle

Dr. Yeelian is the oracle of Irvine. Everything he said would happen did happen. He told us to stop listening to old wives' tales or other people's guesses, assumptions, experiences, and negativity. He gave us statistics and facts. My wife began IVF last November and is now 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. We had 3 good embryos, and the first transfer succeeded. The IVF approach was less invasive and more natural, and much less expensive than other clinics. A friend recommended Life IVF to me after his wife also succeeded on the first attempt. Thank you, Dr. Yeelian. Congratulations as well on your older patients becoming pregnant; you are amazing. The staff, decor, and thoughtfulness throughout the process were also wonderful. I have recommended friends who are now going through the process. It was the best decision we made. If you want to try IVF, this is the place. It is exciting to see people as old as my parents become pregnant at Life IVF.

My husband and I experienced infertility for years and tried other fertility clinics without success. I decided to find another clinic, and Life IVF had the best reviews. During our consultation, Dr. Yeelian believed he could help us become pregnant. We decided to proceed and followed all his advice and instructions. We conceived our son in July 2023, and he was born in April 2024. He is an amazing blessing and miracle, and we believe Dr. Yeelian and his wonderful staff helped us conceive our first son. We plan to return to Dr. Yeelian for another child in the future to complete our family. We recommend Life IVF and tell everyone about our experience. Thank you all for your excellent work. Hugs, the Pamley family.

Life IVF treatment was a complete failure. There was no correct diagnosis of our fertility problem. If you cannot conceive naturally, do not waste your time at Life IVF. We completed 3 cycles and spent 45k on travel and other expenses, with no result. The embryos did not even develop beyond two weeks. Yeelian's business objective is to take as much money from you as possible: - He will recommend expensive PGT-A, which essentially involves biopsying the embryo. If an embryo has a nonviable chromosomal abnormality, it may not implant normally anyway. Why waste the money? You can also undergo standard prenatal testing at 12 weeks, including for Down syndrome. - Life IVF has partnerships with expensive laboratory providers such as NextGen. For example, a simple urinary tract infection results in a $300 bill. It is all about revenue-sharing. - All the five-star reviews sound fake. The staff are friendly, but does it produce results? Did you get what you wanted, a precious baby 👶? - Never trust the free IVF raffle. Focus on your medical facts and find a genuine IVF provider that can deliver results. Thank you for reading this review! We switched to another facility, CNY Colorado.

If you are Chinese, you may want to try it. However, the staff were rude, their accents were difficult for me to understand, and they lacked knowledge.
