This is an excellent location. The hospital is a manageable size and has ample parking. After moving to West Los Angeles, I needed to find a new doctor and found Dr. Sivikevich, who is highly skilled. She is patient, explains every condition in detail, and offers practical advice for healthy living. Her nursing team was also wonderful. I remember Nurse Ursula—my apologies for forgetting the other nurse's name.

Dr. Courtney Reinhold introduced herself and told me what she was going to do. She examined me, explained every step in detail, and asked whether I had any questions. She was very gentle and exceptionally kind. I was very pleased with this visit and am very grateful to Dr. Reinhold.

Dr. Christina Nguyen has been my primary care physician for the past three years, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She always listens carefully to my needs and makes me feel that she genuinely has my best interests at heart. Nurse Diana at Kaiser Permanente Culver Marina has also helped me tremendously. She is kind, welcoming, and attentive. The medical care and service I receive here have always been excellent.

Kaiser Culver-Marina is wonderful! From the warm, friendly receptionists to the nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and my doctor, Dr. Cook, and her nurse Gloria, everyone is professional, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Lally was amazing!! He was very attentive, caring, and thorough. I was extremely satisfied with his care. Please remember this doctor and his nurse, Esmeralda, if I recall her name correctly. Both were very helpful and caring.

The nurse was very friendly and even called to schedule my X-ray and prenatal appointment at the Cadillac clinic.

Looking for an excellent medical team? I found Dr. Jasmine Jafari, and she is amazing! She is professional, kind, humorous, and very considerate. My office nurse, Helen Abraham, also welcomed me warmly and checked me in. Helen was equally professional and friendly. This highly skilled team is well worth a visit to the Kaiser Permanente Culver City office on Washington Street.

Without question, Dr. Mariam Arabiyan is one of the most outstanding doctors I have ever met. From my first visit, she made me feel genuinely heard, respected, and cared for—not rushed or dismissed, but truly understood. She is kind, compassionate, and reassuring, and has a rare ability to explain complex medical information clearly, thoughtfully, and insightfully.
What truly sets Dr. Arabiyan apart is her deep care for her patients. She takes time to listen, asks the right questions, and combines exceptional clinical skill with genuine humanity. You immediately sense that she is not only highly knowledgeable but also fully committed to helping her patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. After every visit, I felt confident, supported, and deeply grateful to be in the care of such an outstanding clinician. Doctors who combine medical expertise, kindness, and integrity as she does are rare.

A very good experience today at Kaiser Culver Marina medical offices. The wait for blood tests was less than 5 minutes, and the flu clinic was available in room 295 with no wait.

I had an excellent experience at Kaiser Culver Marina, and nurse Latoya Courtney-Reinhold was a breath of fresh air. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I genuinely felt that she cared. She was extremely attentive and did everything possible to help me. My needs were met beyond expectations.
She is compassionate and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend receiving care from nurse Reinhold at Kaiser Culver Marina.

I have been with Kaiser Permanente for thirty years. It is the closest healthcare organization I have found in the United States to the German healthcare system I grew up with. The Culver Marina location is an excellent medical facility. The doctors are caring and highly skilled, the nurses are cheerful and organized, the clinic is bright and comfortable, and check-in is very convenient. I especially appreciate that the laboratory is in the same building and that I have never waited more than five minutes there. I have never felt rushed by a doctor. They listen carefully to my symptoms and explain the differential diagnoses in plain language. The clinic also has a pharmacy and radiology department, so most necessary tests can be completed in the same building.

Dr. Jeffrey Liu and his nurse Krystle Stanton went above and beyond in caring for my mother today. Nurse Krystle is a very kind and considerate young woman who put us at ease. Dr. Liu came over, asked questions, and listened to our concerns. Although this was our first time meeting him, he was already familiar with my mother’s medical history. He showed us several ways he could help her, and we are very grateful to both of them for their support.

Dr. Kahen, the podiatrist—what an amazing physician: professional, understanding, and kind!!!
Dr. Kahen removed even the tiniest piece of glass. Unbelievable and painless!!!

I visited because of leg muscle cramps while sleeping at night and received an appropriate treatment plan. The medical staff was helpful and friendly and spent enough time evaluating me and prescribing suitable medication. I am very satisfied with the care.

I have been with Kaiser for over ten years, and before that I spent ten years with another doctor in Santa Monica. But it was not until I switched to Dr. Kourosh Cyrus Laaly about a year ago that I truly understood what it means to have a doctor who genuinely cares. If I had not changed doctors, I honestly do not believe I would be here today.
Dr. Kourosh Cyrus Laaly is a rare physician—he practices medicine with heart. Every time I see him, he carefully reviews every detail and always reassures me. Even when I worry about anxiety or sleep problems, he takes them seriously and goes above and beyond to ensure I am safe, supported, and well cared for. His kindness, dedication, and compassion are unmatched.
Words cannot fully express how grateful I am to have Dr. Laaly as my physician. I pray he continues practicing medicine. If he leaves Kaiser, I will leave too, because a doctor like him is simply irreplaceable.

My appointment was canceled by the doctor, but thankfully nurse Helen Levy helped resolve the issue!!! She rescheduled me, had all the necessary lab work completed that day, and obtained approval! She made a very inconvenient experience much easier. She was also very kind and understanding! Kaiser needs more Helens!!! Thank you!!!

I worked with Dr. Christina Thien-Nga Nguyen for three years and absolutely loved her. She provides excellent bedside care and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Diana P., her nurse, is also a superstar whose kindness and energy create a warm atmosphere in the clinic. Dr. Nguyen and Diana P. truly excel in patient care, and I always felt at ease with them.

The prescribed pain medication was ready and only needed to be picked up in person. Everyone waiting was told that all Kaiser pharmacy systems were down. Please do not take my phone number and say you will call or message when the system is restored, then never do it.

Dr. Siwkiewicz and RN Ursula were great. The doctor always takes her time, listens, and tries to resolve the issue on the first attempt. Ursula was very welcoming and kind. The Culver Marina offices have plenty of parking, and fortunately, X-ray and pharmacy services are also on site.
