Dr. H and Dr. Marchetto were both wonderful, and Tori was my lifesaver throughout the process. She always returned my calls promptly and patiently listened to every concern. Her genuine care was obvious. I will always be grateful to Shady Grove Newark for working so hard to make our dream come true!

My fertility journey was perfect! Dr. Hutchinson is highly knowledgeable and explains complex concepts clearly and simply. She is always positive, upbeat, and cheerful. The other staff members were also wonderful and kept in close communication with me. Thanks to their expertise, and perhaps a little luck, I became pregnant after my first egg retrieval and first embryo transfer, with two embryos “on ice” for the future. I am now 14 weeks pregnant, and everything is going well! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Hutchinson is one of my favorite doctors! She is always optimistic and positive, and I enjoyed every visit. The nurses are wonderful; Tori is an excellent nurse who always answered my many questions promptly. Dr. H and the team made me feel secure throughout infertility treatment, and I am glad I was referred to them. Dr. H always took time to discuss recent developments, set expectations, and try new approaches. I am sad I will not see them during the rest of my pregnancy! Dr. H will do everything she can to help you find the baby you have dreamed of.

Dr. Hutchinson and the entire SGF Newark team were wonderful. Dr. H made the process simple and easy to understand and was approachable, caring, and patient throughout our difficult treatment. Our questions were always answered promptly, and the team was readily available for anything we needed.

My wife and I have had a terrible experience over the past year and more. The process was not clearly organized, and after a few tests, we received a chaotic series of bills without knowing the costs in advance. I suddenly received a bill for testing performed in May 2024, even though we were told more than a year ago that it had already been paid! Shameful. Worse, when we finally decided to go to another nearby clinic and needed to transfer our records, we discovered that SGF did not hold them; a third-party company called “CIOX” did. Who knows what their privacy/retention policies are… It feels as though every question asked of SGF requires payment to get an answer. One more interesting fact: transferring records costs $6.5 per person and can take up to 30 days. It will not bankrupt us, but it further highlights their nickel-and-dime approach, which has frustrated us throughout the past year.

Dr. Hutchinson and Maddie are the superstars of this clinic. They are compassionate, caring, and helpful. Dr. Hutchinson listened carefully to all my concerns and is current on the latest fertility research. I am very pleased with this clinic!

We came to SGF in May 2024. From the moment we began the process until the day we left with a confirmed pregnancy, Dr. Hutchinson ensured that we received the best possible treatment. She was kind, caring, and excellent at explaining our options/next steps. The entire staff was wonderful as well. From routine blood tests to egg retrieval, I have nothing but praise for the SGF team.

Dr. Hutchinson is wonderful, and I cannot imagine receiving better care elsewhere. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and encouraging. I am deeply grateful for my time with her and the profound difference she made in our lives. Dr. Hutchinson and everyone at Shady Grove set a standard of care that any other medical office would struggle to match. This is a very special place.

So far, this has been a good experience. My wife and I are honestly nervous and afraid in our current situation, but the office is extremely clean and welcoming, and the staff are professional and friendly.
