I would like to share in detail our wonderful journey with First Fertility (FFC). In mid-2025, after five failed IVF transfers at another clinic, Inspire IVF, we began IVF treatment with FFC. Starting over at FFC was the best decision we ever made. Our initial coordinator, Mr. Amit, who no longer works at FFC, was wonderful. His honest guidance and support, together with Dr. Apple, were the main reasons we chose FFC. Ms. Kelly later took over our case, and she was truly outstanding. From the beginning, she was extremely supportive and always available to answer our questions. I especially want to mention the time my wife became seriously ill and needed urgent care; Ms. Kelly went above and beyond and personally took her to a hospital in Bangkok. I am sincerely grateful for her care and support. Of course, this review would not be complete without mentioning Dr. Apple. She is a wonderful and kind doctor who always explains every detail patiently and thoroughly. We are very grateful for her professional guidance throughout the process. One of FFC's greatest strengths is its transparency. We were added to a WhatsApp group that included our coordinator and even the clinic's owner. This was very reassuring because we knew management was directly overseeing our treatment. We never received this level of service at Inspire IVF, where all communication depended entirely on the coordinator. In comparison, FFC is in a completely different league. Overall, our experience with everyone, from the staff to the doctors, was excellent. Today, I am delighted to share that my wife became pregnant after her first embryo transfer! Under FFC's guidance, we have safely stopped the IVF medications and transitioned to a local obstetrician for routine checkups. We are so glad we chose FFC. Thank you again to Dr. Apple, Ms. Kelly, and the entire team!

Dr. Apple is very professional! During my treatment in Thailand, Dr. Kelly took excellent care of me. She explained everything clearly, paid attention to every detail, and responded quickly whenever I had a question. During our communication with intermediaries related to this center, we encountered serious transparency issues. Basic information such as identity verification, contracts, and payment details could not be clearly provided. There are also concerns about actions being taken without proper authorization. In our case, there were serious concerns regarding documentation and consent potentially being handled without the client being physically present or fully informed. This is currently under verification. Medical decisions should always be based on clear consent and full transparency. We advise others to carefully verify all documentation and credentials before proceeding.

I urgently needed a lab test, so I walked in without an appointment. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They stayed late to help me, which made me feel a little guilty. The results were available the next day, and the value was excellent. Highly recommended.

After comparing several clinics, I ultimately chose this one because Natasha was so kind and thorough during my consultation. She patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and reassured. During my visit, she was also very attentive and guided me throughout the process. The clinic is beautiful and modern, with attentive staff. Devika was our patient coordinator. She explained everything in detail, and we also met Dr. Apple, who is experienced and gave us clear, honest information. Excellent for Indian patients. Devika speaks fluent Hindi and English.

Natasha explained the IVF treatment options clearly and in detail. She patiently walked us through everything, putting us at ease and helping us understand more. We truly felt we could completely trust her and the clinic.

Dr. Apple was very gentle and professional during the ultrasound, making me feel comfortable throughout. Kelly and Amit were also very kind and attentive. The nurses were friendly, always greeted me warmly, and made the injections go very smoothly. As a foreigner, I felt completely at ease and experienced no discomfort during my visits. I actually compared several clinics before choosing this one, mainly because Kelly was so kind and thorough during the initial consultation through the app. Her responses were prompt, helpful, and reassuring, which meant a great deal to me. I also appreciated that bottled water was always available at the clinic. It felt clean and convenient. I will return soon for an embryo transfer and look forward to receiving your attentive care again!
