I was very impressed with the entire process, from the first day through the successful intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure performed by Dr. Poonkiat. The clinic is very convenient, efficient, fully equipped, modern, clean, and safe. The attentive staff also made the entire process very comfortable.

I highly recommend this clinic! Our first insemination was successful. The doctor was very approachable, explained everything in great detail, was patient and unhurried, and was highly skilled. The nurses were also lovely and always available to offer advice and answer questions. ❤️

I learned about Prime Clinic through TikTok. After researching it for a while, I decided to seek treatment here.
We started with IUI and then succeeded on our first ICSI attempt. I was very impressed, especially with the nursing team. They were lovely, warm, and took excellent care of me throughout treatment.
Dr. Poonkiat gave excellent guidance and paid close attention to every step, which made me feel confident and at ease.
Another reason we chose this clinic was that it serves many international patients. This suited our family because my husband is from another country, making communication and care easier to understand.
The facility is clean, meets high standards, and is conveniently located. Thank you to Dr. Poonkiat and the Prime team for helping fulfill our family's dream.

Dr. Poolkiat is highly skilled. We tried natural conception many times and had two unsuccessful intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles. Our first attempt at intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) was successful. All the staff and nurses are wonderful and very kind. They are always warm and attentive, never pressure us to buy anything, and instead offer guidance so we can make our own decisions. Thank you very much!
