I saw Dr. Ayyagari in 1998, and because of him, my husband and I were able to conceive our daughter in 2000 after years of trying on our own. Dr. Ayyagari is the best, and I literally mean the very best, without question! He quickly diagnosed the problem. I cannot say enough, but if you want to become pregnant as soon as possible, he is the doctor to see. Even today, I become emotional when I talk about how grateful I am that he was my gynecologist. No other doctor compares with the care he gives patients and their spouses when the spouse may be contributing to difficulty conceiving. I rank Dr. Ayyagari at the very top, and once you have the chance to let him help you, I guarantee you will feel the same!

I truly appreciate this doctor's manner. He is very experienced and explains everything about my reports and health at every visit. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing infertility for any reason. He is the best doctor in Bakersfield.

At first, the clinic staff and doctors treated me well and kept everything organized. Over the past few months, however, things have become progressively worse. When I call, they say they will call back but never do. Even when I ask for a prescription, they either do not fill it or send it a month after I requested it.

I have been seeing the doctor for years, but it is always so difficult to reach anyone there! It has always been this way, and I do not know why. I need my medication. Even after I see him and receive it, they will not refill it. Please help me obtain it and get on the schedule so I can at least receive my medication now. Please train the front desk or update your phone system!

I cannot review this doctor because I never actually saw him. Over the past six months, I scheduled several appointments, but they canceled every one. The office staff are terrible. Do not waste your time here. It is nearly impossible to be seen as scheduled.

Absolutely the worst place. I was charged $25 in collections for a bill I did not even know I owed. I had been waiting months for an appointment with no response, and the girl who answered the phone had only worked there for two months and knew nothing. A doctor I work with recommended him and said he was very good, but do not recommend this place to anyone—go elsewhere. 0 stars.

I booked an appointment over 7 weeks ago only for them to cancel it. Why? Because they don’t see new patients after 3pm & they had me booked at 3:45. They never once told me about that. I waited 7 weeks for this… There was no remorse when they cancelled either.

He is very thorough and always explains everything patiently. He performed two surgeries for me and helped me safely deliver my last child. I wish I could find a doctor like him for every health concern. He is a true gem.

This office has been one of my biggest headaches. I originally saw this doctor for a consultation and was told that some procedures recommended by my OB-GYN were unnecessary. Fortunately, I decided not to listen to Dr. Ayyagari and learned that I had precancerous cells in my uterus. I do not even want to know what would have happened if I had listened to him. Everything in this office is very outdated. Everything is on paper, and they need to update their equipment and more. There is no way to pay bills online. I emailed their office, but no one answered when I called. Yesterday I received an email threatening to send me to collections if I did not pay. How can I pay if I cannot reach anyone? I strongly recommend going elsewhere, where your life will not be put at risk and you can actually reach someone.

I had the worst experience with this place and never actually saw the doctor. I initially called for information and was somehow transferred to a doctor who was rude and said he did not have time to talk. I had to call back, speak with the receptionist, and schedule an appointment. One month later, the day before my appointment, they called to say the doctor had to leave for surgery. They showed little apology or empathy about changing the date. I still rearranged work to take Monday off for the rescheduled appointment. On Monday, about 30 minutes before the appointment, I was called and told to reschedule again because the doctor was performing another surgery. I explained how inconvenient this was, and the woman again showed no empathy. I was told I could come, but the doctor might not. I decided to go, and when we arrived, they did not even acknowledge us. While I waited at the window, they told me to sit down. Three minutes later, they called to tell me the doctor would not be coming. They had the nerve to ask me to reschedule. This is by far the worst experience I have had at any doctor's office in this town.
