A warm and welcoming office. The staff are friendly and courteous. The total wait was less than 10 minutes.

Before meeting Dr. Shah, I felt hopeless about my PCOS. She is not only caring, nonjudgmental, and empathetic, but also intelligent. She gave me a detailed overview of everything I needed to know about PCOS. She educated me about my condition, and we are developing a treatment plan. For the first time after meeting her, I feel hopeful that I can manage my PCOS symptoms. Her staff are also very friendly, professional, and compassionate. Her office is beautiful and brand new. I recommend Dr. Shah to anyone with PCOS. She is a gem, and I am grateful I found her. I drove from Delaware to see her, and it was well worth it. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Meeting Dr. Shah today was a breath of fresh air. I was a new patient today. About two years ago, another doctor diagnosed me with PCOS with almost no explanation or plan for next steps. My previous doctor rushed me out of his office and prescribed medication but did nothing to help me understand PCOS. Today, Dr. Shah gave me a very thorough and informative explanation of my diagnosis. She shared everything she knew, and we made a plan! She was very kind, and I am grateful to have her with me on this journey.

The reception staff were very rude. I tried to make an appointment and was treated poorly. I asked to speak with someone else and was placed back in the queue. If you feel that no one at a clinic is listening to your needs, go elsewhere, where you will be treated better.
