Their elective egg-freezing price was the best in the county, and they worked hard to help me obtain prior authorization for the medication I needed, which I greatly appreciated. Westchester Fertility Center is a place you can trust for one of life’s most important journeys. From beginning to end, everything was smooth, organized, and easy to understand. What impressed me most was their transparency. Every step was clearly explained, there were no hidden fees, and I always knew what to expect. This honesty was extremely important and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The staff were also excellent. They were kind, attentive, and always quick to respond. You do not feel like just another patient or have to deal with an automated system; real people support you throughout. Dr. Blotner is exceptional. His professionalism, expertise, and calm manner make you feel comfortable and well cared for from the beginning. The medical care itself was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and compassionate. If you are looking for a fertility center, this is an excellent choice. We worked with Dr. Blotner and the Westchester Fertility team for a little over 2 years. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a Doctor and entire practice. Every single person in the office cares for you and your health/fertility journey. We were originally there for endometriosis care and continued our fertility journey there too. Extremely accommodating to all needs. Very sensitive and delicate approach for how heavy the fertility journey can feel. All decisions felt made as a team with Dr. Blotner and we were not bullied into or pressured into any decisions or tests that other doctors have in the past. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!!

Please DON'T GO! Something is very wrong! Please read! I saw Dr. Blotner for a consultation for egg freezing. He rushed through my visit and refused to answer several of my questions. I assumed I may have had too many questions and was annoying him. That was my first red flag. Despite feeling uncomfortable, i decided to proceed because it was close to home, which I now regret. At my second visit, he performed what he described as a “routine pelvic exam.” I got off the exam table in severe pain and bleeding heavily. It felt like I was having a miscarriage. When I asked if something went wrong, he said it was a routine exam and asked if I had "ever seen a gynecologist before," implying this was normal, in a degrading tone. But I knew something was off. I have been having exams since I was 18, I am now 36, and this has never happened to me before. As I headed toward the door to leave, my whole body started shaking. One of the nurses saw me, offered me a seat and some water, and said I didn’t look well. She asked if I had received Tylenol or any pain medication before the procedure. I told her no, and she gave me Tylenol. I continued bleeding for two days. When I called on the second day to ask again about the procedure, the doctor was “unavailable,” but I was pushed to come in to meet with the finance team to discuss next steps. When I first saw Dr. Blotner, my ovaries were producing 6 and 7 eggs. Three months later, I am trying at a different facility and I I am down to 2 and 1. i've done all the preliminary exams, none of which came with heavy bleeding. I can’t prove it, but I feel in my gut that something is wrong and after reading these reviews, I know I’m not the only one. I only wish I had read them sooner, and I can’t help but wonder if race played a factor.

The guidance and support they provided are immeasurable. They stayed with me and guided me through every step!

Dr. Blotner and his team are amazing. Their strategy, patience, kindness, and wisdom helped us build our little family. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Blotner's clinic and became pregnant after my third intrauterine insemination (IUI)! I had started to lose hope, but the final attempt worked!!! I am so happy!! I followed his instructions exactly, and my dream finally came true. My husband and I are thrilled that we completed the process successfully. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with follow-up. Most importantly for me, they offered very convenient appointments and hours. They did their best to schedule me so I would not be late for or miss work. That was amazing!! Thank you all so much for your help and support!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Blotner and his team! I had such a positive experience at Westchester Fertility Center. They treat you like family and guide you through everything. Everyone in the office is kind and takes time to know each patient. When I had issues between appointments, I could always reach Dr. Blotner directly, and he immediately returned my call during a late-night emergency. I wish every medical practice operated this way; it recalls a time when doctors did not try to see 14 patients an hour. I highly recommend this exceptional team!

I’m a patient of Dr.Kusher, a new patient at that. I have suffered from server endometriosis and I literally feel like he saved me, he wasted no time to make sure I was taken care of after meeting him for the first time. When I tell you he’s a doctor that CARES! He’s a doctor that cares. His staff, AMAZING! All of them were warm, welcoming and absolutely make you feel like you are in great hands. Effective, honest and wonderful team. If you are looking for a doctor who is not only going to care about the quality of your life but one that moves with intentional effectiveness I can not recommend him enough.
