I debated writing this review, but reviews exist to help others facing what may be life's most important decision. Because of male-factor infertility, we chose to have our first IVF cycle in Georgia, which was relatively convenient, though we had to fly from another country and pay for travel and accommodation each time. A friend with local relatives recommended this clinic. 1) As others have written, despite arriving on time, we repeatedly waited in the corridor. Once, the doctor arrived from home an hour after our appointment. We were shocked by the disrespect, and no one apologized for these humiliating waits. I did not make a scene because we were trying to have a child. 2) The manager's communication about pricing was appalling. We were not told that after genetic testing we would separately pay $2,700 for a frozen transfer plus medication. In the general price list, the manager highlighted only IVF itself and PGT per embryo; all services cost twice as much as at Russia's best clinics. During a phone consultation, I specifically confirmed that my costs were 'the procedure plus testing.' The unpleasant surprise came only after stimulation. We could prove nothing and had to buy medication and pay for transfer ourselves. 3) PGT found one healthy boy, whom we wanted very much. My endometrium and overall reproductive health were excellent according to gynecologists at several clinics. Still, the transfer failed, despite this clinic's doctor saying cases like ours succeed 80% of the time. There were no signs of rejection; two weeks later, nothing had happened and the test was negative. 3) The clinic had moved to the other side of the city and simply forgot to tell me, costing another 40 minutes. This was the final straw. I was furious. Including time spent in Tbilisi during each stage, at age 40 we lost six precious months and €16,000. Given all this, I would never recommend this clinic.

No compensation for a lost embryo.

I cannot comment on the clinic, but all except one of the reviews are fake. They appear to be bots from different locations, each reviewing places around the world. I now have doubts about visiting this clinic.

The hospital is very clean and new, but my experience with Dr. Irma Tortladze was terrible. First, she said I had no appointment, although I did, and that I was lucky she would see me, but only for 20 minutes—even though I had already waited an extra 15 minutes. Then something surreal happened. I explained at the beginning that I had been trying to become pregnant for a long time and was concerned because of health problems, which was why I came. The doctor then asked me three times whether I truly wanted a child: ‘How could you become pregnant with your problems?’ Finally, she said, ‘You never said you wanted to keep it.’ Horrible!

I have seen several doctors here, and everything was excellent except for one ultrasound doctor. On September 28, 2024, I visited the branch at Mikhail Asatiani 5a. Dr. TAMTA CHAKHNASHVILI performed an extremely painful transvaginal pelvic ultrasound, moving the probe roughly inside me. I told her it hurt, but she did not respond. I cried from the pain and even screamed as she moved the probe from one ovary to the other. It was a terrible appointment, and I left in tears. I felt violated and humiliated, as though I had been raped with the ultrasound probe. Three weeks earlier, another ultrasound doctor here had moved the probe carefully and performed a completely painless examination. I also previously had an excellent ultrasound with another doctor at the center. If ultrasounds always hurt, I might not have objected, but I know they can be different. This was terrible.

I had appointments with two doctors for an ultrasound and examination. The ultrasound was done quickly, which accounts for one star. But I never saw the doctor! I waited over two hours with no information at all. The second star is because they refunded my money without any problems.

Zhordania Clinic often cannot send test results by email, and even calling does not resolve the issue. It is 2025, and most clinics send results automatically. It is frustrating that such a basic service receives no attention.

Top professionals and the best service. They offer everything, including urologic surgery and mammology. The best clinic in Georgia.

I am disappointed with the clinic. I traveled there by taxi, and even the Georgian taxi driver warned me that the medical care was expensive and ineffective. I thought he might be exaggerating, but he was 100% right. I spent a lot of money on tests and went there every month with no results. I changed clinics. I do not recommend it!!!

The best clinic in Tbilisi... with professional doctors and nurses... May God bless them and their families.

Dr. Mamuka performed my C-section, and he is a God-given doctor! I recommend him to everyone; after one week, the scar is barely visible. A true professional. I thank him and the entire team for the birth of my daughter ❤️

My sincere thanks to Dr. Karina. She is a very attentive and thoughtful doctor who explains conditions clearly and thoroughly, making patients feel reassured and well cared for. The entire clinic staff are courteous and professional. I had an excellent impression of both the clinic and Dr. Karina.
