찬 의사는 Bursa Malaysia의 전액 장학금을 받아 말라야대학교 의과대학을 졸업했습니다. 쿠알라룸푸르 말라야대학교 의료센터와 클랑의 텡쿠 암푸안 라히마 병원(HTAR)에서 인턴십과 전문의 수련을 마친 후 생식의학 세부전문의 수련을 받았습니다.

생식내분비학 및 난임 세부전문의 수련 중 생식면역학과 유전학에 관심을 갖게 되었습니다. 반복 착상 실패와 반복 유산을 포함한 다양한 형태의 난임을 겪는 부부를 돕는 데 전념하고 있습니다. 말레이시아 보건부에서 생식의학 세부전문의 수련을 마쳤고, 한국 울산대학교에서 생식내분비학 및 난임 대학원 과정을 수료했습니다. 난소 예비력 저하, 자궁내막증, 자궁근종, 자궁선근증, 자궁 이상, 내분비 장애, 다낭성 난소 증후군, 골반 염증성 질환 및 난관 질환, 남성 난임, 생식 면역 및 유전 질환 환자 진료를 포함해 수련했습니다.

찬 의사는 왕립 산부인과학회와 아시아·태평양 생식의학 이니셔티브(ASPIRE) 회원입니다. 연구에도 활발히 참여하며 논문을 발표하고 심사를 수행하고 있습니다.

All the staff, including the doctors, nurses, and customer service team, provide first-class service. If I had one complaint, it would be the wait most of the time, but that is understandable. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

This was our first time coming here for IVF, but there is a lot that needs improvement. We came because we expected a large institution like Sunway to provide good service. First, we found a lack of communication between the doctor's clinic and the fertility center. Some of the misunderstandings involved medications and dosing instructions. Second, we were dissatisfied with the embryology service. After egg retrieval, they gave us no report or written documentation. We only received a phone call, and when we asked about embryo grading, they ignored us. Third, despite having a doctor's appointment, we still had to wait in a long line. I would not expect such a long wait even at a public hospital. These are the three main reasons we do not plan to return for treatment. We are disappointed because we paid a great deal here, yet the service fell far below expectations. I hope the center improves its service in the future. Thank you.
