After eight years of trying to conceive, I conceived naturally following a small amount of medication and treatment from Dr. Arasu. He deserves the highest praise, and I strongly recommend him to anyone trying to become a mother. He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
The staff and nurses are helpful and friendly. The setting is clean and comfortable, and waits are very short.

Dr. Sharad is humorous, but rest assured that he is sincere. He makes sure all measurements are done properly and answers all your questions so you do not leave with doubts. If you have any concerns, he conducts a thorough examination. Overall, a very professional doctor.

I cannot thank Dr. Alasu enough. For years, no one properly addressed my underlying endometriosis, but he diagnosed and treated it with exceptional skill and attentive care. Completely unprofessional. They should ask customers for feedback before treatment begins.
The nurses are always busy, yet patients wait for hours. What are they busy doing?
Parking is not cheap either, so waiting for them wastes both time and money.
They only promote how good the treatment is and never tell us what precautions to take afterward.
When I called to schedule the next treatment because I was not pregnant, I actually heard the nurse laughing! Extremely unprofessional. Goodbye, Ever Link!
I will not return for the treatment I already paid for. Keep the money and continue facing the consequences of your actions.

I’m so fortunate to have met Dr. Arasu at the Ever Link Fertility Clinic. He is the best doctor i met and helped me so much with my fertility. As our car left Everlink Fertility Centre, I knew my pregnancy was entering its next stage. Dr. Arasu had discharged me to return to Singapore after my first successful embryo transfer with him, and I could not hold back my tears. I had dreamed of this day for years, and Everlink, especially Dr. Arasu, made it possible.
I only wished I could remain under Dr. Arasu and his team’s care until delivery.
My IVF journey had been long and difficult. I married later and began IVF at 38. Over the years, I experienced a miscarriage and several failed transfers in Singapore, often feeling that my age was blamed. Fertility clinics eventually became a nightmare, and I began losing hope and wondering whether to give up my dream of motherhood.
Meeting Everlink Fertility Centre and Dr. Arasu changed everything. For the first time, a doctor did not blame my age but gave me courage, comfort, and hope.
Dr. Arasu is highly skilled and experienced and genuinely cares for his patients. He never recommends unnecessary tests or procedures. In Singapore, I was often advised to undergo extras before embryo transfer, such as intralipid infusions. Although called optional, I felt subtly pressured because of my age, and most patients would understandably agree out of fear.
Dr. Arasu’s approach was entirely different: humane, evidence-based, and patient-centered. He used no unnecessary interventions, no intralipid infusion or HCG wash, and instead created a natural, effective plan for my situation. When I asked about hysteroscopy, which other doctors had recommended, he patiently explained why it was not appropriate for me. For the first time in years, a specialist sat down, explained everything, and helped me understand instead of simply issuing instructions. I felt treated as a patient, not a case or source of income.
Another reassuring moment came when I asked what would happen if egg retrieval fell on a holiday or weekend. Some clinics in my past had adjusted medication to avoid those dates. Dr. Arasu clearly said patients come first and the team would make arrangements. I knew then that I had found the right doctor.
The entire Everlink team was exceptional. I remember the laboratory calling on Christmas morning with an embryo update. I was surprised they were working and touched that they called around 10 a.m. so I could rest and enjoy Christmas. It was a small gesture with great meaning.
Early pregnancy was very stressful, especially after my previous miscarriage. I often messaged the clinic with concerns. The team always responded patiently and promptly, checked with the nurses, and reassured me. I never felt ignored.
Everlink’s privacy practices also impressed me. Even payments are handled in a private room, and staff gently guide you to the waiting area as soon as you enter. This differs greatly from clinics where everything is discussed openly at reception and others may hear personal information. Everlink fully respects your dignity and privacy.
I could say much more about the team’s many small but meaningful actions. Every detail reflected their dedication and genuine care.
I sincerely thank Dr. Arasu and the entire Everlink team. They not only helped me achieve pregnancy but restored my confidence, hope, and trust in the journey.
