Very poor experience. A box of 15 tablets costs 300 baht, but when I bought four boxes, they suddenly charged by the tablet rather than the box. I ultimately paid an extra 300 baht. My appointment was at 3 p.m., and the nurse asked me to arrive at 2:30. Local Thai patients who arrived after me saw the doctor before me. I was ultimately the last person in the entire clinic to see the doctor, waiting until 4:30 p.m. Discrimination?! I will not return.

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The staff and doctor were attentive and clearly explained the ICSI process and packages in a friendly manner. The seating was comfortable, and parking was convenient. I really liked it here.

The staff are friendly, and the doctors are kind, attentive, and highly skilled.
The nurses took excellent care of me. This was my first intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycle, and it was a very good experience. Parking is convenient as well. Staff member Nong Yok took exceptional care of me ♥️

The clinic provided good service, and the doctor was kind, but the wait was somewhat long. My appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m., but I did not actually see the doctor until nearly 3 p.m. I had an ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries for concerns including irregular periods, vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, or screening for polycystic ovary syndrome. The doctor gave me a lot of helpful advice and guidance, and the service was excellent.
The clinic is on floor 16. When you step out of the elevator, you may be surprised by how dark it is inside. The lighting is dim with a yellow-orange tint, as shown in the pictures. Perhaps they are trying to create a relaxing atmosphere.
