I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found distressing. During our video conference, I felt that he was distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for me to open up about my mental health challenges. Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert commented on my niece's disruptive behavior in a way I found rude and insensitive. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but his remark made me feel dismissed and even more anxious. I later contacted coordinator Marvin M to discuss my concerns, but despite multiple messages and calls, I received no response. This lack of communication added to my frustration. I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Mental health practitioners must create an empathetic and respectful environment, and I felt this was lacking in my interactions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this organization to others seeking mental health support. I hope my review helps others find the compassionate care they deserve.
