In my twenties, after experiencing infertility for nearly two years, my doctor referred me here. Everything went well at first: they performed basic testing and responded promptly to messages, and I was satisfied. However, after three failed IUI attempts and a diagnosis of "unexplained infertility," I never met with an actual physician for a consultation or any diagnostic evaluation. I only saw mid-level providers. My final IUI was extremely painful because the mid-level provider performing the procedure had graduated only a few months earlier yet was allowed to do it alone without supervision. They planned to start me on IVF, but I decided to consult another clinic. After seeing a doctor just once at the new clinic, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I nearly spent thousands of dollars and risked wasting healthy embryos on transfers simply because they labeled me with "unexplained infertility" after only the most basic diagnostic testing. If you are over forty and just need some help becoming pregnant, this may be the place for you. But they use the same treatment plan for everyone and do not consider each patient's individual circumstances.

I recommend this clinic without hesitation. My entire fertility treatment experience at the Glendale and Scottsdale clinics was excellent. I received professional care from day one. I especially want to thank Dr. Kurt Peterson for his dedication and professionalism, as well as my assistant Sandra, who guided and supported me through every step of treatment. They always answered all my questions patiently, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The entire staff was outstanding, and the care they provided was impeccable. Thank God, I can now share that I have completed treatment and am currently 8 weeks pregnant. I am sincerely grateful to the whole team for helping me achieve this important dream. Thank you so much for your hard work, compassion, dedication, and excellent service. I will always recommend this clinic. ❤️

I cannot praise Pinnacle's excellent communication enough. My previous clinic did not have a “navigator” like this one, with a dedicated person available every day to answer any questions. It is truly wonderful. Dr. Z was very kind and patient and made sure I fully understood everything. He even called to congratulate me after I received the news. I love this place.

We could not have asked for better care than we received at Pinnacle Fertility, at both the Glendale and Scottsdale location. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, PAs and doctors that helped us throughout our fertility journey. Our navigator, Diana, worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and never seemed as if anything was an imposition. This is our second experience with Diana, as she was our navigator back in 2024, which resulted in our baby girl! Fast forward to 2026 and baby number two, Diana remained patient, professional, and responded promptly throughout the entire experience. I really appreciate the kindness she showed during a time that can be very stressful and challenging.
Lexi (medical assistant?) is AWESOME, kind, compassionate, and caring. She is able to connect and build relationships with patients, making you feel comfortable at each appointment. I always looked forward to a friendly, familiar face and knew she truly understood what patients go through, each step of the way.
Kelly (PA) is INSANELY smart, straight forward, and makes you feel very well informed and comfortable at each appointment. I never left having questions about my results or scans when I met with her. I knew I was in good hands any time I was under Kelly’s care. SHE IS THE BEST!!
We cannot thank Dr.Z. enough for his knowledge, efforts, and professionalism during our time at Pinnacle. Without him, baby #2 would not be possible!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The clinic was clean and professional, and we never had to wait long. The front desk staff were always warm and friendly at check-in. Kelly Suarez was thoughtful and kind during every ultrasound. All the doctors were professional and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make decisions. My favorite part was how easy it was to text the staff with questions or to schedule appointments, and they replied very quickly. The doctors pointed out the ultrasound findings and patiently explained everything. I wish they offered care throughout pregnancy, because I would definitely have stayed with them. Thank you for your help!

Dr. Peterson and his entire team were outstanding and patiently guided us through the whole process. Dr. Peterson does not push any treatment he does not believe is right for us. The team communicated closely with us by text and through the patient portal, keeping us informed about the next steps. IVF is known to be expensive and requires a financial commitment, but the team always told us in advance how much the next payment would be. They also accepted our Health Savings Account (HSA). The Glendale location was very convenient for us, and they made sure most of our appointments could take place there. We are very grateful to Dr. Peterson and his team. Congratulations on taking the first step in finding a clinic. Your search ends here because you have found the best clinic in the Valley—Pinnacle Fertility.

The best clinic I could have ever asked for. My coordinator, Leah, is so kind and always happy to explain things. This is my second transfer and I have been soooo lucky to have Leah as my coordinator each time. It is extremely difficult to go through infertility but these people treat you with such kindness and I truly never felt like just another number. The front desk, to the phlebotomist, PA Kelly and Dr Z, alll amazing.

I cannot recommend Pinnacle Fertility of Arizona enough. My husband and I are so grateful for the care we received during our fertility journey. While the doctors are incredibly skilled and professional, what truly set the experience apart for us was being appointed a 'patient care navigator.' Having a dedicated person, ours was Karina, I could text or call whenever I had questions made a world of difference. It turned a potentially overwhelming process into one where we felt truly seen and supported every step of the way. If you are looking for a clinic that combines medical excellence with genuine, accessible communication, this is the place. We are so happy to have 'graduated' and are looking forward to our next chapter!

Brenda has been my fertility coach since 2023. I experienced a miscarriage, successfully froze one embryo, then conceived and delivered naturally while the embryo remained in storage. I planned to transfer it but became pregnant again. Brenda has stayed with me throughout, talking with me, reassuring me, and continually encouraging me. A fertility coach this dedicated is invaluable. I love the Pinnacle Peak Fertility team. They truly treat every patient like family, and I recommend them to anyone seeking a clinic!

$300 for a consultation alone 😳 I had successful IVF in Henderson, where the doctor did not charge a consultation fee, so this was very strange. His fees were somewhat higher, but worth it. I only tried this clinic because it was closer to us. Unfortunately, I do not want to spend $300 just to speak with a doctor and then pay thousands more. Thank you for returning my call, though.

I previously attended another fertility clinic with very disorganized management, and the experience here was completely different. They were ready immediately for every blood draw and ultrasound. My longest wait was only five minutes.
The clinical staff were also very kind and compassionate when sharing sensitive results and information. Infertility is difficult enough, and I highly recommend this clinic to support you through it.

There are not enough words in English to express how grateful my husband and I are that we chose Pinnacle Fertility for the best medical care and success in building our family. Dr. Zoneraich is simply the best and does everything possible to help people realize their dream of having a family. Not only did we have a successful frozen embryo transfer (FET) and welcome our son, but I am now pregnant again! Dr. Yanely gave me tremendous reassurance and expert guidance through both cycles. The front-desk staff were always warm and friendly at every appointment. LaRue (I hope I spelled her name correctly?) always helped me relax during blood draws; she is highly skilled and reassuring. Kelly and Allison also made me very comfortable during ultrasounds. Celeste and Kate are very kind and always prepared the exam room so I could feel at ease during procedures. Dr. Larsen and Dr. Peterson are excellent physicians who made me feel very safe in their care. If you are struggling with infertility and want an outstanding care team in every respect, contact Pinnacle Fertility. They are truly among the best in the field and always treat every patient with dignity and respect!

Dr. Z, Brenda, and the entire Pinnacle Fertility team have changed our lives in every way.
As an older lesbian couple, IVF was our only option. Without their patience, kindness, and encouragement, we might have given up many times. Brenda went above and beyond to answer our countless questions and concerns. Dr. Z and Dr. Peterson consistently provided detailed information and support throughout our fertility journey. Kelly and the nurses embraced and encouraged my wife's nervous jokes. The clinic staff always greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome every time we walked in. We are thrilled to meet the baby we prayed for in six months, and none of this would have been possible without them. If you are considering a fertility journey, we highly recommend Pinnacle Fertility. You will receive the best care here. We understand the many complex emotions involved in this journey, so you need a practice that puts you and your family's needs first. You feel that every day with the Pinnacle team.
Thank you for making our dream come true!

This was my first IUI attempt and my first experience with any stage of pregnancy, and I could not imagine better guidance. The entire team was helpful and answered every question patiently and kindly. They kept me informed, which made me feel safe and reassured throughout.
Special thanks to the front desk staff, who were warm from the moment we entered. Tanisha greeted me enthusiastically at nearly every visit, and her warmth meant a great deal. The clinical staff was equally excellent, and my coordinator Karina always helped without hesitation. As a same-sex couple, we knew success on the first attempt could be challenging, but with this team's support and care, we succeeded on our first try. We are overjoyed and cannot wait to meet our baby!

Exceptional Care Made My Dream of Motherhood Come True
Words cannot express my gratitude for the exceptional care at Pinnacle Fertility, then known as Advanced Fertility. Thanks to this outstanding team, my husband and I are finally new parents, and I firmly believe this dream could not have come true anywhere else.
Dr. Peterson was everything I hoped for in a fertility specialist. His practical approach and genuine care were vital during such a challenging journey. He honestly told me I had only one IVF cycle, while still giving me the hope and confidence to move forward. His direct yet empathetic style was exactly what I needed.
Valeria, my dedicated care navigator, deserves special recognition. She was wonderful and played an essential role through this emotional process. The care navigator role is unique to Pinnacle, and I now understand why it was part of Dr. Peterson's choice of clinic. Valeria encouraged me at every step, patiently answered my countless questions, and even cried with me when my first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. Having someone so invested beside me transformed my experience.
PA Kelly Soares performed all my ultrasounds and monitoring appointments with warmth and professionalism. She made me feel completely at ease during every visit, which was essential during the vulnerable moments of treatment.
I had previously visited another highly ranked local IVF clinic, where the doctor was overwhelmed trying to handle everything alone. At Pinnacle, experienced team members manage different aspects of care, creating a much better patient experience.
The front desk and billing staff were always organized, prepared, and welcoming. This professionalism was evident in every interaction and differed greatly from my previous clinic.
From start to finish, Pinnacle excelled in every aspect. Expert medical care, emotional support, and seamless procedures created an environment where I felt genuinely cared for both as a patient and a person.
I am extremely glad I chose this clinic and highly recommend Pinnacle Fertility to anyone facing fertility challenges. They provide more than medical care; they offer the hope, support, and expertise that help make dreams come true.

Before coming to Pinnacle Fertility, I completed three unsuccessful medicated cycles with my regular OB-GYN. It was exhausting and discouraging. Everything changed when I chose Pinnacle Fertility. Through comprehensive testing and a personalized treatment plan, they tailored care to me, and I am now officially 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant after my second TIC cycle!
Dr. Larsen is highly knowledgeable and compassionate and always explains every step patiently. My care team—Kelly, Kirsty, and Abbey—was also wonderful. They supported me at every appointment, arranged immediate visits whenever I felt I needed one, patiently answered every question, and made me feel that I was not alone. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful!
After struggling with PCOS, insulin resistance, and so much uncertainty, I finally found a team that treated me like a person rather than a number. They celebrated my milestones, comforted me through difficult moments, and helped me realize my dream of pregnancy.
If you are looking for a fertility clinic that provides expert, personalized, attentive care, this is it! Pinnacle, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my husband and me build our little family ✨

We had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Fertility in Tucson. First, they offer a military discount, which we always appreciate. Second, every staff member was welcoming, helpful, and understanding. We live 1.5 hours away and brought our toddler to every appointment. We worked with Dr. Zoneraich and our navigator, Diana, who were both very supportive and answered all our questions. I also want to give special thanks to the laboratory team, especially Steven! He is very knowledgeable and encouraged us to have one embryo biopsied again, which revealed another healthy embryo!! We successfully conceived our second baby and are now near the end of the first trimester. We are very grateful for everything Pinnacle Fertility Tucson did for us. After two long and difficult years of infertility, my husband and I decided IVF was our best option. We consulted Dr. Peterson, who immediately reassured us that we had made the right decision and that his team could make our dream come true. They did! We are now expecting our baby boy and are thrilled!
Dr. Peterson is knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and warmly humorous. He truly made our experience enjoyable!
Special thanks to our IVF navigator, Brenda. She not only helped schedule our appointments and keep us on track, but also became like a trusted friend. Her encouragement and support were especially valuable on days when I wanted to give up. She is wonderful!
I also want to mention Kelly, who was always there for us. Her bright smile and reassurance during every scan kept us optimistic about our progress. Everyone at AFC, from the front desk to the laboratory, treated us with great kindness.

Highly recommend AFC!! We tried for about 4 years and saw different fertility doctors before finally finding AFC. Once we began working with them, everything went smoothly! At no point did I feel that things were complicated or difficult. The practice has an excellent structure and assigns you a dedicated staff member to assist throughout the process. You can text them directly, and they reply quickly. They address your random questions and schedule appointments when needed. They have an active patient portal and provide results as soon as they are available. All these small things create a level of convenience that you usually do not experience at other practices. I was fortunate to have one son through IVF, and another son is on the way. Dr. Zoneraich was wonderful to work with, and the staff were excellent!

What a joke. After going back and forth about the doctor's orders, the woman scheduling me confirmed the date, time, and test. This was after I had to call because I was told to book online. Guess what? There was no way to do so. They called and guided me through the “problem.” My appointment listed the cost difference between two products and confirmed the test and price. Fast-forward to two days before the appointment: 6 minutes before the deadline, they said they had to cancel because I booked the wrong test. I said their employee had confirmed it and quoted the price, but they replied that it was wrong and I had to cancel or reschedule. I called, and they agreed it was their responsibility, but said I had to speak with another team member to confirm the appointment. I was still on hold 26 minutes later. Before they transferred me, I asked them to confirm I could keep the appointment, because otherwise I could schedule somewhere better organized. “Yes, sir, you will be able to keep the appointment.” Still on hold after 27 minutes. Who wants to bet I lost the appointment they scheduled for me??? What a joke!

They said they did not contact me because they planned to text, but I had opted out of texts after receiving 4 at work within two days. They did not call or email, causing both my wife and me to waste a day off. They said they canceled because I had not completed all portal documents before the appointment. We had completed everything except 2 forms I did not see and was never told had to be completed beforehand. They gave away my appointment, yet no one came in during the entire time I was there, and they could not fit me in. Because I did not do their receptionist's job—portal paperwork—they canceled and admitted they did not notify us, then blamed me for opting out of texts. Since when must I text a doctor's office and do all the paperwork myself? Their attitude toward patients is ridiculous. They can make us miss work and cancel without notice, but if you are 5 minutes late, they say you wasted the doctor's time and cancel because apparently their time is more valuable than mine.

My wife and I came to AFC to build our family. We did reciprocal IVF: her frozen eggs were fertilized with donor sperm to create embryos, and an embryo was then transferred to me as the carrier. We are now 9 weeks pregnant! :)
The AFC staff were extremely helpful at every step. We encountered a small setback when I needed a uterine polyp removed, and three different people contacted me later that day to check on me and explain the upcoming procedure. During a long and sometimes uncomfortable process like IVF, it was reassuring to feel that everything was under control. Our navigator, Valeria, contacted us often, and we were never unsure what would happen next. She was very encouraging and kind and truly gave us peace throughout the process. Kelly was an excellent patient care assistant who made sure we felt heard and cared for at every office visit. All our experiences at the Scottsdale Surgery Center—egg retrieval, hysteroscopy, and embryo transfer—were also wonderful and uneventful. We were sad to leave when we graduated last week. This was a precious time, and we are very grateful to AFC for the excellent care and loving support.

Oh my goodness, I do not know where to begin! Dr. Larsen and my care coordinator, Kristin, have done an outstanding job caring for me over the past 3 1/2 years, and I cannot thank them enough! Kristin has been excellent at scheduling appointments, answering every question, and providing tremendous emotional support throughout the past 3 1/2 years. She has cheered me on for three and a half years, and we are now six weeks and two days pregnant with our baby boy. This office exceeded my expectations ♥️🥺. I was told I graduated today, which was a bittersweet moment. Thank you, Dr. Larsen and Kristin, for everything you have done for my growing family ♥️

The journey was not easy, but thanks to God and the support of Dr. Peterson and coordinator Brenda, my dream finally came true. Words of thanks cannot fully express my feelings or gratitude toward them. Throughout the process, they became part of our family. Their care and attention were exceptional, and they always treated me with love and patience.

Thank you to the entire Advance Fertility Care team for never giving up on us and for everything you did to make our dream come true. My wife and I are overjoyed and look forward to our baby's arrival.
Special thanks to our coordinator, Brenda, who stayed with us throughout the process, was always attentive to our needs, and helped us through the darkest days.
I also want to thank Dr. Peterson, who likewise did not give up and offered alternative treatments that ultimately led to success.
Everyone at Advance Fertility Care is exceptional, and I highly recommend them.

I never leave reviews, but AFC is amazing. I can say that now because I am 11 weeks pregnant thanks to this team. We began the process 1.5 years ago. Dr. Larsen was highly informative and detailed throughout. The staff are very friendly. I felt welcome at every appointment, and they answered all my questions. Brenda was my patient navigator, and she was incredible. She was always available to answer questions and kept me informed about laboratory results, medications, and everything else. Highly recommended.

My care team was wonderful.
My patient coordinator, Brenda, was very thorough and accompanied me throughout the process.
Sandra at the front desk was always very kind and courteous when I checked in.
Kelly performed most of my ultrasounds and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout.
Finally, whenever I met with Dr. Zoneraich, he was very kind and remained positive throughout the process.
Follow the doctor's recommendations! Despite having no fallopian tubes, I am now nine weeks and five days pregnant with my first child.

I requested an appointment online to get started. A few days later, I received a very strange call explaining that an initial virtual consultation to discuss goals and treatment would cost $300. There would be no testing or examination; the $300 was solely for a discussion. I have no words for this model of care. I have never felt more like a provider's potential profit than a patient seeking help.
